The Present

This chapter includes some curse words:

"Baby Ariel matte lipsticks!" I say, with false excitement. "Thanks mom!"
"I got you Cherry Bomb, Honey Liquid, and Pink Lemonade."
I was a little disappointed, although I do like Baby Ariel a lot, I was hoping it was something Jacob Sartorius related.
"There's more in there, keep looking!" Mom smiled, anxious to see my reaction. I lifted a wall of the box and saw part two of my present.
"Wow Mom, an Ariel Babies shirt," I gloomily say, "Thanks."
"You don't seem very excited!" my mom says with confusion.
"I thought she was your favorite muser and viner?"
I sigh with disappointment.
"N-No mom, that's J-Jacob Sartorius," I stutter. Does my mom even know me? I was heartbroken that she didn't listen to a single word I said the last half year.
"Well, I also got you meet and greet tickets to see her," Mom murmured in a quiet tone. "I suppose I should  go return them?"
"No! They must've costed a fortune, I'll go!" I immediately regretted making my mom feel like shit.
"They were only $10."
Confused, I go on the Baby Ariel website and look for myself on my phone. She was right, they were only ten dollars.
"And the meet and greet is tomorrow, so I actually can't return them." My mom tells me, "You're gonna have to go, whether you like her or not. Sorry they're not Jacob meet and greet tickets."
"It's fine mom! I'm actually excited to meet her. I do like Baby Ariel." I assure her, and I wasn't lying. I do like Ariel, and I'm excited to meet her, but I do wish they were Jacob Sartorius meet and greet tickets. I thank my mom and hug her.
She tries so hard to make me happy. Sometimes, I feel like I don't give her enough credit. I love my mother, and she loves me too.
After I ate dinner, did my weekend homework, and chatted with my mom, I went my bedroom. I grabbed my life-size Jacob doll, which I made with my own hands, needle, and thread, and did what any other insane teenage girl would do. Make out with it. With tongue and everything. It has gotten to the point where my entire life revolves around Jacob, and I mean that literally. I'm so in love with him, and I haven't even met him [Yet:)] After my 30 minute make-out section, my mouth tasted like cotton. I didn't even bother brushing my teeth because Jacob's presence is already a breath of fresh air, even if it isn't the real him, only a pillow version of him. I will meet him, oh I so fucking will.
