Chapter Twenty-Five ♚ E Pluribus Unum

AN: Blake's outfit is the same.

~Trigger Warning~

In this chapter, there are beatings, blood, gore and death. If any of these are triggers for you, PLEASE DO NOT READ. I want you all to be safe <3

Also, I'll be doing a full explanation of why Blake does what she does at the end of this chapter. Don't be so quick to judge her actions.

"I don't understand," Robin started, "You've seen this before?"

"Not exactly," Dustin, Steve and Blake all said at the same time. Robin gave a puzzled look, saying, "Then what, exactly?"

Blake huffed, her chest constricting as she jumped down the stairs, "All you need to know, Ro, is that it's bad."

"It's really bad," Steve added. Dustin nodded, "Like, end-of-the-human-race-as-we-know-it kind of bad."

"And you know about this how?" Robin criticized, upset that no one would tell her anything. Blake rolled her eyes, shrugging before saying, "Because my sister is the one who ended it all before."

Robin reeled back, "You have a sister?"

"Um, Steve?" Erica pulled the group out of their conversation, "Where's your Russian friend?"

Everyone looked to the ground and a sudden alarm began blaring throughout the room. Steve and Blake looked at each other, saying, "Oh, shit."

Steve laced his fingers with Blake's and they sped to the door, looking out of the small window to see that the Russian he had beaten up was talking to another guard. As on cue, they looked at the pair in the window and they ran to them causing Blake to push Dustin, "Move your ass, curly."

"Go, go, go, go, go!" Steve yelled, dragging his girlfriend behind him. Dustin led them into the main control room and Steve said, "Go! Shit! Shit, shit, shit!"

They all ran down a flight of stairs, Blake reaching behind her back and grabbing the knife she had put there. Continuing to speed away, she hurriedly moved the knot away in her shirt, stuffing the knife between the underwire of her bra and her skin.

She fixed her shirt as they began hearing men yelling in Russian coming toward them. Dustin suddenly stopped, causing Steve to yank Blake back so she didn't fall into the boy who was continuously cursing. Steve looked around, seeing a flight of stairs and dragged Blake over, "This way!"

Three guard suddenly came from another entrance and Steve let go of Blake's hands, pushing metal barrels into them before going back to the group, "Come on! Go, go, go, go, go!"

"Come on!" Robin yelled, pushing the kids forward. Erica ran through a door, everyone following as Blake said, "These are the times I should have my fucking bats!"

Steve shut the door behind them and held it shut, the guards coming up and trying to open it. Blake was instantly over, her back facing it as she planked her feet and used what strength she had to hold it close.

She looked up, yelling, "Robin!"

"Help us!" Steve wailed and Robin rushed over getting in the same position as Blake. Dustin and Erica looked over from the escape they had found, "Come on!"

"Get out of here!" Both Steve and Blake yelled. Dustin shook his head, "No! Come on now!"

"No!" Just go get some help, okay?" Steve demanded. Dustin looked at his friends and Blake said, "GO! Go find my dad!"

Dustin jumped under the piece of flooring Erica had taken off and stopped, Steve yelling, "What are you doing?"

"GO!" All three teenagers yelled, feeling the guards beginning to push their way through as Blake's feet slid a few inches. Dustin looked at them, "I won't forget you!"

"JUST FUCKING GO!" Blake screamed, her hair thrashing around as she pushed back with all her force and shut the door back into place. Dustin quickly left and suddenly the door pried its way open, Blake, Steve, and Robin flying into a wall.

The soldiers quickly filed their way in, pointing their guns at the trio and Blake sighed, a small smile on her face knowing that Dustin and Erica got away.

Meanwhile, Will, Lucas, Max, El and Mike were watching as the lights flickered and Will pressed his fingers to the back of his neck, chills coursing their way through his body. He eyes widened and he said, "He's here."

Across the hospital, Nancy was face to face with the their new threat that was shrieking loudly at her. She was frozen in place and she cursed, barely hearing Jonathan yell her name, "Run!"

