Floraekinesis:

Bambi has the ability to create, shape, and manipulate flowers and parts of a flower to move/attack. Including petals, stems, pollen making them grow and bloom, and she can also mutate flowers by rearranging their DNA structure and is also able to revive withered and dead flowers as well.

Weakness:
May be unable to create flowers, being limited to manipulating only from already existing sources.
Distance, mass, precision, etc. depend upon of the knowledge, skill, and strength of the user, and their power's natural limits.
Most users are powerless in areas without flowering plants or at least potential for plants to grow (infertile/barren soil).
High levels of radiation in a concentrated area may cause defects in the ability.
