Noel Fielding -@somebody-actually

"Hello?" you answered your phone.

"Hello, Y/N! Would you go wake up Noel, please? We can't reach him and we need to be at the Bake Off tent in 30 minutes for filming." Nancy, one of the producers informed you.

"Oh, yes! Of course! I'll go find him." you said quickly into the phone.

You began walking towards your shoes.

"Alright, cheers." she said.

"No problem, bye." you said, hanging up and sitting down on the ground, quickly popping your shoes on your feet.

If he wasn't in his hotel room, then you would go check the dining hall, or the lobby.

Sometimes he would just wonder aimlessly, and that was a hassle for the crew, but it was one of the many things that you loved about Noel.

There was literally nothing to dislike in the man child.

He was creative, funny, thoughtful, intelligent, and just an all around feel good person.

Really someone that everyone wanted to be around all the time.

He was an eccentric too, which sometimes made it hard for people to understand what he was doing or why he was doing it,  but an artist is an artist, and Noel was very good at what he did.

You walked down the quiet corridor of the hotel, a couple rooms down where you knew Noel's room was.

You arrived at the door, and knocked on it softly.

"Noel!" you called out to it.

After a moment, when their was no answer, you knocked on the door a little harder, and then pressed your ear to it as you called out again.

"Noel!"

The door behind you opened and the tenant across from his room spoke, "He left his room early this morning."

You turned to them and flattened out your shirt.

"Oh... Did he say where he was going?" you asked.

They shook their head.

"Okay, cheers." you nodded politely as you quickly made your way down the hallway.

Next you would check the lobby.

You had made it down there just to find that he was no where to be seen.

So you moved into the dining hall.

You walked in and didn't spot his bright self anywhere, so you walked up to one of the women at behind the counter.

"Excuse me, but have you seen a man, 5'10 about. Black hair, thin, probably wearing colorful clothing, bright blue eyes?" you asked hopefully.

She thought about it for a moment.

"I think he came in for a cup of tea early in the morning, but I think he might of left the building, I'm not sure. You can check around outside."

"Alright, thank you." you nodded at her.

Only 20 minutes left to find Noel.

Before you could even make it out the door, another side door had caught you eye.

It was one that led to a garden.

You moved towards it, curiosity running through your veins.

As you stepped out the door, it was like a whole new universe existed in the field of color, flowers of all sorts blooming beautifully throughout the place.

The green field was well kept, and lush.

After a moment, you spotted a familiar head of black hair, a tall but soft man with roses and hands upon his shirt standing over by one particularly large, blooming tree.

You quickly, but at the same time slowly made your way over to the man with his hands gently held behind his back, eyes cast upward.

"Hey, stranger." you smiled.

His eyes widened a bit as he looked over to you quickly, and he calmed when he saw it was only you.

"Hello." he smiled cheekily, looking between you and the tree.

"It's lovely." you motioned to it.

"It is." he replied softly.

"I hate to ruin your admiration for nature, but..."

"Bake off tent. I know." he said gently, eyes softly gazing upon the tree, much how your eyes were softly gazing upon his pale face.

"Y/N, what do you like most about this tree?" he asked.

You thought about it for a moment.

Noel moved his eyes to the side to peer at you, though his head remained facing the tree.

"The flowers, I think. They're soft, and lovely, sort of like-"

Before you knew it, he'd swiftly moved, planting his lips on yours.

It only lasted a second.

It was more of a peck, really.

But it was enough to take the breath from your lungs.

"We should be on our way, then." he smiled, looking into your eyes before grabbing your hand gently, and pulling you along, swinging your hands gently as you did so.

He was lovely, he really was.

And the admiration that you had for him as you walked along, radiated from your body, almost creating a glow around the two of you as you walked, and Noel gazed back every so often to give you a cheeky smile and a loving gaze.
