Anirudh and Naina came downstairs only to see that Bondita was standing with a sad and tearful face while Kaka was standing with rage.

Anirudh- kya hua kaka? Aap aise kyun chilla rhe hain.

Kaka- Arre bahu ki Mahavari hai,dekho toh kaise uchal uchal ke ghum rhi hai.

Anirudh- Haan kaka Pata hai ,bondita ki mahavaari hai. Aur agar ghum bhi rhi hai ghar mein toh kya hua?

Kaka- kya hua? Arre ashudh hai bahu abhi. Ghar mein ghum ke pure ghar ko ashudh kar rhi hai.

Anirudh- Naina tum Bondita ko kamre mein leke jao.Aur uske saath wahin rehna.

Naina- jii dada.
She saw that there was a patch of blood on her saree. She sighed and took Bondita to the room.

Anirudh- Bondita ashudh kaise hui ?

Kaka- Arre uske mahine chalu hain. Uske sharir se Ganda khoon nikalta hai.

Anirudh- Aur aapko Pata hai na ,ussi gande khoon ke wajah se aaj hum insaan iss duniya mein hai?

Kaka was stunned to hear Anirudh.

Kaka- Arre humare bhi kuch niyam hain. Kayede hain. Iss ghar mein durgaa maa ki murti hai, bahu abhi ashudh hai agar woh mandir ke andar chali jaati toh uske saath saath hum sab ko paap nhi chadhta kya ? Aise samay pe naahi aurtein ishar udhar ghumti hai aur naahi rasoyi ghar mein jaati hai. Naahi woh Mandir mein ghusti hai aur naahi pooja ki cheezon ko haaath lagati hai. Aur aurtein toh iss baare mein baat tak nhi karti . Tulsi jo ki itni pavitra hai , aaj bahu uske aas paas ghum rhi thi , ab Pata nhi kya hoga.

Anirudh- Acha ek baat batayiye. Aurat ke sharir se jo khoon nikalta hai woh konse rang ka hota hai?

Kaka - laal.

Anirudh- aur Durgaa maa ko chadhaya hua sindoor ?

Kaka- kya hota hai? Laal rang.

Anirudh- toh jab durgaa maa ko chadhaya gya sindoor shudh hai toh , sharir se nikla khoon ashudh kyun?

Kaka was standing in silence and looking at Anirudh.

Anirudh- Apka maana yaa kahun ki aapke anusaar ki aurtein iss samay rasoi ghar nhi jaati , toh agar aurtein rasou ghar nii jayengi toh hum mard khana kaise khayenge?Apke reetiyon ke anusaar toh mardon ko rasaoi ghar mein bhi pravesh karna chahiye. Batyaiye?

Kaka wanted to say but didn't find any words to do so.

Anirudh- Tulsi ,maana ki woh podha bohot pavitra hai par aap log yeh kyun maan rahe hai ki agar ek aurat mahavaari ke waqt uss podhe ke aas paas bhi ghumegi toh woh sukh jayegi?

Kaka- Bass. Humare shastron mein aue niyamon mein jo likha aur kahaa gya hai, hum bas wahi dohra rhe hain. Iske aage hum kuch nhi sunenge.

Anirudh- toh ek baat yeh bhi sun lijiye ,bondita jab chahe jahan chahe wahan ghum sakti hai yaa jaa sakti hai. Yeh uske pati ka nirnay hai. Aur yeh nirnay koi nahi badal sakta.

Kaka and Anirudh stormed out of the hall in opposite direction.

In Bondita's room.

Bondita had changed her clothes and was sitting idle. She was lost in her thoughts when someone knocked the door of her room.

Bondita, without seeing- Aaja Naina.

Naina nhi ,Anirudh!

Bondita- Pati babu.

Anirudh- ji ,andar aaun?

Bondita- aare puch kyun rhe hai , aayiye na .
Bondita folded her legs and sat on the bed .

Anirudh came and sat on the bed in front of her.

Anirudh- abhi pait dard kaisa hai?

Bondita- behtar hai.

Anirudh- hmm.

He noticed something on her leg and was shocked. He asked her.

Anirudh - yeh paer mein kya hua?

Bondita hiding her legs - kuch nhi.

Anirudh- jhoot pasand nhi.

Bondita- Arre baba kuch nhi ,bas jab batuk ke peeche bhaag rhi thi toh Duadte daudte sofe se takra gyi aur yeh chot lag gyi. Neeche gir gyi thi par phir Kaka ne madat ki uthne mein aur .... and she sighed.

Anirudh- tum na apna dhyaan mat rakha karo. Yahin beitho mein abhi aaya.

Anirudh went outside only yo clash with Kaka.