She quickly stumbled back, watching the slimy monster make it's way over to her. Nancy continuously pushed the door, finding something was blocking it as Jonathan screamed, trying to gain the threat's attention away from her.

Nancy got in and took off, running down the hall that looked to be being renovated as she sobbed. A snarling was heard and the Mind Flayer slammed into the wall, continuing down the passage way after the girl.

The girl cried as the creature followed her and she slid into a room, locking it behind her as a pounding was heard, signifying that the Mind Flayer had reached her.

Nancy loudly sobbed as a squelching sound was heard, the monster coming through the small vent in the door and under it. It rapidly grew and Nancy's body shook, whimpering, "Jonathan."

Jonathan found where the monster was, calling for Nancy and the girl called his name, watching as the Mind Flayer bubbled and became solid again. The boy banged on the door, trying to push it open while saying, "Goddamn it!"

The Mind Flayer suddenly roared, throwing Nancy into the unfinished drywall causing her to hit the floor roughly. Nancy heavily panted, painfully resting on her knees before sliding down the wall, trying to get away from the monster.

It crawled on top of her, Nancy sobbing loudly as it's teeth got closer to her and growled. Before it could fully attack her, the door flew off its hinges, the kids and Jonathan coming into view as El was the one who opened the door with her powers.

Max's eyes widened, gripping onto Blake's bat tightly, "What the f-"

She was cut off by the Mind Flayer roaring and running towards them, El yelling as she flailed her arm around making the monster fly into the wall. She sent it across the room into another wall and then to the ceiling, finally throwing it to the ground roughly making it snarl.

Eleven raised her hands, screaming and sent it out of the window, the Mind Flayer landing on the asphalt underneath it. The kids quickly filed out of the hospital, Jonathan quickly running over to Nancy as they did so.

When they made it to where the monster had fallen, El put her hands up, stopping everyone from getting too close to it. The puddle of goo on the floor squelched, sliding down into the drain and left a few bones behind.

Everyone's chest heaved up and down, the kids all looking at each other before Max swung Blake's bat around, saying, "There will be a time where I use this thing."

The next morning, not that Dustin nor Erica could tell the difference at this point, the two children were sitting in the air ducts as the curly-haired boy explained everything that had happened over the span of eighteen months.

Dustin sighed, trying to take the air vent off so they could travel through, "So, when we set fire to the hub, we drew the demodogs away so El could close the gate. But now, for some insane reason, the Russians appear to be trying to reopen it, which just destroys everything we risked out lives for."

"By "we," you're including Lucas?" Erica rose a brow, not believing that her brother had anything to do with what was just told to her. Dustin scoffed, "Yes, of course."

"So all that shit you told me, Lucas was there?"

The boy nodded, "Yeah."

"My brother, Lucas Charles Sinclair?" She confirmed. Dustin rolled his eyes, finally understanding why Blake did not like the girl and said, "Yes!"

"I don't believe you," Erica concluded. Dustin sat there shocked for a moment before saying, "Wait, so you believe everything about El and the gate and the demodogs and the Mind Flayer, but you question your brother's involvement?"

Erica stiffly nodded, "That's correct."

"Makes total sense," He gave a sarcastic look, turning back to what he was doing. Erica tilted her head, "Um, you need help with that?"

"No."

"Well, I mean, it's taking a while so-" Dustin cut her off, saying, "Yeah, no shit, Sherlock."

He gave her a look and Erica rolled her eyes as she said, "All right, so if we don't find a more efficient method to step these fans, we're never find help and your ice cream buddies along with the girl with the temper are screwed."

"Yeah, with that attitude, they are. Jee-zus," Dustin whispered the last part. Erica smacked her lips together, "I'm just being realistic. I mean," She looked at her watch, "We've made it about point-three miles in nine hours. Then we had to walk three hours down that tunnel, so I'd estimate ten miles back to the elevator, which should take us approximately twelve-and-a-half days."

