Since there's a second part series in season 4 so I'm gonna get utopia to evolve in the first part of season 4 and these will be utopia new form and abilities for the second part of season 4

Double victory slash
Utopia brings out his four swords and strikes the opponent Bakugan with a double v V the small v on top of the big V

Victory barrier
Utopia makes a barrier that protects himself from attack and that shows V in front of the barrier

Numeron force
This ability card when played negates the abilities of opponents Bakugan

Victory charge
This ability card doubles utopia power

Numeron strike
Utopia brings out his swords and does a power sword attack combination on the opponent Bakugan

Victory symbol
A V appears in front utopia as it makes not affect utopia from opponents Bakugan abilities

Stealth strike
Utopia can camouflage himself and appear behind the opponent Bakugan and strike them

Since the second part of season 4 don't use gate cards because they mostly battle without them so after the first part of season 4 is done the gate cards will not be used for the second part of season 4