Kaka- woh bahu.. bahu ke paer mein chot lagi thi .. toh yeh lep laga dena.

Anirudh smiled and took the bowl from his hands and utterd - jii.

Anirudh came inside with the bowl - paer dikhao.

Bondita- nhi.

Anirudh- dikhao.

Bondita- kaha na nahi.

Anirudh- kyun?

Bondita- kyun ki Pati paer..

Anirudh- choo sakta hai . Bhool gyi kya kaha tha.

Bondita- nahi par..

Anirudh- par war kuch nhi. Dikaho.

Bondita sighed in defeat and showed him her feet.

Anirudh started to apply the lep when bondita squealed in pain- ahh.

Anirudh- sorry sorry. Zyada dard ho rha hai?

Bondita- Haan.

Anirudh slowly applied the lep and started to blow on her wound simultaneously. Bondita forgot about her pain and started to stare at Anirudh. When Anirudh was applying and blowing simultaneously, Bondita felt tingles inside her stomach and her cheeks grew red.

Anirudh- abhi theek lag rha hai?

Bondita didn't reply but rather looked at Anirudh who in return was staring at her wound with worried face and then she noticed a tears near his eyes.

Bondita- aap ro kyun rhe hain?

Anirudh- jaise mere chot lagne par tumhe dard hota hai waise hi tumhare chot lagne par mujhe dard nhi hoga kya?

Bondita kept mum and smiled in return. Her blush deepened a little and she said with a sighing smile- itna chot bhi nhi laga hai ki aapki aakhon mein aasun aa gye. Mein kahan aapko chodke kahin door jaaa rhi hoon.

Anirudh,angrily- bondita.

Bondita-sorry sorry. Nhi kahungi aisa.

Anirudh turned away his face and Bondita sighed.

Bondita- arre sorry bola na .

Anirudh- tum har baar yahi kehti ho aur maafi maangti ho.

Bondita- acha ab nhi bolungi. Shotti.

Anirudh- shotti.

Bondita nodded in return.
Anirudh called koyli to get warm turmeric milk and food for bondita.
Koyli came ,gave and retired to Servant Quakers.

Anirudh- chalo khaa lo.

Bondita, tore a morsel and dipped in the curry but forwarded towards Anirudh.

Anirudh looked at confused.
Seeing his confusion, Bondita said - aap jab tak nhi khaate ,mein khaana khaati hoon kya ? Nahi na. Phir?

Anirudh smiled and ate the morsel of food from her hand.

He also made her eat from his own hands. Though the food was given for Bondita but the couple shared the food happily.

Anirudh- doodh.

Bondita drank the milk and kept the glass aside.

Anirudh- wah, aaj bina tark kiye pee liya.

Bondita- Haan woh aapke tarah mujhe nakhre noor jahan ke dikhane ki aadat nhi hai.

Anirudh - nakhre.. kya ? Kiske nakhre?

Bondita- Noor jahan. Ek sec aapko Noor jahan ke baare mein nhi Pata?

Anirudh- Haan Pata hai woh kon hai
Lekin meine kab Noor jahan ke jaise nakhre dikhaye.

Bondita- har baar.

Anirudh- acha ,toh kab kab ?

Bondita- bohot saare hain, ek kaise bolun?

Anirudh- mein puri raat jaag sakta hoon sunne ke liye. Tum bolo.

Bondita- Agar aap apni taarif sunna hi chahte hain roh suniye.

Anirudh- sunayiye Bondita ji.

Bondita- Aap ka manodasha yaani ki agar angrezi mein kahun toh mood,badalte mausam ke tarah hai.

Anirudh,narrowing his eyes- kya?

Bondita- sach kadwa hota hai.
Dusra, aap na kabhi bhi kahin bhi bina wajah ke baras padte hai.

Anirudh-mein kya karta hoon?

Bondita- Teesra, coffee agar aachi nahi bani ho toh Pura ghar sar pe utha lete hai lekin jab achi bani ho toh ek thank you tak nhi kehte hai.
Kya kehte hai " theek hi hai".

Anirudh was about to interrupt when bondita said - Chautha,kapde ek din mein 3-4 baar toh kapde badalte hai. Nahi Matlab kisko kapde dikhane hai? Court aap case ladne jaate hai yaa kapde dikhane?

Anirudh- bas bas Kitna bologi.

Bondita- abhi toh shuruwaat hai.
Paanchva,apki study. Study mein aapko cheez idhar udhar rakhi ho pasand nhi hai lekin janab aap hi woh sakhsh hai jo cheezen idhar udhar rakhte hai,aur pahad todte hai hum bicharon par.

Anirudh- acha. Tum bichari ho?

Bondita- aur nhi toh kya? Aapki tarah Danav thodi na hoon.