Dustin sat there in shock, "Did you just do all of that in your head?"

"I'm good with numbers," She simply shrugged, acting as if it was easy. Dustin scoffed, "Holy shit. You're a nerd."

"Come again?" Erica questioned, immediately feeling the need to retaliate. The boy next to her gave her a sarcastic glance, pausing after every word, "You... are... a... nerd."

Erica pointed a finger, waving it around, "Okay, you better take that back, nerd-" Dustin cut her off, "Can't put the truth back in the box."

"But it's no the truth-"

"-Let's examine the facts, shall we?" He questioned, "Fact one: you're a math whiz, apparently."

She scoffed, "That was a pretty straightforward equation."

"Fact number two: you're a political junkie-" She stopped him, saying, "Just because I don't agree with Communism as an ideology-"

"-Fact number three: you love My Little Pony."

Erica sat there stunned for a moment as Dustin held up her backpack. She took it and said, "And what does My Little Pony have to do with this?"

"Ah, let's recall the ponies' latest adventure, shall we? The evil centaur team and Tirek turns Applejack into a dragon at Midnight Castle and then Megan and the other ponies have to use Moochick's magic to defeat his rainbow of darkness," He explained, "Saving them from a lifetime of enslavement. All the pink in the world can't disguise the irrefutable fact that centaurs and castles and dragons and magic are all standard nerd tropes. Ergo, My Little Pony is nerdy. Ergo, you, Erica, are a nerd."

Erica gave him a indecorous look, placing her chin on her finger, "And how do you know so much about My Little Pony?"

"Because, I'm..." He stared at her, a smirk on his face, "A nerd."

He suddenly ripped out a few wires and the blades on the fans stopped spinning before he looked to her and said, "Let's go, nerd."

Erica only grumbled before following him.

Meanwhile, Blake had just been slapped across the face, the woman laughing and spitting out the blood that had collected in her mouth.

She turned back and said, "You're going to have to do better than that," She looked up at them a smirk on her face as she changed from English to Russian, "You all can go fuck yourselves."

"Please, don't hurt her anymore. Hit me, man!" Steve begged, sitting across the room as he watched his girlfriend get beat up with blood running down his own face and neck. One of the guards stalked over to him, slapping him across the face as the other grabbed Blake's chin and said, "Who do you work for?"

Neither one of the teenagers answered and the soldiers slapped them again, Steve groaning and spitting out blood as he said, "That one stung."

"Who do you work for?" The tall man repeated, looking at the boy in front of him. Steve glanced over to see the man with Blake with a dark look and he said, "For the millionth time, I work for Scoops Ahoy! She works for Gap and the pool."

The guard holding Blake grabbed her arm and threw her next to Steve, the woman groaning in pain as she landed on the side of her hurt ribs. She hissed, sitting up and looked at the two men as one of the came up to Steve and punched him in the abdomen and he said, "What the hell?!"

"Look at my outfit!" He continued, "Look at my outfit and look at her clothes! You think I just wear this?! Think I'm a spy in a sailor's uniform? You think a spy would dress like she would too? She draws too much attention to herself for that."

The soldier who previously punched Steve grabbed Blake's hair, the woman kicking him in the crotch in retaliation before she was thrown onto the floor. Steve's eyes grew dark, "I swear to God, if you touch her one more fucking time!"

"How did you get in?" The officer, who Blake assumed to be the main leader, asked. The woman sat up, leaning against the wall, knowing it was no use to try and fight her way out against two men who she barely weighed nothing against, and said, "Do you fuckers really not listen to a goddamn word we say? We already told you!"

"My delivery didn't come and my friends and I, we thought that it was left at the loading dock, so we went in the room and then it turned into an elevator, and then..." Steve stammered, just trying to tell them anything before they hurt Blake again, "And then we dropped and then, next thing we know, I open my eyes, and we're in this... wonderful facility."

