Damian and I were reading well more like I was reading and Damian just kissing me none stop so I gave in and stopped reading. We ending up in a full on makeout session. Someone cleared there throat.

"Y/N M/N Todd stop before the demon possesses you." I pulled away and rolled my eyes at my brother.

"Jason I never interrupt when you do it with Cassandra why would you do this to me?"

"Because it's my job as your older brother to protect you from demon spawns like him." He pointed at Damian.

"Jay we've been dating for a year now."

"Don't care. Your not having sex until your 20." My face turned bright red.

"Todd/ Jason we weren't going to have sex!" Damian and I yelled at the same time. Both our faces red.

"Whatever I'm watching you two." He said leaving the room.

"Everyone batcave now!" Bruce yelled. Well there goes our brake. I got my costume and headed to the batcave meeting everyone there.

"Joker escaped Arkam."

"Again." I mumbled getting a bump from Damian as I glared at him.

"And he has hostages at his hide out."

"So what's the plane." Dick said

"You,Me,Red hood and Red Robin get the hostages and Robin and Sparrow you get Joker." I was in shocked.

"Have you lost your mind sending them after that mad man! What the hell Bruce." Jason yelled.

"There ready Jason all they need to do is distract him till we get them out." Jason came out of line and got in front of me.

"You think your ready for this Y/N/N" I smirked.

"Born ready Jay." We did a fist pump and got in our motorcycles.

All of the guys when to free the hostages and left Damian and I to find Joker Damian went to another rooftop searching leaving me on this on witch surprisingly Joker is on.

"Well well well look who we have here another on of Batmans little birds and I know who you are you related to the first one I killed." My eyes when wide. Shit what is he up to.

"What are you up to Joker."

"Brilliant question. This is a set up I just wanted another one of Batmans birds maybe this one will get him to snap."

"What are you talking about." He then pulled out a gun and Ames it at me.

"Joker put it down we'll take you back to Arkam you'll get help."

"I don need help I just want to see Batman suffer more. And your his youngest female bird so this will be fun." I called Damian and the rest of the guys to hear what he's saying.

"Joker you know they will stop you."

"Yes I know. To bad you won't be hear to see it. " my eyes opened wide but before I could move out of the way I heard the gun go off then I looked down. Blood was poring out off me. I felt to me knees everything was getting heavier.

"Ha Ha HA nice knowing you sparrow."

I saw Jason hit Joker from behind and beat him sense less then I heard Damian yelling my name. There was so much blood. It was getting harder to breath.

"Y/n stay with me ok." Damian said holding me.

"I-I can't."

"Don't say that I need you."

"D-Damian I love you ok." I looked over to my brother and mouthed I love you. I let go of Damian's hand as tha darkness took over.

Damian's Pov
"Y/N!!!!!!!!" I yelled as I saw Y/n get shot. I ran over to her and caught her before she fell. So much blood was pooling out of her.

"Y/n stay with me ok."

"I-I can't."

"Don't say that I need you." I gripped her hand

"D-Damian I love you ok." She looked over to Todd who was being held back by Grayson with tears in both there eyes father took Joker to the cops. Now I know how Todd felt like. Then Y/n's hand went lip indicating she died in my arms.

"Nooooo!!!!" I screamed then Drake pulled me back a comfort me For the first time I didn't want to kill him I just wanted to cry.

We had Y/N's funeral 2days later. The house was quiet but that was because of morning. Todd and I grew close from Sharing memory's of Y/N. I closed up from some people that I used to talk to like Colin and Grayson.

Y/n Pov
I woke up? How I was dead. I woke up in a room but it doesn't look familiar.

"Oh your up." A lady said to me.

"Who are you? were am I? I was dead."

"I'm Talia Al Guile you in your temporary room. And you were dead but I brought you back you are very important to my son."

"And your son is?"

"Damian."

"Who."

"Oh you don't remember." I shook my head no.

"Well I will train you and you will go back to Gotham."

She explained to me why I have a white streak in my hair from the Lazarus pit. She explained I have a brother named Jason and that I live with the Wayne's and that Damian was my boyfriend. She told me I got killed by the Joker. I asked if he is still alive. She said yes that got me pissed they let my murderer live. They didn't even try to save me.

1 year later
Damian's Pov

It's been a year Todd and Father had a falling out because father still won't let Him kill the Joker for murdering his sister. I lock my self in my room because it's the only place keeping me from sneaking out to kill that basterd.

"All batfamily meet at crime ally." Father said.

Y/N Pov
For a year I've been trained by Talia to be the best even better than Damian. I'm now 16 and let's get this straight I look fine like hella fine. All this training works out everything.

"Y/n!" Talia called for me.

"Yes Talia."

"It's been an honor training you but it's time to go back to Gotham and face the Joker. You will have an apartment waiting for you with clothes and money
Your old costume we remade to look better and to fit you better."

"Thank you Talia for everything." I picked up my duffel bag and went inside the helicopter."

When we got to gothem it was so familiar. I looked down from the helicopter and saw figures moving from roof top to rooftop.

"This should be fun." I muttered to my self.

They dropped me to my apartment. I really didn't expect this but it was in the rich part of Gotham. I found out I'm going to Gotham Academy we're Damian is going. I put on my costume that was skin tight but still had my mask I put my sai's on my back and jumped from rooftop to roof top. A memory came back it was the day I died I remember how I died but I don't remember the events leading up to it. I was with Damian and Jason. Jason got mad that I was making out with Damian we annoyed him then Bruce called us.

