1.) What made you decide to make a BTS Fanfiction?
I have a habit of writing with whatever I am interested in most at the moment. This particular fanfiction is actually one I started this year although I've been writing ffs for as long as I can remember and writing BTS fanfics for almost two years now. There's no specific answer except it was what I was into and wanted. :)
2.) What was your inspiration from your storyline?
For Scarbird it's really unknown how I got the idea unlike with my other fics I'll know exactly how and when it starts. Where I lived the crows will often pick on smaller birds, sometimes going as far as to even killing and eating them. In my mind I interpertated that into a human concept and that's how Scarbird came to be!
3.) What message or word of encouragement you might like with share to your fellow writers?
Writing can be tough and frustrating but what you need to keep in mind as long as you write every day you will reach whatever goal you want to obtain. Set a writing goal and try to achieve it every day, say a thousand words, 500 even, or if you're like me and procrastinate start with 200. It's not much but overtime you will see the impact it has on your work.
4.) Can you give a word of advice to your fellow writers in terms of writing a story? or publishing a book?
My only word of advice would be to have faith in yourself. Sometimes reading other works from authors makes you lose confidence because you believe they're better at writing or they idea is better etc. Everyone is different so even if one person doesn't like your story or writing style don't be discouraged. Someone out there will love what you create no matter what it is. Write for yourself, because you wanted this not anyone else.
5.) Last question, how do you personally deal when you've experienced a "Writer's Block"? What do you do?
I'll try to get inspired. Whether it be reading a book, walking and daydreaming, or just listenining to music. Somewhere along that moment of writers block and relaxation I'll find something that really speaks to me, that gets my juices flowing to write. One thing that really helps me is if I watch a movie and a specific scene comes up, whether it be action or romance, I'll try to write that scene day the way I see it. It's a nice temporary breakthrough because you don't have to strain your brain too much but you'll still be getting into the writing mindset again.Special thanks to everyone who reads or has read my book and has supported them, I love you'll dearly <3