Steve glanced at Blake, seeing her wipe the blood off her lip and cheekbone, red smearing all over her face and he began again as he turned back to the Russian, "But I swear to God, nobody knows about us, nobody saw us. You could just let us go, all right? And I'm not gonna tell anybody about this, okay? She's not going to, either. Shit happens, life goes on."

Blake's fists clenched as she watched one of the guards stare at her, a disgusting look on his face as he studied her. Her jaw was tight in anger as she peered up at him, not breaking her stare as Steve began again, "And, uh... ice- ice cream. Ice cream, okay?" The soldier broke his glace with Blake, "You guys know what ice cream is. Everybody loves ice cream. I don't know if you have Russian ice cream or it that's considered gelato."

"Gelato is Italian, Steve," Blake whispered and Steve rolled his eyes, saying, "But whatever you guys want, seriously. USS Butterscotch, I mean, you gotta try it. It is out of this world, I'm telling ya!"

It was quiet for a moment before the men began laughing and Steve nervously followed, noticing out of the corner of his eye Blake had slowly stood up. Blake watched as the guards' eyes were closed and stabbed the man who was watching her in the neck, her knife that was previously in her bra now in her hand.

The man grabbed her hand as the other soldier pulled out his gun, Blake slamming herself against the wall so she could use the man she was stabbing as a shield. Blood ran down her arm and onto her clothes, the man in front of her already dead from the blood loss before she pushed herself off the wall, throwing the guard into the other causing him to fall to the ground.

Steve watched, his eyes wide, as she hurriedly grabbed the man's discarded gun, pushing the bloody man off the other and held the gun between his eyes as she leaned over him.

She wiped the blood from her cheek, only causing more to spread as she said, "Now, I really don't want to have to kill you like I did your friend. So, why don't you give me the fucking keys to his cuffs before I blow your fucking brains out."

The man simply looked up at her and she chuckled, moving the gun to his chest, saying, "If I shoot here, it'll hit your lung and it'll collapse, meaning you'll stop breathing and die a painful death," She moved it a few inches, "But, if I shoot here, you'll die instantly die to a fatal shot to the heart. So," She pressed her foot into his stomach, "Give. Me. The. Fucking. Keys."

Blake watched carefully as he went to his belt, throwing the keys on the ground and she picked them up, still pointing the gun at him. She walked over to Steve, her back facing him as she sat down next to him on the concrete seat and put the gun in his hand.

Steve's eyes widened and Blake simply said, "If he moves, shoot him."

She quickly unlocked the cuffs, taking the gun from Steve and let him get them off. She glanced at him briefly, saying, "Put them on him."

"What?" Steve's eyes widened. Blake watched as the Russian lunged at her and she instantly shot him in the side, the man yelling in pain and falling back to the floor.

Blake glanced at Steve as she threw the keys and said, "Time to go."

Steve grabbed her bloodied hand, the two running out of the room with Blake still holding the gun. They went to go out of a pair out double doors when it opened, revealing a dozen Russian soldiers.

Steve's eye's widened as he cursed, "Shit!"

They ran down the corridor, sliding into another hall only to halt, seeing another dozen guards. They all pulled out their guns and Blake cursed, knowing there was no way out of this unless they were killed or went willingly. She looked at Steve, a sorry look in her eyes as she threw down the gun and put her hands in the air.

Steve did the same, realizing there was no use and the soldiers stalked toward them, almost instantly knocking them out with multiple punches to the head. They dragged them in a room and from the other side, Robin came in, yelling, "Get your hands off me!"

"Blake... Steve?" Robin questioned as she was thrown onto the floor with the couple, twisting and going over to them. She cried, seeing how bloody and bruised they were and said, "What did you do to them? What did you do?"

The officer that Blake had shot walked in the room, holding a bloody hand over this gunshot wound and kicked Robin over, saying in Russian, "Put them in chairs."