I saw Harley and Joker robbing a bank. Time for revenge thought I would have to wait longer. I jumped from the roof to right in front of the two jesters.

"Out of the way kid Mista J and I got stuff to do."

"Do you ever shut up your voice is a piercing Needle."

"Shut it kid." She came running at me with her mallet.

"How about no." I tripped her and elbowed her in the face knocking her out. I used my sai's and pinned her against the wall.

"Harley are you ever...well well well look who we have here at least you came back faster then you brother." I growled at that statement

"So are you gonna do what Batman didn't have the nerve to do." I pulled out my sai's and walked up to him ready to end him then.

"Stop!"

Damian's Pov.
No it can't be she's dead I healed her as she died. She's more curvy now I know it's her my mother must have done something.
As we watch her take down Harley. I was in utter shock it was so swift and fast.
Now the joker just had to open his mouth I would have let her do it.

"Do you think she'll do it?" Red Robin asked.

"I don't know."

"I hope she does." Todd said.

"She won't." Grayson said.

"We can't risk it we have to stop her." Father said dropping down from the rooftop.

"Stop!" Father yelled.

Y/n Pov
"Look who came Batsy came to get his dead little bird." Joker said looking behind me I didn't bother looking back.

"Shut up clown!" I put my Sai to his neck.

"Just kill me! Isn't that what you want." I'm so tempted to.

"Y/n don't do it." Nightwing said.

"You shut up!" He instantly shut up.

"You want me to kill you."

"Isn't that what you want. Get revenge, end me."

"No." I smirked and removed my sai from his neck.

"What!" They all yelled.

"That would make you so happy wouldn't it to kill you. So no." I left him there in shock and walked though the wall of BatBoys. Then someone grabed my shoulder. I stopped but I didn't look behind me to know who it was.

"What do you want Damian."

"When did you come back."

"Last year thanks to you mother."

"Why didn't you come back."

"Why would I." I pulled my shoulder away and left them there In aw that I was back and jumped from a different roof top.

****next day in Gotham Academy****
First day of GA and oh how lucky for me every class so far I have is with Damian.

"Class we have a new student miss Y/N Todd." There were instant whispers. Then someone put there hand up.

"Didn't you go in vacation." So that's what they told the public. I looked at Damian with my eyebrows raised

"Anymore questions for Y/n" someone raised there hand.

"Are you and Damian still dating." My heart rate raised.

"Um.." I didn't know how to answer. Then Damian came up and put his arm around my waist.

"This should answer your question." He pulled me into a long kiss till the teacher told us to brake it up. I mean I did enjoy it and I did kinda miss him. I pulled away and the teacher just had to put me next to Damian. It was a complicated hour and a half. Damian kept trying to talk to me, flirt, kiss me, and the hold time I didn't even notice I was holding his hand.

I met some nice girls we've become good friends even though we have like 2 classes together. The minute we entered the cafeteria it got quiet.

"Yo why the hell is it so quiet." Lindsay yelled Damian came to me and turned me around. In front of me was my older brother Jason. Then the pc came on.

"Y/N Todd your brother is here to get you."

"Hi Jay." I said nervously.

"You and Damian were leaving." I got my stuff when we got outside I blew up.

"I'm not leaving with you two." They turned around shocked.

"Y/n/n..." Jason started saying.

"No you lost the privilege to call me that when you let me die by the same man who murdered you!"

"Y/n/n I'm sorry."

"Sorry, sorry for letting me die or being to late!"

"Both Y/N!" I felt bad for being so cold to Jay he is my brother but still.
I looked at Damian who had tears in his eyes witch I never seen. Looking at Damian now puberty hit him like a ton of bricks like dang. Like a normal 17 year old would have acne but no Damian was just wow no words.

"And you Damian what..."he didn't let me finish my sentence when I felt his warm lips against mine his strong arms around my abdomen.

"Next time you die I'm killing that son of a bitch." I just smiled I really did miss him.
"Let's let there not be a next time ok." When he let go I looked at him let go of his face and went to Jason and gave him a hug.

"Jay I'm sorry I didn't mean it. I'm sorry." I said while he hugged me back.

"It's ok Y/n/n I did the same thing but worse."I rolled my eyes.

"Where we're you staying for the past month?" Damian asked.

"Your mom bought me an apartment because she favored me being your girlfriend."Damian smirked Jason saw.

"Oh hell no! You two aren't doing crap in that apartment."I gave him the puppy dog eyes.

"Please Jay." He wouldn't budge.

"Fine I'll just show Cass a pic of you and Dick drunk." He went stiff.

"Fine, Fine is not stopping you." I just smirked. Two strong arm went around me again.

"I missed you so much Y/N. I can't wait to have you again." He whispers in my ears sending chills at how much deeper his voice got.

"Who says you don't." He spun me around and French kissed me.

"Smooth Wayne."

"Y/n will you be my beloved again."

"Yes Damian I will." I said in a board tone at how over dramatic he was being.

"Good let's go back to the manor to see father and the other idiots."

"Yay home."

"Y/n/ I swear your bipolar. First you hate us now you wanna go home." Jason shook his head at his comment. I just shrugged. We headed home everyone was happy I came home and Bruce was happy I didn't kill Joker. I still kinda regret that but whatever.
Now I have a sick white streak in my hair but I dyed it blue because ew looking like my brother.
