Leo's P.O.V

We finally decided to go and see Zya's mum 'cause she's probably worried. "I'm nervous" Gio said out of the blue "Who wouldn't. Which parents wants to hear that their child is missing" Jack replies him.

"We will be fine ...hopefully" Emma said her eyes red 'cause she has been crying non stop after it became obvious that Zya wasn't coming back anytime soon. Jack kisses her forehead and holds her close to himself.

I was about to talk but my phone started ringing, I checked and saw Mark's name flashing on the screen. I sighed and picked it "Hey Mark" I said as I changed the lane so it will take a longer time to get to Zya's house so we could get ourselves together.

"Hey man, are you coming to tonight's fight" he asked "No I can't come. Did you find anything" I asked him "No but I will tell you once I do" he said and hung up. Mark was a friend I made in the ring. We trained together and instantly became friends, he is also training to be on the police force so I trusted him with Zya's case since the real cops were useless.

"We are here" Emma said and I saw we were already at Zya's house. I blew out a breath and we all got down, Emma rang the doorbell and after five seconds the door swung open to reveal Zya's mum in a blue summer gown with her hair in a high ponytail.

"Hey guys come in" She said with a huge smile making me sad because she doesn't know what we are about to tell her. "Hey Miss Russo" we all greeted her "How many times do I have to tell you to call me Natalie" She said in a fake angry voice.

We all laughed nervously and Emma said "Hi Natalie". "That's better" She said with a small smile and told us to sit while she went to bring some cookies she just finished baking. "So why are you guys here" She asked us after a while. We all looked at each other not knowing what to say.

"Uhmm Miss- I mean Natalie I don't know how to say this but Zya is missing" I said and Emma started crying all over again. Natalie looked shocked "W-w-what do you mean" She asked "S-s-she disappeared one night a-a-and she's not picking up her phone and we don't know what to do c-c-cause the cops won't help" Emma stutters while hiccuping and crying.

I have never seen her so distraught before and I feel helpless I couldn't save Zya and I can't help Emma. "Oh my God why don't you guys go I will call a friend of mine who is a cop. I'm sure this is just a misunderstanding" She said looking like she was trying to control her tears. I nodded and we all left.

We entered the car and Emma was still crying while Gio and Jack were trying to cheer her up. I have been trying to stay strong but I don't know if I can anymore.

I just hope Zya is okay.

Natalie's P.O.V

I felt bad for lying to my daughter's friends especially when they were so distraught but there was nothing I could do. I sighed and packed the rest of the cookies in a box and head out to my car.

I got in and drove to Nico's house. I promised Zya I would come back. "Hey Aiden" I said as I entered the living room to see Aiden watching a movie. "Hey Nat, Zya is in her room" he said without looking away from the movie. I roll my eyes and head to Zya's room.

"Get out " I heard as I was about to open the door "Shit, listen I- " I heard Nico's voice "I don't want to now leave" I heard Zya scream and I entered before Nico could respond he looked at me and sighed before leaving. "What happened" I asked her "I don't want to talk about it" She said and smiled when she spotted the cookies.

"Omg cookies I love you so much" She said and collected the box and started munching on the cookies. "Do you love me or the cookies" I asked as I settled down beside her "Both" She said with a toothy smile and continued eating. I laughed and stroke her hair she acts like a little girl sometimes.

"Your friends came today" I informed her, she froze and looked sad "I really miss them" She said sniffing"You would see them soon I promise" I said and kissed her forehead.

She smiled and nodded and continued eating her cookies. "Mum, what about my school" She suddenly asked "You can have that online" I said "And the vandalism" She asked again "I'm sure we can always look into that later I know you didn't do it. I'm sorry for doubting you" I said remembering what happened that day. I really regret it "It's okay mama" She said and hugged me, I smiled and hugged her back kissing her hair.

"You act like a child sometimes" I joked "I am your child" She said with the goofy smile I had grown to love. I smiled back and we decided to watch a movie but halfway through Zya dozed off so I positioned her well and left her room.

I wanted to talk to Nico but I was still pissed at him for refusing to let me see my daughter so I left after telling Aiden to tell Zya I would be back soon.

Nico's P.O.V

I tugged on the roots of my hair as I remembered the fight with Zya. It wouldn't have happened if Aiden had minded his fucking business.