"Don't touch me!" Robin protested, watching as the soldiers put Blake in cuffs and carried the trio over to the chairs. Blake and Steve were passed out, red covering their faces as their heads naturally leaned on each other while the three were tied up in a triangle shape.

"Steve? Blake, can you hear me?" Their friend questioned. The officer chuckled, speaking English so Robin could understand him, "I think your friends need a doctor. Serves her right for causing me to need one," He pulled his hand back from his side to show the his bullet wound and Robin cringed, "Good thing..." He leaned toward her, a smirk on his face, "We have the very best."

The man turned and began laughing, Robin spitting in his face when he finally faced her again. He wiped his face with a handkerchief, looking at the teenage girl and saying, "You are going to regret that, little bitch."

He began speaking Russian and Robin grit her teeth, "Bastards! Let us outta here!" They walked out, "Bastards! Let us out! Let us out!"

A little while later, Dustin and Erica had just made it into a locked room from the ventilation and said, "Jackpot."

They jumped out of their entryway, looking around at all of the large containers of the bright green serum used to power the machine that opens the gate and Dustin laughed, seeing one of the Russian's carts.

Dustin and Erica ran to it, the girl saying, "Do you even know how to drive?"

"How hard could it be? Max did it," He simply shrugged, jumping in and going to start it. He paused, realizing the keys weren't in the ignition, "Aw, come on."

"You seriously thought they'd just leave the keys in there?" Erica questioned, shaking head head. Dustin brushed her off, saying, "There's gotta be a spare."

He began trying to find the spare keys and Erica walked off, seeing something that made her say, "Hey, Dustin?"

"Yeah?" He asked, not paying attention. Erica rose a brow, looking at the tall metal cage, "How big did you say that Demogorgon was?"

"Big. Nine feet or so- about two of Blake. Why?"

Erica didn't say anything and Dustin continued looking around, using his screwdriver that he had used to stop the fans earlier on a case connected to the wall. He opened it up easily, finding the keys to the cart and said, "Found 'em."

He turned, only to find that Erica wasn't there. He furrowed his brow, his heart dropping to his stomach as he said, "Erica?"

A loud electrical zapping was heard and Dustin whipped around, seeing Erica holding what looked to be a device to electrocute people. He sighed, "What the hell is that?!"

"A deadly weapon," She laughed, "Could be useful."

She pointed it toward Dustin again and the boy flinched, holding his hands up in the air while saying, "For what?"

"What do you think?" Erica questioned sarcastically, "Taking down Commies, saving your friends."

"Thought you were more realistic than that, nerd?"Dustin asked the girl. Erica rolled her eyes, walking away and Dustin continued, "We don''t even know where they are and even if we did, there are a million guards up there with weapons way deadlier than that," He walked over to the cart, "The best thing we can do for them is to get out of here and find help."

Erica sat in the cart and pointed the now turned off device and Dustin stared at it cautiously, "Easy with that. Our chance of surviving and theirs, ruses substantially. Just trust me on this. Please?"

The girl stayed quiet and Dustin started the car, driving off down the long hallway.

Meanwhile, Robin was sitting in the chair, tied up as she listened to Steve snoring. She rolled her eyes, yelling, "Help!"

"Hey, would you stop yelling?" Steve incoherently croaked. Robin sighed a breath of relief, "Steve! Oh, my God! Are- are you okay?"

"Where's Blake?" He ignored her questioning, turning around rapidly making his head spin. Robin shook her head, "Stop moving. You'll hurt yourself. Now answer the question."

"My ears are ringing and I can't really breathe, and my eye feels like it's about to pop out of my skull. Now, is Blake okay?" Steve finished, grunting in pain. Robin looked over, seeing Blake's head leaning forward and said, "She's still out. What the hell happened back there?"

Steve gulped, his voice going down to a whisper, "She killed someone... and I don't even think she's fully processed it yet. And when she does," He bit his lip, "It's going to eat her alive."