Anirudh- mein danav? Aur tum kya ho? Daanavi?

Bondita- Haan danav ki patni daanvi hoti hai na?

Anirudh- tum na pagal ho.

Bondita- aapke saath rehte rehte yeh asar hai .

Anirudh- Matlab mein pagal hoon?

Bondita- aaj Pata chala?

Anirudh- tum pagal.

Bondita- mein pagal? Same to you.

Anirudh- Back to you.

Bondita- no return.

Anirudh- hain?

Bondita- hain nhi mein. Main pagal hoon. Mera Matlab aap pagal hai.

Anirudh- aur kuch bacha hai?

Bondita - Haan bacha hai na . Aap na sadu aur akdu dono hai.

Anirudh- acha ,aur ...

Bondita- jayiye yahan se.

Anirudh- kya?

Bondita- jao yahan se . Mujhe neend aa rhi hai.

Anirudh- excuse me ,yeh Mera kamra hai.

Bondita- excuse me , abhi mein yahan rehti hoon,toh yeh Mera kamra hua.

Anirudh- kisne kaha.

Bondita- kaha nhi diya . Aap hi ne kaha tha na " Bondita ab se mere kamre mein rahegi aur mein study mein". Toh ab yeh Mera kamra.

Anirudh- Haan toh rehti ho toh yeh kamra tumhara ho gya ?

Bondita- Haan.

Anirudh- kisne kaha ?

Bondita- meine.

Anirudh- kyun?

Bondita- meri marzi. Abhi jao .
Good night.

Anirudh- mein badla loonga iska.

Bondita- Haan, tata.

Anirudh left from there with a grumpy face. Bondita giggled and slept.

Next morning.

Bondita was about to go to the washroom when Anirudh came barged inside the room.

Bondita- aapko darwaza khatkhata nhi aata ?

Anirudh- kyun kya karne jaa rhi thi?

Bondita, sarcastically- Nahane , aaane chahenge?
Bondita realised what she said and turned away her face while Anirudh was standing there with wide eyes. His cheeks suddenly grew red. He cleared his throat and said - woh.. mahavaari ke waqt baar baar Ganda kapda istemaal karne se acha hai ki yeh istemaal karo.

Bondita nodded and without turning forwarded her hand. Anirudh kept the pad and turned to go but said - aur darwaaza andar se lock kardena chahiye. And ran away.

Bondita hit her forehead and went inside the washroom.

After sometime she came outside and started combing her hairs.
Just then someone knocked and Bondita asked the person to come in.

Anirudh- tum ab tak taiyaar nhi hui?

Bondita- ho toh rhi hoon.

Anirudh- jaldi ho na.

Bondita- kyun, kyaa kaam hai?

Anirudh- kaam nhi hai par jaldi taiyaar ho na. Der ho rhi hai.

Bondita- 1 ghanta hai abhi . Kahan der ho rhi hai?

Batuk was passing by the room and he heard the conversation.
From outside only he said - arre boudi dada ko coffee chahiye,aapke haath ki. Jabse aap aayi hain,tabse aap hi ki haath ki coffee Peete hai.

Anirudh came near the door to beat him but batuk ran away.

Bondita, laughing- seedhe seedhe bol dete ,coffee chahiye. Nakhre kyun kar rhe the.

Anirudh - nhi woh..

Bondita- ohh sorry mein toh bhul hi gyi aap toh nakhre karne mein ustaad hai.
And laughed while Anirudh narrowed his eyes.
He then saw that bondita was struggling to tie her hair.

Anirudh- mein madat karun?

Bondita- aapko baal bandhna aata hai?

Anirudh, smirking- aisi koi cheez hai io aaj tak mein na kar paya hoon. Sab kar sakta hoon.

Bondita- toh kariye madat.

Anirudh started to help but failed terribly in doing so.
He utterd - kitne lambe baal hai iske?

Bondita- kuch kaha?

Anirudh- nhi toh.

After 10 mins, Bondita saw her hair in through the mirror.

Anirudh- kaise hai?

Bondita- aapko kya lag rha hai?

Anirudh- achaa .

Bondita- achaaaa.

Anirudh nodded .

Bondita- Pati babu, apne pata hai mere baal mein na chidiya ke ghosle ka utghatan kiya hai. Bahar aise gyi toh ek do chidiya apna anda deke chali jayegi.

Anirudh narrowed his eyes and looked elsewhere but not at her.

Anirudh- jaldi aa jana. And went away.

Bondita,shouting- Pati Babuu!

She quickly untied her hair and again started to tie her hair.

7:45 am. Dining Area.

Bondita with help of koyli was serving food to everyone. When bondita came towards Anirudh, she started to serve him.