Flashback

I entered my office and pour vodka into a glass cup before chugging it down I did that three more times before Aiden barged into my office.

"Where have you been" he said immediately he entered "That's rude and I travelled for some business. Why" I asked him "Why did you stop Natalie from visiting Zya" he asked me clearly pissed "Cause I wanted to and why does it bother you" I asked irritated

"Cause I care a lot about Zya and you better fucking get your act together and tell her why she's here or I will" he said and left before I could say anything.

Why the fuck does he care, he better not have feelings for her 'cause I don't care if he's my brother I would hurt him. I finish the bottle of vodka and his words kept ringing in my ears.

What if Zya liked him? As much as I hate to admit it he is likeable. I groan and stand up after few minutes of contemplating I decided to pay Zya a visit.

Present

And just like that I fucked up. I wish I could take back the words I said 'cause I know I hurt her and I couldn't blame it on the vodka.

My anger and jealousy made me lose control. I just wish she could forgive me but if there's one thing I know it's that wishes rarely come true.

Aiden's P.O.V

After confronting Nico I go to the living room to watch a movie "Hey Aiden" I heard Nat's voice "Hey Nat, Zya is in her room" I said without looking away from my movie.

From the corner of my eye I see  her roll her eyes and head upstairs. After about three movies I head into the kitchen to get some snacks and see Nat coming downstairs "Aiden please tell Zya when she wakes up that I would be back soon" She said and I nodded and smiled waving at her.

I get some Skittles, Twix and other assorted chocolates. About two hours after Natalie left I see Zya entering the living room "Hey" She said yawning and stretching "Sup, how was your sleep" I asked making space for her to sit "It was fine" She said and sat down"Good, Nat said to tell you she would come back soon" I informed her.

She nodded and watched the movie with me while occasionally taking some chocolates. "I'm bored" Zya suddenly said "What do you want to do" I asked her "Uhmm tell me something funny about your childhood" She said and I raised my eyebrows before thinking really hard about a funny story.

"Okay I think I remember one but it's about Nico" I said to her and she nodded "So there was this one time I was about three and Nico was five and he adored princesses so during halloween he dressed up as Cinderella. There he was in a blue dress, a silver tiara and some girly flat" I told her

"That's a lie" She said "I'm not he looked exactly like a girl 'cause he always refused to cut his hair" I said in a serious tone. "I need proof" She said "Okay, I think I have a picture" I said and scrolled through my phone for the picture.

I showed her the picture and she started laughing and I joined in. Suddenly, she stopped laughing and froze I frowned and looked up to see Nico at the entrance to the living room glaring at the both of us.

He clenched his fists and went upstairs and slammed the door. "I think I should go to the room now" Zya said after he left I nodded and she left. If Nico won't stop being an ass he would eventually lose Zya.

Zya's P.O.V

I sat in the room reading a book I took from the library when suddenly my room door bursted open and Nico entered with bloodshot eyes.

"Are you okay" I asked worried about why he looked so unruly "So you are trying to turn my family against me" he said and I frowned "I don't know what you are talking about but you seem tired so maybe you should rest"I said and continued reading my book. Suddenly, the book was snatched out of my hand I look up to see Nico toss it to the wall

"What's wrong with you" I asked now pissed "What's wrong with me? You are trying to turn my brother against me with your little sob story about missing your friends" he snapped. "You are crazy, you are probably just tired so go and rest" I said and he scoffed "I don't need rest I just need you to stop whoring around and seducing my brother with your cute acts" he said and I slapped him.

"Get out" I said oddly calm "Shit, listen I-" he started saying but I interrupted him "I don't want to. Get out now" I screamed at him but before he could reply mum entered and he sighed and left the room.

During the movie with my mum I slept off and after a while I woke up and went downstairs. I saw Aiden and we talked and watched a movie after sometime I told him I was bored and he told me a story of Nico wearing a princess gown for halloween.

While we were laughing I saw Nico glaring at us and froze he clenched his fists and went upstairs. I heard a door slam which I assume is his room suddenly feeling tired again I tell Aiden I wanted to go to the room. After showering I looked at the ceiling till I fell into a dreamless sleep.

Sorry for the long wait I had some mild health issues and my exams are coming up soon so I have been busy.

Hope you enjoy this chapter it's the longest one yet.