"Stop talking about me like I'm not here," A voice groaned. Both Robin and Steve turned their heads, seeing Blake lift up her head as she was only to see spots, "Oh, God. My head."

"Well, the good news is that they're calling you two a doctor," Robin tried to break up the awkwardness. Steve looked around, his vision slightly obscured, "Is this his place of work? I love the vibe."

Robin and Blake chuckled, the latter of them groaning afterwards in pain. Robin shook her head, "Yeah, tell me about it. So, okay, so you see that table over there on your right?"

Blake and Steve looked around and the girl didn't see anything and Robin said, "No, Steve, your other right. Blake you can't see it. Your back is facing it."

"Oh," Steve murmured, turning his head and Robin followed, saying, "And do you see those scissors?"

"Uh-huh," He nodded. Robin sighed, "Yeah, well I think if we all move at the same time, we could get over there, and then maybe I could kick the tale and knock them into your lap."

Steve's face brightened, "And I could cut the bonds."

"Yeah and we could get out of here," Robin smiled before turning to Blake, whose back was pressed against her shoulder, "If you push off while jump, we could make it."

"Is this really going to work?" Blake critcally questioned. Steve groaned, "A little faith, KitKat."

"All I'm saying is that this always works in the movies, but it's not plausible. But if you want to try, what's the harm?" Blake sighed. Steve then laughed, "Those, morons. Leaving scissors here?"

The two Scoops Ahoy employees began joking around and Blake rolled her eyes, knowing that they left them there for a reason- a reason she didn't necessarily want to find out. Blake turned to Steve, stretching her neck, "Harrington, I love you, but can we please do this already?"

"Okay," Robin started, "On the count of three, we are going to hop and Blake will push off."

"Okay, good, hop on three. I gotcha."

Robin counted down to three and they call did as instructed, Blake shocked to find that it was working. They continued to work together, laughing as they did so before Blake pushed off, the two Scoops Ahoy members not hopping high enough and making them fall to the ground.

The trio groaned, Steve and Robin tilted on their sides as Blake was facing the ceiling, no where to rest her head. She grunted, her neck straining to try and keep it up as she said, "Well, shit."

Robin began laughing and Blake turned to her, her hair getting caught from under the pairs weight as she said, "Ro? Are you having a nervous break down on us?"

"Don't cry, Robin," Steve tried to comfort her as Blake moved her wrists around in the cuffs that were around her. Blake sighed, talking to her boyfriend, "She's laughing, Harrington."

"What? Why- why are you laughing?" He questioned, confused. Robin continued chuckling, "I'm sorry! I'm so sorry. It's just... I can't believe I'm gonna die an a secret Russian base with Steve "The Hair" Harrington."

Blake furrowed a brow, pouting a bit, "What about me?"

"You never had a nickname in high school, 'Lake. You weren't a dick to people unless they were one to you. But I'm glad you're here," Robin simply explained. Blake shrugged and began thinking of ways to get out of the handcuffs as Steve grunted, thinking about Blake and dying said, "We aren't going to die. We're gonna get out of here, okay? Just- you gotta let me just think for a second."

"Well, could you hurry? Because all my blood is going to rush to my head soon," Blake commented, her neck burning from trying to keep it up.

After a minute, Robin sighed, saying, "Do you two remember, um, Mrs. Click's sophomore history class?"

Steve shook his head while Blake laughed and said, "Mrs. Clickity-Clackity! She was a piece of work."

"That's what us band dweebs called her, minus Blake," Robin explained and Steve sighed, not seeing the point of this story. Blake's eyes suddenly widened as she brought her head up, mustering all her strength to look at her tied up hands.

Robin continued to tell Steve the story and Blake grit her teeth, fighting against the cuffs only to come up short. She grunted, twisting her wrist just right and slipped her hand out, laughing as she waved it out and said, "I'm so glad my dad taught me how to do it that way and not to dislocate my thumb."

"Holy shit, you got out?" Steve questioned as Blake placed her head down, staring at the metal table the others saw, but now it was upside down. Blake huffed, "There is a table."