Anirudh whispered- sorry.

Bondita, glared him and Anirudh retreated back to his breakfast.

After serving she too sat and had the breakfast.
The family breakfast aas suddenly silent which was very rare to see.
Naina and Batuk had left early due to some reason. So Bondita had to go all alone.

Bondita was about to leave for school and Anirudh for court when Kaka stopped and closed the door.

Anirudh- kya hua kaka?

Kaka- Bahu vidyalay nhi jayegi.

Bondita- kyun?

Kaka- arre tumahri mahavaari chal ri hai.

Anirudh- toh?

Kaka- aise samay pe Bahar jaana shubh nhi hai.

Anirudh- Kaka kaisi baatein kar rhe hain.kal hi aapko Sanjaya tha..

Kaka- humne kaha na ki nhi jayegi toh nhi jayegi. Arre samaj kya kahega?

Anirudh- yeh Faisla Mera yaa aapka nhi . Balki Bondita ka hoga. Woh kya chahti hai, wahi hoga.

Kaka- theek hai toh bolo bahu.

Bondita smiling- kaka mujhe samaj ka dar nhi hai. Mein bina dare vidyalay jaan chahti hoon. Aagya den.

Anirudh smiled.
Kaka helplessly moved away .

Ani stood near the door and forwarded his hand.
Bondita smiled and kept her hand on his. Anirudh held her hand and both stepped out of the house together.

Kaka- hay maa. Patn nhi kyun man Ashant sa lag rha hai. Humare bete aur bahu ko koi aanch na aaye.

While Anirudh and Bondita were going through the streets , the whole village were staring them. Some were adoring the coupl while some were making faces and cursing them.

Anirudh dropped Bondita at the school and headed towards the Court.

In Bondita's school.

Ankush was sitting under the Banyan tree lost somewhere when he saw Bondita. A wide smile came on his face and he ran towards her.

Ankush- Bonditaaa.

Bondita- aree Ankush.

Ankush- kal kyun nhi aayi?

Bondita- woh meri Mahavaari ..

Ankush- ohh acha. He started looking at her face unknown to Bondita.

Bondita- chal class ke liye der ho rhi hai.

Ankushs revive broke and he utterd - kya?

Bondita held his hand and said - chal der ho rhi hai. And started to run.

Bondita was focusing on running while Ankush staring at her hand which was holding his.

After some hours,
Near the court.

Anirudh was coming out of the court after finishing his work when he heard two men gossiping and sipping tea.

Man 1 - suna hai angrezz sarkaar kisi krantikaari ko dhund rhe hai.

Man 2- Haan aur Pata hai woh krantikaari ek aurat hai.

Man 1 - ki bolcho dada?

Anirudh when heard this was shocked and impressed at the same time.
He was about to sit on the car when he noticed that the tore was punchered.
He sighed and checked his watch.

Anirudh- abhi toh Bondita ka school bhi khatam ho gya hoga. Saath mein chalte hain.
Saying this he started to walk and reached near her school.
He saw Bondita,Batuk and Naina with other two boys together talking and giggling at the same time.

Bondita turned her face and saw Anirudh standing.
Anirudh waved his hand and Bondita exclaimed- Pati babu.

Naina and Batuk- Dadaa.
Ravi too waved his hand and the four of them ran towards him while Ankush was taking slow steps towards him.

Anirudh asking the boys ( Ravi and Ankush)- kaise ho dono?

Ravi cheerfully- mein theek hoon dada.
Ankush gave a forced smile- mein bhi.

Anirudh- chalo aaj sabko kulfi khilata hoon.

4 of them- shotti?

Anirudh, chuckling- shotti . Batuk Naina and Ravi ran to the Kulfi stall while Anirudh and Bondita were talking something and Ankush was looking the couple.

Anirudh buyed kulfi for them and all started to enjoy.

Everyone was enjoying the kulfi and talking. Anirudh noticed some stains of kulfi on Bondita's face and cleaned it with help of handkerchief. Nobody noticed them but Ankush did. Ravi Ankush Bondita and Anirudh were standing together.

Ankush-mera ho gya.

Ravi -aree puri kulfi toh khaa.

Ankush- nhi tu khaale,mein chala. Byee.

nkush was about to leave when he heard bondita whispering something to Anirudh which was audible to him.

Bondita- Pati babu apna rumaal dedo.

Anirudh- kyun?

Bondita - aap ke paas dimag hai?

Anirudh- kya?

Bondita- hai toh yaad karo na ki kaha tha ki agar jhoota rumaal rakhoge toh..

Anirudh- Pati patni ke beech jhagda hota hai. Theek yeh lo.

The husband and wife giggled while Ankush left the place being annoyed.
