So, basically, had a panic attack today, if you already didn't see my announcement.

I legit had 10 minutes.

I asked to use the restroom, and the teacher said to be quick.

Lol, little did she know I was having a panic attack.

But I'm fine(ish) now. I have a tight feeling in my chest, and my hands are still shaking slightly, but not hyperventilating or anything.
