A renowned family in whole Kolkata.
There was not even someone who did not know them.

Niranjan Das : Late husband of Kalindi Das. A well known Businessman as well as Zamindaar. He was a very kind hearted soul. Loved his family and his village people dearly. He used to help everyone,didn't see who was poor or rich. For him everyone one equal. But due his one impulsive decision, i.e. sending Sumati and Bondita out of the house. His son Arvind Das, a well known barrister, was a krantikaari too. Niranjan Das thought that it was due to Bondita he lost his Arvind or else his son would have been alive. But soon realised his mistake and started repenting it. On his death bed , his last wish was " Amaar PutraBadhu aar naatini ke aabar aeyi ghor te niye aasho" and then he took his last breath.

Kalindi Das : A sweet yet strong woman.
She is very stubborn. Loves her family especially her grandchildren like anything. She can bear anything but not a word against her family. She never likes to be defeated whether it's from  her family or any outsider. She lost both her son and husband. Her husband accused Sumati for the reason of his sons death which was totally false. His one impulsive decision broke the family.
Sisters and brothers were separated, a grand daughter was separated from her grandparents. She tried to stop Niranjan but he was adamant and sent them away. After her son died and daughter in law left the house , kalindi's heart became as strong as stone. She never used to smile and mingle with anyone except her grandchildren. She tried several ways to find Sumati and Bondita but couldn't get any Trace. When her husband was on the death bed , he asked for his last wish and kalindi was determined to fulfill it.
2 years before Bondita's arrival her husband left this cruel world. In these 2 years she again started her search for grand daughter and Daughter in law but couldn't find them. One of her khabri once came and said that two of them are no more. But Kalindi didn't believe and still searched for them until and unless Dev came to light.

Arvind Das : Elder son of Niranjan and Kalindi. He was a very warm and kind hearted person. A well known barrister and krantikaari. He loved his wife and daughter immensely. He never treated Bondita as a girl but equal with every other children. He used call bondita as "Mera beta,Mera guroor hai". But was killed in some riots when he had went to the fair with the family. Tge British Government had announced sudden firing due to which soon riots came into action. 6 year old ,Bondita was stuck between the humans who weren't showing any mercy to the innocent people and killing them ruthlessly. Saving her from the riots,Arvind sacrificed his own life.

Mukesh Das :Second Son of Niranjan and Kalindi, younger Brother of Arvind Das. He was more close to Arvind and his boudi because his mother and father were so busy doing their daily works i.e.
Zamindaari and Business. He has two sons and one daughter Dev,Raghav and Prerna. Loves his wife and children very much but he misses Bondita immensely. He never thought that he had only three children,he considered Bondita as his own. When he got the news of Bondita's and Sumati's Arrival, His happiness knew no bounds.

Lata Mukesh Das: A pretty sweet and caring woman. Second daughter in law of the house and wife of Ramesh Das. Mother of three children,for whom she could do anything. She thought Sumati as her elder sister and Bondita as her own daughter. The day they left the house Lata was totally broken because she had Lost her first daughter that is Bondita and her sister Sumati.

Devrat Das: Elder son of  Mukesh and Lata. Elder brother of Raghav Bondita and Prerna. A businessman with a kind heart. Helps everyone who is in trouble , never treats anyone unequally. Loves his siblings very much. When Bondita was sent away from the haveli he was only 10 years old. Even being so little, he tried to stop his dada ji but who would listen to little kid. He was too small to comprehend the situation. When he reached a proper age and understood everything, he never talked with his dada ji as his one impulsive decision made him away from his choti.
As his dida started to look for Bondita he and raghav also joined her.

Raghav Das : A fun and sweet boy. When he was 7 years old ,Bondita was sent out of the haveli and he was told that Bondita has gone to her Naani's place. Little did he know that his sister and kaaki was thrown out of the haveli for no reason. As soon as he reached the age of 15 he never talked with his dada ji. From childhood only Raghav was little possessive about his sister. He from his own  sources tried every way to Find them but didn't get any response. But was surprised yet happy when he heard his Dada and boudi.(Dev and Saudamini).

Prerna Das : Apple of Eye after Bondita.  After loosing Bondita, she was the sole reason due to which tha Das baadi used to smile. She didn't remember her elder sister face but knew that her sister loved her endlessly. She remembered her few flashbacks with her sister but not properly. Waiting for her sister's return.
Bondita used to call her pari with love and affection.

Kusum Das: Sister of her late brother Niranjan Das. A cunning woman but never treats the 4 children i.e. Dev Raghav Bondita and Prerna badly. She treats Bondita as her own because she was the one who made her feel motherhood for the first time. She was very angry with her brother when he sent them out. She wasn't present at that time ,she had gone to her In Laws. When she came to know, she left the house and never returned again until and unless she got the news of Demise of her brother. Heartbroken by loosing three important people of her life ( Bondita, her brother and husband) she came to her house to relieve the moments she spent .

When Bondita reached Das Baadi.
Standing on the threshold of the house she looked around. Nothing had changed except the furniture. She remembered her childhood days. She saw each and every Person of the house except her Dada.

Kalindi did her her Aarti with moist eyes and asked her to come in.

Bondita in a little voice: Dada ji kothay aache dida? [ where is grandpa ,grandma?].

Kalindi : Hume chodke chale gye.
Unhi ki aakhri iccha thi ki tumhe aur sumati ko wapas iss ghar mein le aayen. Unhe apni jab tak galti ka ehsaas hua tab tak bohot der ho chuki thi.

Bondita, shouting: dada ji hume chod chale gye aur yeh baat aapne mujhe aur Maa ko batana zaroori nhi samjha?

Lata : nahi beta,aisi baat nhi hai. Hum logon ne tujhe bohot dhoonda.
Pure Kolkata mein,tere maa ke maike mein par tumlog wahan nhi the.