"Blake, not the point! Get the other one out and free us!" Robin exclaimed. Blake went to do so and the door suddenly swung open, causing her movements to halt.

She quickly placed her hand close to the other as the soldiers walked over, chuckling lightly causing the three to look at them while he said, "Where were you three going?"

"Have you ever heard of a place called McDonald's?" Blake sarcastically questioned, looking up at the man. He licked his teeth and clenched his jaw as one of the solider's got the three to sit back in the proper position, fixing Blake's cuff.

Blake's eyes widened, seeing the man in front of her with a long syringe and the officer bent down to Steve's level, saying, "Try telling the truth this time, yes? It'll make your visit with Dr. Zharkkov less painful- especially for your girl."

"Hey, get your filthy hands out of my boyfriends hair," Blake told, seeing out of the corner of her eye that the officer had touched it, "My hands only."

The Russian laughed and walked over to Blake and tilted his head before he bent down and gripped her chin, Steve looking at him and saying, "Get your fucking hands off her!"

"Her first," The man laughed and let go of Blake's face, the woman looking up through her lashes and growling at him. Steve's eyes widened as he watched the doctor stalk toward Blake and he said, "Wait a second. Wait. Hold on. Don't touch her! Okay! Wait, wait, wait! What is that?!"

"Steve," Blake turned slightly, a tired yet reassuring smile on her face, "Don't worry about me. I'll be okay."

"No, please! No," He begged, trashing around in his seat, and the doctor didn't listen, moving Blake's hair and slamming the syringe in Blake's neck. She let out a scream, the substance feeling as though it was burning as it entered her blood steam and Robin and Steve heavily protested.

Steve yelled, "You son-of-a-bitch! Get your hands off her!"

An hour later, Steve, robin and Blake were still sitting around, all focused on something in the room.

The doctors had given them all some sort of drug and they were eerily quiet, waiting to see what the results of the drug would be.

"Honestly, I don't really feel anything," Steve suddenly confessed, his head leaning on Robin's and Blake's. He sniffed, "Do you guys?"

"I mean, I... I feel fine. I feel normal," Robin told and looked at Blake, "How about you, Hopper?"

Blake smacked her lips, playing with her fingers, "I feel like the sister from Sixteen candles when she took those four muscle relaxers... I'm perfect."

"I feel good too!" Steve suddenly exclaimed and the three burst into laughter. Robin snorted, saying, "Wanna know a secret?"

Blake jumped in her seat, being held down by the restraints as a smile was on her face, "I love secrets!"

"I like it too!" Robin giggled. Steve scoffed, his mind hazy, "Morons. They messed up the drug!"

"They're stupid. I mean, how hard could a truth serum be?" Blake questioned, rolling her eyes. Steve and Robin laughed, "Morons. Hey, morons!"

The brunette joined them and they yelled for a bit before Robin turned to Blake, "Oh, no. There's definitely something wrong with us."

"Something is fucked up," Blake chuckled I'm a sing song voice. The door buzzed open and Blake's brows went to her hairline, seeing the officer walk in after a minute and said, "Wow. You got way more grumpy looking after I shot you, you know that?"

Both Steve and Robin snorted before the two with their backs facing each other looked at the doctor pulling out different torturing instruments. Robin tilted her head, saying, "Would now be a good time to tell you that I don't like doctors?"

"And I don't like needles. And the one you fucking shoved in my neck was like," Blake went to gesture with her hands and pouted, looking down to see her hands were cuffed. She looked at Steve, "Harrington, I keep telling you not to play with my dad's cuffs."

"Let's try this again, yes?" The main leader interrupted them. Steve licked his lips, smacking them while murmuring out a small yes and the man said, "Who do you work for?"

"Scoops," He laughed, Blake and Robin following him, "Scoops Ahoy."

The older Russian grit his teeth, "How did you find us?"

