"I could stay out here all day and night with you for the rest of my life," he murmurs and starts to pepper kisses from the shell of her ear all the way down to her shoulder blade.

"If you do that, we won't be able to pay the rent," she teases before turning her cheek into him, his starry gaze catching her attention.

He flashes her a boyish smile before kissing her cheek endearingly. He lets his lips linger on her skin for a while, humming to himself in content as she feels him smile lightly against her cheek. His grip around her waist tightens as he inadvertently pulls her closer to him, nuzzling his nose into her cheek, causing a giggle to erupt from her lips.

They stay like this for what seems like hours as they watch the night sky, in its beautiful velvet shade, grow darker and darker, allowing the stars to come out of their hiding and the moon to shine ever so brightly.

There are a few times where Harry takes her hand in his, with her back still against his chest, and uses his fingers to gently spread her fingers out. He folds her last three fingers, tucking them against her palm as he encases his hand with hers.

He guides her hand, with its pointer out, across the night sky when an airplane flies by, its lights twinkling every few seconds, making the view even better than it already is.

When the airplane passes the both of them, way out of their sight, he withdraws both their hands and secures the arm he's using over her chest and spins the love of his life around on her feet. She giggles like a child, throwing her head back on his shoulder as they come to a stop, facing the velvet sky once more with its scintillating stars hanging way up high.

"You've spun me around four times now!" She playfully swats at his chest using the back of her hand as she feels his chest vibrate, the glorious sound of his laugh filling her ears. "I'm dizzy already," she pouts.

"I'm sorry, baby," he giggles before planting a slobbery kiss on her left cheek, causing her to scrunch her nose in a playful manner.

He rests his chin on her shoulder and closes his eyes before humming in pure and blissful content, a smile etching its way on his pink lips as he starts to sway left and right, bringing her along with him. The euphoria is palpable and it is ineffableshe's never felt more content than when she's with him.

This tranquil, tranquil night is putting them both in such a serene state that they've completely forgotten about the hustle and bustle of the city and its hectic lifestyle and just. . . get lost in one another.

She wraps her arms around his that are resting around her waist and allows her fingers to lightly brush against them. He sighs deeply and nuzzles his face into the crook of her neck, his body still pressed up against hers as the pair continues to enjoy and bask in each other's company and warmth on this stress-free night.

They stay out here for the longest time, granting the occasional mild gust of cool wind to kiss their ivory skins as they consumed each other with intimate, lingering and everlasting kisses, their tongues entangled in one another and their hands wrapped around each other in an embrace.

She never thought it was possible to be this happy. She never thought that she would be able to find true happiness, to experience this level of euphoria and to be wrapped in the arms of the man that she loves so deeply and passionately.

She gazes at the man in front of her as he peers down at his girl from behind his feather-like eyelashes, his starry and entrancing gaze leaving her completely breathless while the contact of his skin against hers continues to send sparks to every part of her body.

She's never been more in love. She's never been happier. And she's never loved someone more than anything in the entire universe. The backbone of her life, her lifeline, her love. . . is gazing at her like she's the only thing that matters to him and as though she's the only girl he has ever loved and will ever love for the rest of his life. He leaves her in awe, he leaves her breathless and he leaves her with a joy-filled heart every damn time.

They say nothing to each other for a while, just gazing and staring into each other's eyes, their breathing erratic one moment and steady the next. This is the man who picks her right back up when she's down, gives her the space she needs when she's in dire need of it, has faith in her when she doesn't have an ounce of it in herself, makes her heart flutter and eyes glisten at the same time, brings her all kinds of joy, happiness and sadness, and brings her pink camellias on their dates and snowdrops on her bad days.

Once, she asked why he brought her snowdrops for the first time, to which he said, "Because you're down and these snowdrops look like they're wilting so I thought I'd get you these to spur you into taking care of these babies, as you'd like to call them, so that they'd cheer you up when they finally look like they're not wilting after some TLC."

She couldn't help but smile at his response and that alone was enough to turn a bad day into a not-so-bad of a day. "Harry, snowdrops are meant to look like that. They're not wilting, they just generally look like that," she giggled throughout her explanation and watched as the small smile on his face fell to the ground.

