Danielle stood in front of the familiar mansion, taking a deep breath before she gathered her courage to press the doorbell. Instantly she was connected to the intercom outside and a small camera popped out, scanning both the two figures.

"Oh my god! Dani, our sweet little Dani! You finally came!" Catherine sounded beyond happy.

The big golden gates opened, granting her and Jin access to the mansion. Grunting softly, she dragged the supposedly fainted Jin on her shoulders and made her way to the front door where she was greeted by her friend. Catherine, who just noticed the condition Jin was in, quickly helped Danielle to support him.

They both carried Jin inside the mansion, setting him down on a sofa. Catherine excused herself to go get some refreshments while Danielle sat beside Jin and placed his head on her lap. Looking around, Danielle's hand slowly snaked towards her jacket's pocket, opening it slighting and letting out the spider. Once the spider crawled out of sight, she let out a sigh of relief.

A familiar deep laugh caught her attention, making her turned to the source. She bit her lips slowly, to keep her mouth shut as she saw the scene in front of her. Catherine had the tray of drinks in her hands, but she was being hugged by the one and only V. The peaceful silence I had was now replaced with their laughter as they made their way towards us. However, it seemed like they both forgot about the two guests they had in the mansion, until Danielle cleared her throat.

Catherine immediately flushed red and set the tray onto the coffee table. V stood beside her, with a huge grin on his face. Danielle didn't dare look at them, fearing the tears pooling in her eyes would fall.

"V, I forgot to mention we had visitors. This is my friend, Danielle. You can call her Dani. Dani, this is my boyfriend," Catherine did the introduction while looking dreamily at V.

Dani bit the inside of her cheeks and blinked her tears away. Slowly, she lifted her face away while plastering a smile of her face. Taking the outstretched hand in front of her, she shook hands with V, quickly taking back her hand after a few seconds. She rubbed her hand; the one that touched V's and lowered her head again. Catherine must have sensed her feeling uncomfortable.

"Are you okay, Dani?" Catherine looked at Danielle with pure concern. It wanted to make Danielle puke. If she hadn't known better, she would have fallen for her friend's professional acting. Sadly, there was nothing she could do but to act like her heart wasn't aching.

Faking another smile, she answered her friend. "Nah, I'm okay. I'm just happy to see V," she glanced at him.

Catherine moved closer to Danielle, her mouth inches away from Danielle's ear. "Do you not trust me on keeping him safe, little Dani? You know how much I love him," Catherine purred. She then went back to being beside V, hugging his arm and looking at Danielle sweetly.

Danielle gritted her teeth, fighting the urge to punch Catherine at that moment. There was no way Catherine genuinely loves V for who he is. They were only using the BTS members for their own need. Danielle glared at Catherine, her words repeating in her head.

Not as much as I want to get him away from you

She looked around the room, trying to devise an escape route, until her eyes met V's. His eyes were no longer soft and warm like they used to be. They were a hard grey now, and it felt really cold. It was no doubt their doing. Danielle studied his face closer, but the evil smirk on his face just made her blood boil. This was definitely not the V she knew. The one she knew was already gone, taken by her friends, unless she saved him from those monsters.

Unconsciously, Danielle stroked Jin's hair softly, as she watched the two 'love birds' like a hawk. They were teasing each other, acting like she wasn't there at all. Danielle was close to really punching her friend, but thankfully she went upstairs with v fololowing her.

Halfway up the stairs, he stopped dead in his track. Something just felt off for him, especially his girlfriend's new friend. He turned around, back to the living room to see Dani. Her head was hung low and he heard whispers. Her shoulders moved as she talked, and soon he heard soft sniffling.

"I just can't take it anymore, Jin," Danielle whispered softly to the person on her lap. Her tears fall, marking Jin's cheek. V tilted his head to the side, as he watched the crying girl in front of him. Somehow, it hurt him to see her sad.

Carefully, he placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. "Dani?" he called softly.

Danielle slapped his hand away rather roughly. Glaring at him, she said in a venomous tone "Get away from me. I don't need you here."

Rubbing the spot Danielle hit, V sat beside her and gave a small smile. "Hey, you can tell me what's wrong. A friend of Cat is a friend of mine," he tried comforting. Danielle just stared at him, thinking how she wanted to be in his embrace and being told that everything would be okay.

Catherine came running down, calling out V's name. Upon reaching the living room, she let out a gasp when she saw Danielle's bloodshot eyes. V quickly stood up and went to Catherine, telling her what he knew. Nodding in response, she told V to carry Jin to his room while she comforted her friend.

V did as he was told, gently carrying Jin bridal style off Danielle's lap and up the stairs. Somehow, Danielle started crying softly again, seeing Jin being taken away from her by the guy who stole her heart. Catherine was immediately by her side, rubbing her back softly while whispering comforting words.

Danielle stood up, thinking to get some time alone to clear her mind, and was about to make her way to the front door, when she heard the whisper behind her. It was Catherine's voice, so close to her.

"Good bye, Dani."

And that was the last thing she heard before darkness engulfed her.

V threw Jin softly onto the mattress. Jin was still keeping up with his acting, pretending to be unconscious. He felt the bed shift, guessing V sat down with him. Sighing softly, V brushed Jin's hair out of his face.

"I know you're awake. You can stop your acting," V said softly.

