The Land of Balance.

A realm that few knew about, and far fewer could ever get to. Until now.

Only two reside in the realm as guardians, lorekeepers, storytellers, and maintainers of the balance like the original sun and moon spirits they are descended from.

But when an old enemy begins to rise, creatures appear from the woods, and scatter across various worlds and places? The third spirit of stars realizes that the guardians will need some help.

So, portals appear. Scattered across worlds they take people of power, both supposed villains and assumed heroes, and dispense them in the forest surrounding the home of the guardians. The only visible landmark it seems, is a giant tree stretching miles above the rest, branches reaching out to the skies and hiding something behind their leaves. Seems as good a place as any to head to.

That is where we start our journey, but beware, they are not alone in the woods.
