The episode starts with Rui, who is a judge, slamming the table with a judgement hammer.

Rui: I call the court to order.

Then, the scene shows Kasumi, Arisa, Tsugumi and Mashiro at the court on their respective places.

Rui: Prosecution, please read the indictment.

Then, a freeze frame showing the judge's name can be seen on the screen.

Arisa: Indictment:

The next freeze frame showing the prosecutor's name can be seen on the screen.

Arisa: The defendant Mashiro Kurata was accused of eating the victim Rimi Ushigome's choco cornets while at CiRCLE.

Rimi: My chocolate cornets...

Mina: Rimi-chan...

Arisa: She is charged with the crime of chocolate cornet embezzlement!

Rui: Defense, are there any error in the prosecutor's indictment?

Mashiro: I didn't embezzle anything!

Said Mashiro who is anxious of her being guilty and a freeze frame showing the defendant's name can be seen on the screen.

Rui: Prosecution, please read your first argument.

Arisa: We have reports that the defendant recently stated that she love Yamabuki Bakery's chocolate cornets.

Kasumi: Objection!

Said Kasumi pointing at Mashiro as the freeze frame showing the attorney's name on the screen.

Kasumi: Right, Mashiro-chan?

Mashiro: Right. It's just a recent habit.

Arisa: We have evidence that the defendant recently contacted Saaya Yamabuki of the Yamabuki Bakery.

Then, the scene shows Tsugumi, who is a stenographer, jotting down the evidence as the freeze frame showing the stenographer's name on the screen.

Arisa: She requested a cornet, but was refused, and thus resorted to the crime.

The scene shows the reenactment of what happened between Mashiro and Rimi.

Ikki: Mashiro... is that true?!

Kasumi: Objection! That's not true, right, Mashiro-chan?

Mashiro: I was asking her questions about my band. I asked other members as well.

Kasumi: Huh? Did you?

Mashiro: Please don't forget that!

She said screaming and becoming more anxious.

Noire: Sounds like she's being honest with it.

Blanc: I agree.

Arisa: We also had a witness with an incontrovertible evidence.

Rui: Call the witness.

Timeskip...

The next scene shows Aya who's a witness with a freeze frame showing the witness's name on the screen.

Arisa: Did you see anything directly before the victim's cornet disappeared?

Aya: I saw Mashiro-chan chewing with chocolate on her mouth.

The scene shows Mashiro was eating at the class with some dirts on her mouth.

Kasumi: Objection! Is that true, Mashiro-chan?

Mashiro: It isn't! That wasn't chocolate, it was sauce! Sauce from a Kitazawa Meat Croquette!

Arisa: The defendant was also-

Arisa got interrupted by Kasumi objecting everything she said.

Kasumi: Objection! Objection!

Arisa: You just wanted to say that!

Rui: We won't get anywhere like this.

(Y/N): Take this seriously, Kasumi-chan.

Aya: Oh, right. I remember seeing someone else with a cornet.

Kasumi: Wh-Who was it?

Aya: I-It was...

Aya was glancing at someone as she pointed at the person and it was...

Arisa: Kasumi, you!

Kasumi: Objection! Objection!

Mashiro: K-Kasumi-san, how could you?

Zhongli: I can help you with that if you want.

While arguing, everyone who were watching got sweat on their head witnessing what's going on.

Suddenly, someone entered the room as the person asked everyone in there.

???: Girls, what is all this racket? What are you up to?

It turns out the voice was Marina entering, but something unexpected can be seen from her.

There's a chocolate stain spotted on her mouth.

Arisa: M-Marina-san, those...

Rui: Guilty.

She said as the text saying "Guilty" shows up on the screen.

She then slammed the hammer on the table and the culprit is found.

Everyone: 0_0 ... EEEEEEEEEHHHH?!?! MARINA-SAN IS THE CULPRIT!

Marina is the one who ate Rimi's chocolate cornets.