Jin cautiously opened one of his eyes, peaking at V, who just nodded in response. Seeing the coast was clear, Jin opened both his eyes and sat beside V. He was taking in his surrounding, a medium sized bedroom that was just too plain, until V opened his mouth again.

"I hope she's okay," V sighed softly. He was playing with his fingers, probably to avoid making eye contact.

Jin smiled at that. V was still the soft hearted boy he raised, and there was nothing that could change that, even some crazy teenage girl. Putting his arm over V's shoulder, he pulled him closer, rubbing his arm comfortingly like he always does. V laughed at this small gesture, and finally lifted his head, smiling to his hyung.

"Having you here with me is really the best thing I could ever ask for," V paused, the smile fading from his face. "But hyung, who was that girl with you? I felt funny when I touched her," he looked down at his hand; the one he touched Danielle with.

Jin only laughed at the poor confused boy. V wouldn't listen anyway if Jin tried explaining to him. He was always somehow very hard-headed, especially when it's about the heart. V looked at his hyung, expecting an answer, but joined in Jin's laughing. Even he knew he wouldn't be getting the answer he wanted if Jin started laughing like that. Their laughter died down, until it was a peaceful silence for them.

Something sparkled from the corner of Jin's eyes, catching his attention. It was the robotic spider Rachel built, crawling on the small drawer beside the bed. Jin's smile quickly turned into a frown, as he remembered the whole reason he was here, and it was not to relax with V. Scratching the back of the neck, he opened his mouth to talk but quickly closed it again.

"What is it hyung?" V tilted his head.

"It's nothing. Just, do you still have the pendrive?" V nodded in response, taking out the pendrive from his pocket. "Yeah... The thing is, I heard Pdnim was going to blow that thing up. It could be dangerous if it got into the wrong hands, and since you were gone, he thought it would be safe if he did," V, gullible as he is, fell for it and quickly threw the pendrive away.

The pendrive went straight to the drawer, where the robotic spider took it away without V noticing. Jin sighed in relief and relaxed a bit. He was about to continue their conversation, when he heard the clacking sounds of heels getting louder. V looked at Jin, placing a finger to his mouth as a signal to be quiet, and Jin quickly laid back on the bed, as if he never woke up.

Just in time for the door to slammed open, revealing a very tired Catherine, who straight away goes to sit beside V. With closed eyes, she placed her chin onto V's shoulder.

"How are you?" she asked softly.

"He was kinda heavy, but nothing I couldn't manage," V gave a small smile to her.

Catherine cracked a smile. "And that's why I like you," she gave a small peck on his cheek.

V smiled like a lovesick schoolboy. "So, how's your friend?" V kissed her forehead. Catherine, who was already half asleep, hummed sleepily. Laughing, V repeated his question again. Opening her eyes, Catherine looked as if she was drunk.

"Oh, Dani? She's sleeping downstairs. I can't carry her though," Catherine yawned.

V looked at Catherine, making her lay on his lap. Stroking her hair, he said "Just let her be. No one is more important than you, my love."

Jin flinched at the nickname, but fortunately Catherine was too drowsy to notice the movement. He was silently cursing Rachel for the choice of gadgets she gave him, nothing useful to get that annoying girl out. And he didn't want anything more than to know what was wrong with V. It felt as if he had a split personality disorder, which he was sure was because of those girls.

Jin thought hard to get the hell out of this place, but what could he do? Equipped with a necktie that records his voice and other gadgets he labelled useless, it seems it would take a while.

The three of them all cheered at their achievement. Krista was hugging Levi, who was trying to get out from the death grip while Rachel was grinning from ear to ear. They managed to get the pendrive out the house, and now on the way to the car, the one they had used to send Dani and Jin over.

"Well, this is great and all, but what about Dani?" Krista ruined the celebration. Shoving the robotic spider's controller to Levi, Rachel observed Danielle's surrounding using the camera installed in her hair clip. Everything was clear, no harm but except the fact that she was unconscious. Danielle being unconscious could lead to a lot of trouble, some of it they were hoping to avoid.

Rachel stood in front of the screen, brain storming for an idea. There were tons of options; a few to show off her skills, but none of them were to Krista's liking. Ignoring her complaints, Rachel started typing on her laptop. Levi was on the same boat with Krista, saying they shouldn't be hasty when it comes to a human life. Rachel and Levi were busy arguing back and forth, until Krista yelled to them.

"I'm out!" she grabbed her backpack, and went out of the car. Thank god the car wasn't moving, if not, she would have been seriously injured. Rachel was dumbfound with the girl's stupid act while Levi just shook his head and continued his work, since he was already immune to her stupidity.

Suddenly, there was a loud knocking coming from the screen, the camera with Danielle. Rachel's eyes widen in realization, and frankly tried persuading Levi to save her. Levi just shook his head, and said she could handle herself.

"Have more faith in her," with a smug smile, he pointed to the screen. Rachel's jaw dropped, as she watched what unfold in front of her.

Krista delivered a high kick, knocking Catherine out. She looked right into the camera and smiled. Disappearing out of the camera range, there was a rustling noise before the camera adjusted, changing views.

"I'm bringing Dani with me. You guys get ready," Krista's voice was heard. Apparently, she was carrying Danielle piggy back style back to the car. Rachel looked at Levi disbelief, and Levi just shrugged.
