"Water. Give me some water." Jimin flopped down next to me on the bench after being subbed out from the practice game with another team. He snatched my water bottle from my own hands.

"Hey, that's mine." I told him but then it didn't matter anymore. He chugged the whole thing down already and then he tried catching his breath.

"They're really good." Jimin said, watching the game with hawk-like eyes.

What he said is true though. We need more practice if we want to beat them. They have a prodigy player. I remember him because my Dad used to coach his team when he was in middle school and I often watch their practices.

Coach blew the whistle and requested for a 10 minute break. Everyone looked drained, all covered in buckets of sweat. Guys sweat so much and I'm not exaggerating when I said that. I didn't play much during the first half so I helped each of them by passing their water bottles while Coach talked to the other team's Coach.

"Yo Park, that's my parking spot." Jin told Jimin quite seriously then laughed at his own pun as he wiped his sweat with a towel, "Get it? PARK Jimin. PARKing spot."

"Hyung, don't make me punch you." Jimin sighed and did his best to ignore the elderly. He squinted his eyes, looking ahead at a hunched figure, "What's that?"

"Oh, that's Yoongi hyung crawling back. He said he has no strength anymore." Taehyung replied, watching too. Are they even serious?"

"Someone help him!" I said but no one had the energy to stand up so I did it myself. I grabbed a water bottle with me and ran to rescue Yoongi.

I stood over him, my shadow casted on him then he opened his eyes a little, "Are angels supposed to be ugly? Can't they send me the pretty ones?"

"There's no one prettier than me." I told him as I took his hand and pulled him up but he doesn't want to get up. "Get your ass up, Yoongi! I'm trying to help you."

"I need water. Water.." He weakly spoke and tried to lift his hand up while staring at the water beside him. "water me."

"What? Like pour it on you?" I asked him, trying to shade him from the sun with my back.

The cap of the bottle twisted open easily with a flick of my wrist and then I poured it all over his body until there was nothing left. Namjoon came over and helped carry Yoongi back to the bench. He was basically like a boiled vegetable. He over exhausted himself.

"Yoongi can't play anymore." Jungkook informed the Coach of Yoongi's condition, "Vee is going to replace him in the second half."

"That's fine." Coach agreed and I couldn't be happier to finally play. "They're training paid off well. I was talking to their Coach and I learned that they're going to play with us in the regionals."

"I can't wait to play with them officially. This is getting me so fired up!" Jimin stood up, full with energy again, and Hoseok had to pull back down to his seat. "I love going against strong opponents."

"Do they love you though?" Yoongi spoke while he cooled down with a wet towel over his face and shoulders. "Nobody loves you."

Namjoon and Taehyung snickered, unable to resist the savagery of Min Yoongi of class 4-A. Jimin was, of course, angered and went berserk. He looks really scary when he's angry but Yoongi didn't even flinch when Jimin sent his fist against the bench. That hurt. I gotta give that to him.

"Ow, fuck!" Jimin hugged his hand afterwards.

"A++ for idiocracy." I commented.

I noticed Jungkook being quiet at the other end and decided to check up on him, hiding behind the pretext of bringing him water. "Hey, you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine." He noticed me and immediately pulled his socks up. Jungkook walked past me to call the guys up, "Break's over. Let's go back. Vee, you're subbing in for Yoongi hyung."

The practice game is finally over. To be honest, it didn't feel like a practice game at all. The fact that not one of us wanted to lose made me feel like it was the real game. The whole team returned to the locker rooms to rest for a bit and clean up before going home. Some of the guys hit the shower. I wanted to take a shower too because I sweated so much and my skin felt icky with the dirt stuck on it. I didn't want to take the bus smelling like dirt and perspiration but I have to wait until Coach dismisses us.

"That was a close game." Coach spoke while we all huddled up. Namjoon sat next to me, drying his hair with a towel. "We lost by two points but it's okay. This should serve as a wake up call for you guys. We need to practice harder! There are a lot of teams out there who are better than those guys today. We barely caught up with them, that means we need to improve and we can only get good results by working harder!"

Everyone was silent and some just nodded their heads. Coach only told us the truth. His intention is not to make us feel bad but to motivate us. "So for the next season, I'll come up with a completely new practice routine. There's a two week vacation for you guys. Have a little fun before you come back."

"I don't have any plans. Who wants to go swimming?" Taehyung exclaimed with one hand raised in the air. He's practically naked if it weren't for his boxers but he isn't showing any signs of being bothered.

"Get some pants on!" Jimin threw a towel at Tae and got stuck on his face. "Vee is still here."

"It's okay. I'm scarred for life.." I said as I take my bag beside Taehyung and walked out.

"Can someone carry me home? I can't walk." Yoongi sat in one corner. "I think my back broke."

I got home before Dad and left my shoes in the entrance because I'm to tired to bend my waist. There was some leftover food in the fridge but I was on a calorie deficit diet so I took an apple and went straight to my room.

"Ah, I want some fried chicken." I sighed and lid on my bed while munching on my apple, pretending it was chicken.

My phone chimed and showed that I have 27 unread messages from the group chat. Are they serious? Do these guys not get tired of each other? We were together the whole day.