"Totally by accident," Steve snickered, telling the truth. The officer let out a frustrated sigh, speaking in Russian," More lies."

"No lies," Blake shook her head wildly, "No one is lying here because... shit, what's the phrase? Oh! Friends don't lie."

The doctor picked up a pair of pliers and Steve made a noise of awe, "What is that shiny little toy?"

"Where are you going with that, doc?" Robin questioned as the man walked past her and stepped in front of Blake. The woman looked up at him, a sarcastic grin on her face while saying, "Well, howdy, doc."

The man gripped her face and Steve began protesting, watching as the doctor pried Blake's mouth open and went to take one of her teeth out. Robin's eyes widened and she yelled, "There was a code! We heard a code!"

He stopped and Blake looked at him, speaking while the pliers were still in her mouth, "You should listen to her."

"What code?" The officer questioned, going over to Robin.

The girl gave him a sarcastic look, "The week is long. The silver cat feeds when blue meets yellow in the west." Blah, blah, blah. You broadcast that stupid spy shit all over town and we picked it up on our Cerebro and we cracked it in a day," Blake started laughing, stomping her feet on the ground, "A day! You think you're so smart, but a couple of kids who scoop ice cream and sell crappy clothes for a living, cracked your code in a day and now, people know you're here."

"Who knows we are here, little bitch?" The man yelled and Steve chuckled, "Uh, well, Dustin knows."

"Hey, Steve," Robin started, trying to stop him. The boy continued, "Yeah, Dustin Henderson, he knows."

"Steve!" Blake and Robin exclaimed, his girlfriend continuing and saying, "Number one rule of interrogation: you don't give up vital details and names to the enemy. Haven't you watched a movie before?"

Steve shrugged, "Only because you make me."

"Dustin Henderson," The Russian man repeated, Blake looking over at him and saying, "If you touch one curly fry on his head, I will find you and kill you."

"Oh, curly-hair," Steve nodded, "Great hair. Small. Kind of like a 'fro. Yeah."

"Where is he?" The officer questioned. Steve pouted, laughing a bit, "He's long gone, you big asshole. And he's probably calling my future father-in-law and Hopper's calling the US cavalry," He snorted, "They're gonna come in here, commando-style, gun's a-blazin' and kick your sorry asses back to Russia. You're gonna be two pieces of toast."

Blake's eyes widened, "Ooh! Toast!"

"Is that so?"

"Yeah," The Harrington boy shrugged, the drugged trio laughing again before an alarm rang out. Blake looked around and yelped, "No! A big alarm clock. Turn it off!"

Steve gave the Russian officer a cocky look as soldiers from outside began yelling in Russian, Blake groaning as she said, "Again with the yelling."

The officer left quickly, leaving the doctor in with the trio and Steve looked at him, saying, "So, how's your pay?"

A sudden yell rang through the room and Blake's face lit up, seeing Dustin run in with the device Erica previously had and shocked the doctor. Steve's jaw dropped as the doctor fell to the floor and when the boy looked at him.

He smiled, saying, "Hey! Henderson!" Dustin started untying him, "That's crazy, I was just talking about you."

"Curly fry! I missed you," Blake pouted as he came up to her. He tilted his head in confusion, but shook it off, saying, "Get ready to run."

"I hate running! My little legs can't go as fast as yours."

AN: Okay... yes, Blake killed someone.

I know some of you will not like that and that's okay, but when you are trying to get away from people who WILL kill you... you will do anything to get away. Blake's number one goal in life is to keep those whom she loves, protected. And if that means she has to take someone's life, who, ultimately, would have done the same to her, she will. No questions asked.

I'm adding this authors note because I don't want you all to see her as a monster. She's not. She's trying to keep herself and her family safe.

I'm sorry if I have upset you in any way... I was debating ever putting this in and my best friend had to reassure and help me down from a full blown panic after I wrote that part.

That's why this update took so long.

I hope you all can at least understand a bit of my reasoning.
