Anirudh was shocked with what Bondita said to him.

Anirudh - kya!?

Bondita- meine kaha aap yahan se apni Jaan bache ke bhaag jaiyiye.

Anirudh - Agar mujhe apni padi hoti toh mein kab ka tumhe aur tumhari maa ko chod ke chala jaata!

Bondita - toh gye kyun nhi?

Anirudh was already irritated and tensed with the happenings of the event from starting of the day and now this woman was getting into his nerves. Keeping all his anger aside he calmy and sternly replied.

Anirudh - kyunki mein sati pratha, niyam, jaat, reeti mein nhi maanta. Mein tumhe pehele bachke Jaane, waala tha, raste pe tha par phir tumhari dost meri gaadi ke piche daud rhi thi, usne kaha ki samaj tumhe aur tumhari maa ko jala ke maar dena chahate hai mein dar gya tha aur sochne laga gaon waale the apni jhooti pratha ko bachne ke liye itna niche gir sakte hai. Aur jab mein tumhe bachane ke liye aage badha tih log sambandh ki baatein karne lage aur mein gusse mein aake tumhari maang mein sindoor bhar diya aur ab aage ki kahani tum jaanti ho.

Sindoor? Bondita thought in her mind until and unless she saw her self in the broken mirror which was thrown outside. She sighed. She thought that no use of stopping this marriage as the person standing in front of her had already filled her hair line that too in front of villagers. Still she tried to convince him.

Bondita - Par ab mein behosh nhi hoon, mein sab sambhal lungi aap apni jaan bachayiye.

Anirudh - mein nhi jaa sakta.

Bondita - kyun?

Anirudh- kyunki meine tumhari maa se vaad kiya hai ki mein tumhari zimmedari uthauga aur Roy Choudhary apne vaade se kabhi nhi mukharte.

She heard him. She was thinking about this marriage. She can risk her life but she can't risk her mothers life. She is only important person in her life that matters to her more than anyone else. She already heard what happened to her mother when she was unconscious and if she stops this marriage then it would me worse than hell for her mother. Tears rolled up in her eyes thinking the consequences. She quickly wiped it before he sees but to her disappointment he saw it. Before he could say anything, she asked

Aapne apna naam kya bataya?

Anirudh - Anirudh Roy Choudhary

Bondita in her mind - Roy Chowdhury? Naam suna sunna sa lag rha hai! Yaad kyun nhi aa rha? Arghhh!

Villagers - Bondita! Anirudh babu kahan hai aap? Bondita??

Anirudh looked at bondita for once and went out. Bondita followed him. They heard the villagers speaking

Villager 1 - kahin uss zamindar nhi humari gaon ki bachi ke Saath kuch galat toh nhi kar diya?

Woman - Durga maa Jaane! Zamindaron ka kya hai vaada karte hai, lekin nibhane ke baari ayi toh mukar jaate hai!

Man 1- sahi Keh rhi hai aap behenji!

Man 2 - dono ko dhund na hoga baaton ka samay nhi hai!

Woman 2- Haan Haan

AS they turned around they saw bondita and anirudh together. Anirudh with stern and no expression face and bondita as if she will eat up everyone present in front of her.

The villagers gulped their saliva and dragged them to the mandap.
The marriage procedure started and continued for 1 hour.

After 1 hour the marriage ended. All the villagers left after giving them blessings, Bondita went to meet her friend Naina who was standing with tears in her eyes.

Naina - Bondi, tu mujhe chod kar mat jaa na..

Bondita - Arre bhala mein kahan tujhe chod ke jaa rhi hoon, mein toh humesha tere Saath aur teer Paas rahungi! Aur aaj tune jo mere aur maa ke liye kiya hai na uska mol mein kabhi chuka nhi paungi.

Naina - Dhat pagli dost Manti hai aur Mol chukane ki baat kar rhi hai. Pitai karun teri?

Bondita - kar de na aakhri baar!

Both hugged each other and smiled in tears. Naina was called at her home so she left.

Bodita and her mother had a emotional reunion - Apna khayal rakhana maa!

Sumati maa- tu bhi meri bachi! Meri fikar mat kar. Aur Haan sasural mein koi taark mat karna! Samjhi?

Bondita- jab tark karna mere zehen mein hai toh mein kya karun?

Sumati maa- kya matlab?

Bondita - Haww maa, aap baba ko itni jaldi se bhool gyi.. Dekh rahe hain na baba (she looked up in the sky at one of the stars. The star twinkles as if it was her father and also laughing at his daughters claim)

Sumati maa - shaitaan..

Bondita and sumati shared a laugh. They hugged each other aur cried their heart out.

Anirudh smiled seeing their bond. He got swayed for a moment and then remembered his own mother.He left from there giving them space and sat inside his car.

After a while bondita came and sat in backseat of the car. The car started to run on the road. Both Anirudh and Bondita were lost in their own thoughts. Both were thinking "parivaar waale kya kahenge"

They reached the house.

Anirudh left bondita behind and came inside the house.

Bondita - khadoos babu!

As she stepped out of the car, she heard some voices. Now voices but shouting voices. Now she was scared for the very first time in her life. She is not scared of her maami beatings and scoldings but she is going to meet new people now who are her pati ka parivaar.

Bondita - wait a min! Neither he or I consider this marriage then... But the so called samaj will consider us as married.

She remembered the condition which she and Anirudh together kept.

Flashback

Anirudh and bondita together - mujhe kuch kehna hai

Both looked at each other for a while then turned their faces.

Mein iss shaadi ko nhi maanta/maanti.

Parivaar walon ke mein samjha dunga, tum uski fikar mata karna. Bondita nodded.

Flashback ends.

She was walking through the stairs.

She heard a voice.

Kaka - "Hum uss kulakshani ko apni ghar ki bahu kya dehleez bhi nahi langhne denge".

But honi ko kaun taal skata hai.

AS kaka was saying those words, bondita had already stepped into the house. The feet imprints where red. No not due to Alta but because their was some red coloured rangoli made and she unknowingly stepped into it and entered the house.

Trilochan babu was shocked.
Binoy had expressionless face.
Batuk was neutral.
But..

AS soon as she saw the family she found a familiar face. She was shocked. Now she remembered why Roy Choudhary name was sounding familiar.

Bondita - Som!?

Somnath - bondita?

Anirudh wasn't present there. He went to his room already.

The family exchanged glances . Kaka ordered bihari to take bondita to other room.

Bihari took her.

Kaka and Binoy went Anirudh room.

Somnath stood there shocked. Tears filled in his eyes. Before anyone could see he went to his room and locked himself up.