"I've made it worse, haven't I?"

"No," she shook her head as she pulled him to her by his navy trench coat. "You've just made my day better, like you always do."

"You're not just saying this to make me feel better for being a complete idiot who doesn't know a thing about flowers?" He narrowed his eyes playfully at her, causing her to throw her head back and her eyes to crinkle.

"You really have made a shit day turn into a not-so-shit day," she complimented while she dusted his coat with her palms.

"Say you love me?" He asked hopefully, darting his tongue out to wet his lips as he held her by her waist.

"I love you," she murmured, running a hand through his disheveled hair while she looked at him in sheer endearment and awe.

She was so in love with him. She was in awe of the man that stood before her in her apartment. He drove all the way to her apartment just to give her snowdrops and to cheer her up on a bad day when he was clearly having one himself but brushed it off just so he could cheer her up.

Harry was an open book—at least to her he was—and she could always see right through him. So, when he walked through the door of her apartment, gave her the lovely bouquet of snowdrops, made his case, laughed about the tiny little mistake and engulfed her in a warm and tight embrace, she finally spoke, in a small voice, "You're having a bad day too, aren't you?"

She felt him take a deep breath as he wrapped his arms tighter around her and nuzzled his face into the crook of her neck. "Terrible."

She pulled away from him, which made him pout and reach out for her again. She sighed at the sight of him—so tired and completely deflated. "Come 'ere," she softly cooed as she extended her hand out for him to take. He took it without a second thought and allowed her to guide him to the sofa by the fireplace.

She flopped down on to it and pulled him along with her, causing him to accidentally trip over his own feet and land right on top of her. They both erupted into a fit of giggles as Harry continued to stay that way with his face buried in her hair.

"I'm comfortable," he mumbled into her hair as his hands found their way to her hips. "And happy," he added later on.

And the two of them stayed that way for the rest of the evening, with his face buried in her hair and her face nuzzled into the crook of his neck. . .

"What're you thinking about?" Harry's voice tears her away from her thoughts. She looks at him quizzically and he chuckles. "You were thinking about something and smiling at it. What was it?" He softly asked as he brushed the stray hairs that have flopped into her face.

"Just you. I was thinking about you," she murmurs, placing her hand on his cheek and lightly caressing it with her thumb.

"Can I ask my girl what was it that she was thinking about me?" He asks cheekily. My girl, there it is again—her heart begins to thump and pound rapidly against her rib cage as she's once again filled up with love and only love for this man.

"I was thinking about the first time you gave me snowdrops," she blushes and smiles to herself, looking down at their feet.

"Oh, that," he chuckles nervously and just like that, she knows he's thinking back on it, too. "I was trying to be romantic."

"You were adorable," she beams. It's his turn to look down at their feet with a small and embarrassed smile plastered on his face. "And you made my heart flutter like butterflies."

He looks up at her with a beautiful glimmer in his eyes and sighs contently. "Do I still make your heart flutter like butterflies just as you do mine?"

A smile spreads across her lips as she feels the butterflies flutter around gracefully and carelessly. "You do."

He leans his forehead against hers and closes his eyes before swaying slowly. She gazes at him for a little longer before closing her own, swaying with him even though there's no music at all—just the two of them swaying to the tranquil sound of the crickets and the light noise from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

"I love you," he murmurs before his eyes flutter open, his lovely eyes meeting her mundane ones.

She can't help but smile at his declaration as they continue to sway absentmindedly with only the sound of their heartbeats being heard. She leans in closer to him, her thumbs now brushing his ears lightly and his thumbs tracing circles on the small of her back as she allows her lips to linger on his for a while.

She pulls back just a little, causing Harry to pant lightly at their small parting. She can't help but feel a little giddy about the fact that she has this effect on him just as he has on her. She brushes her lips against his once more, teasing him by kissing the corners of his lips just as he thought she was about to kiss him before meeting his soft pink lips with hers.

"I love you," he says between kisses. "I love you so much."

Her stomach does flips and her head feels light as she's drowned in his sweet kisses and declarations of love. "I love you," she murmurs, smiling into the kiss as they continue to sway absentmindedly under the velvet sky, decorated with scintillating stars, on the balcony of their shared apartment.
