Yesterday was a mess. I don't want to think about it anymore. Whatever they say, Dignity and pride are important and that's the only two things nobody could take away except you.

I unlocked the door of my office and confetti popped in my face.

What the heck?

"It's a good day, Boss!" Liv exclaimed as she handed me a piece of cake.

"What did I told you? I said no birthday parties in my damn office!" I yelled, throwing the cake on the floor and started stomping on it.

Elias approached me and tapped my back, "Boss, this is not a birthday party. We're having a welcoming celebration-----"

"Welcoming celebration of whom?"

"The person who granted our wish, who completed the board members----"

"Your sassy Southern belle, Lacey Evans." She introduced herself, sitting on my SWIVEL CHAIR?!!!

"What the hell is she doing here?" I tiredly asked Elias with a stern voice.

"B-boss, she----"

"WHAT THE HELL IS SHE DOING HERE?!!!!" I shouted, burst out in anger.

"They hired me." The evil Blonde interjected herself.

"The hell! I'm not talking to anyone but Elias!"

"She accepted our offer, Boss. Since she helps you from getting beat up by nasty men and she said, you owe her an apology so this is the best way to settle this."

"Okay. Did you hire someone without my permission? WITHOUT YOUR BOSS' PERMISSION?!!!"

"Hey! you should be thankful enough. I already finished the paperwork, the files...in short, I resolved your company's and your problem." She stated, fixing her green hat.

"Did I ask for your help? Huh?!"

"Oh, I get it, guys. I see why Ronda Rousey and other secretaries quit. Your boss is a problem with this company. You better get rid of that attitude before your employees decide to resign."

"Get out from my building, Lacey Evans before I could forget that I'm a guy."

"But Boss, everything's alright now. Because of Miss Evans, the company's problem is done already. She's an angel." Elias said.

I sighed and pinched the bridge of my nose in frustration as I looked at my employees. "I'll count one to five, if someone didn't drag her out from my building, I'll walk out."

"One!"

"Two!"

"Go on! Make it five already." Lacey yelled in a sassy way.

"THREE! I'M SERIOUS, GUYS. I SWEAR I'M GOING TO WALK OUT."

My employees started to whisper at each other while looking at me.

"FOUR!!"

"FIVE! I SAID FIVE!" I repeated and no one bothered to pushed Lacey Evans out from my company.

"FUCK YOU ALL!" I shouted and marched out of my office.

So basically, they picked that new person over their boss for four years! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!