Ramesh,tearful and choking voice: humare ek khabri ne yeh kaha ki tumlog .... tumlog bhi hume chod iss duniya se chale gye ho.

Bondita shocked : kya?

Dev from behind: Haan. Lekin humara Man nhi maana. Humne tujhe phirse dhoonda . Har jagah dhoonda. Aue dhoondne ke chakar mein hi mujhe Saudamini mili. Hum dono ek dusre se pyaar karne lage aur vivaah kar liya.
Ek din jab thakumaa ne Tulsipur ke Radhakrishna Mandir mein jaane ko kaha aur....

Bondita, emotional: jab aapko Pata chala ki mein hi aapki choti hoon toh kyun nhi bataya mujhe uss din?

Dev crying: kyunki mein khud achmanjas mein tha. Mujhe .. mujhe pehele Pata karna tha ki tum meri choti ho yaa nhi. Mein aise hi kisi ko apni choti ki jagah toh nhi de sakta na.

Bondita hugging him.
Dev caressing her hair.

Raghav crying: kaise bhai behen ho yaar. Apne bhai ko bhool gye?

Dev and Bondita: aajao , nautanki mat karo.

Trio hugged eachother.

A sweet voice from behind : meethu didi.

Bondita whispered: pari..

Prerna slowly coming with tearful eyes: meethu..didi.

Bondita asking the family members : yeh meri .. pari hai?

The family nodded.

Bondita pinching her throat: shotti?

The family smiled and recalled how she used to roam around the house asking everyone with her cute and sweet voice: shotti?

Kalindi, smiling: shotti.

Bondita widening her arms : Apni meethu didi ke gale nhi milegi?

Prerna ran and hugged her with such such force that Bondita was about to fall but Dev held her and hugged his sisters. Raghav too came and hugged them.

Kalindi joining her hands and whispering: hay Durga Maa, saalon baad ghar ki khushiyan lauti hai. Nazar naa lagne dena.

Bondita breaking the hug : Pishi Thakumaa kahan hai? Apni meethu se milne nhi ayegi?

Lata and Ramesh moved aside and let Kusum come in light .

Kusum slowly came and touched Bondita's face.

Kusum: meri bachi. She hugged her and cried her heart out.
Bondita too cried.

After a beautiful family reunion , Bondita was taken to her room. All this while Kusum noticed one thing which no one did. Bondita's bridal dress. She eyed Dev and Raghav asked them about this. Hearing both of them , a light smile came on her face. She asked them to leave .

Taking a picture of Arvind said: bilkul tere pe gyi hai Mera bacha. Ek dam ziddi.

She kept the picture away and went to meet Bondita in her room. She knew what she would be doing right now. Analyzing each and everything in her room.

And she was correct.

Kusum : Meethu..

Bondita: Pishi Thakumaa Mera kamra bilkul waisa hai jaisa pehele tha.

Kusum : teri cheezon ko kisine haath tak nhi lagaya hai. Sab saavdaani se rakha gya hai. Tere jaane ke baad sab bikhar gya tha. Pura parivaar.
Lekin ab tu aa gyi hai na humesha ke liye , toh sab theek ho jayega.

Bondita: nhi Pishi thakumaa . Mein humesha ke liye nhi aayi hoon. Mehez kuch dinon ko mehmaan hoon.

Kusum,angrily: meethu yeh kya bol rhi hai.

Bondita: Mera ghar wahan hai jahan mere pati hai kaaki.

Kusum : par Bondita usne jo uske baad ..

Bondita: unhone jo kiya woh bhale hi galat tha par mere liye kiya. Han uske liye kabhi maaf karungi yaa nhi Pata nhi par jo bhi hua usse ek baat saaf hai, woh bhi mujhse bohot prem karte hai.

Kusum,raising an eyebrow: Agar tere se prem karte toh tujhe yahan kyun aane diya?

Bondita smiling : mujhe apne parivaar se door nhi karna chah rhe the. Unhe Pata tha ki mein apne parivaar ko Kitna yaad karti hoon. Jitna mein unka intezaar kar rhi hoon,usse kayi zyada woh Mera kar rhe honge.

Kusum: acha theek hai. Tumlog yeh virah ki agni mein jaoge? Agar kabhi Milan hua hi nhi toh?

Bondita turning towards the window : jahan virah hai wahan Milan bhi hai.
Bas Pata nhi kab khatam hoga yeh virah.

Kusum turning her ,holding her chin with her index finger said :  Agar tu jo keh rhinhai woh sach hai toh Milan zaroor hoga. Tujhe Pata hai, Radhakrishna ka 100 varshon ka virah hua tha lekin aakhir mein Milan nidhchay hua tha. Tera bhi tere Krishna se Milan hoga meri Radha.

Bondita smiling : jii.

Kusum : chal ab kapde badal aur neeche aaja. Hmm?

Bondita: Haan.

Kusum left.

Bondita taking out the idol of Krishna from her suitcase and keeping it on a table.

She looked into a drawer and took out a diya.

She called out a helper for oil and baati(cotton which used in poojas arti).

The helper provided her with the necessary items.

Lighting up the diya ,she joined her hands in front of idol and  said : jab tak virah nhi khatam hota tab tak yeh diya nhi bujhega.

Tulsipur
Roy Chowdhary haveli.

No one was happy. The happiness of the haveli left the house leaving everyone in pool of Sadness. But one soul who was broken yet didn't let Sadness bloom on his face,because she didn't want it. She loved his smiling face. He clearly remembered her words " mere rakshas babu muskurate huye zyada cage lagte hai". He was waiting for his love. He  was waiting for this virah to end and embrace his love in his arms and never leave her again.
