Sophie walked up to Wylie's house mischievously.

"You have everything?" She asked Linh.

" Yep. "

"Let's go already!" Keefe said.

A few hours earlier:

"Come on! What should we do for Wylie's birthday?" Biana demanded.

"Give him a cake. " Keefe said, then cracked up.

Biana rolled her eyes. "Anything else?"

" Oooh! We could buy him a present. " Marella suggested.

"We could..." Biana considered. " but that's not big enough. "

"We could do a surprise party." Glimmer said.

Biana smiled. "See this is why I like you so much."

" How are we gonna do it though? " Sophie asked.

"Well, we could sneak into his house with permission of his Foster Parents, and set up the part decorations, and wait for him to come downstairs." Fitz said.

" Good idea! But how are we gonna see his reaction? We have to leave eventually. "

"We could set up a camera!" Linh said .

Biana snapped her fingers. "Great! Now all we need is the money to buy the party decorations."

" Our adoptive parents have that. " Tam said sullenly from the back of the room.

"Yeah! They're crazy rich." Linh jumped in.

" Can you ask for some money? "

"That depend whether or they're in a good mood." Tam said.

" Well, at least try. "

"Fine." Tam groaned .

Linh and Biana clapped their hands.

"Let's get moving people!"

Marella laughed. "Let's get moving people." She mimicked. She laughed again.

Biana ignored her.

A few hours later, they were at Wylie's house.

Glimmer wasn't able to make it, because her family wanted her honesty at home.

"Keefe has a point." Sophie said. "Let's go!"

Biana shot up and raced towards the door.

She unlocked it with the key Wylie's Foster Parents gave them and slid in.

"What should we do first?" She asked.

" Streamers! " Marella said a little too loudly. "

"Shhh!"

She covered her mouth. "Sorry."

Biana started on the steamers, while Keefe and Fitz set up the camera, Sophie and Linh went to put the cake out and put on the finishing touches, and Marella and Tam put the presents on the table.

"Done!" Linh exclaimed quietly.

They had decorated the cake with blue frosting and sprinkles.

"Finally. We have the camera set up." Keefe told Biana.

"Done with the presents too! " Marella said.

"Alright, then let's get outta here!" Biana said already going to the door.

They followed, and went to her house to watch his reaction.

They say around in her room waiting for the notification telling them that Wylie was up.

"Ugh." Keefe said. "Wake up Wylie!!! "

"Patience." Sophie told him.

A ding from Biana's phone alerted them.

"He's awake!" She exclaimed.

They huddled around her to watch it.

Wylie scratched his head, and turned on the light.

"Woah." He breathed. He turned around to look at everything.

"Presents, cake, decorations. " he said quietly.

Then he turned toward the camera and started working forward.

"Thanks guys." He said. "And yes, I know you did this. Dex made the camera didn't he?"

Obviously he couldn't hear them but Keefe shouted out, "Yeah! Dex made it. And of course we did that for you!"

" Keefe! " They yelled in unison.

He smirked sheepishly.
