You worked at an animal rescue center. And your job there was to go remove animals from abusive homes. And you get a call about a werewolf, so you go over there to help. Once you get there you see a horrible sight.

The house was disgusting, but your eyes quickly go to the small werewolf. He was being held in a small cage on the floor. He was deadly thin and wearing a muzzle that was strapped on too tight, but even under the muzzle there was a piece of duct tape over his mouth. He was probably ever let out of the cage he was trapped in. So you hurried and brought him to the trunk, bringing him back to the rescue center.
