Leo's P.O.V

I hit the punching bag over and over again until my hands started aching. I removed my punching gloves and grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge and finished it in two gulps.

"Hey Leo" Mark said also grabbing a bottle of water. "Hey" I said dryly "What's wrong" he asked drinking his water "The cops said that Zya's as good as dead" I said "What do you think" he asked me. "I think she's alive but a small part of me keeps thinking what if she's actually dead" I said and closed my eyes.

"Well, if she's alive you would find her and if she's dead she would always be alive in your heart" he said patting my back. "The beginning of that speech was great the ending not so great" I said rolling my eyes.

"Well sorry for not knowing how to help someone who's friend is missing" he said sarcastically "She's not my friend" I said "Wha-" he started but I interrupted him "She's my sister" I clarified.

"Well that makes sense" he said and went to the ring and put on his gloves and started hitting the punching bag. I walked into the ring and laid down in it beside where Mark was standing.

"You need to go out get your mind of it" Mark suggested "Yeah I guess, Emma has been behaving weird but whenever I ask why she just dismisses it" I confided in him.

"She's probably coming to terms with the fact that Zya's missing" he said "Maybe" I said "Hey my dad is going to some business party and he wants me to come with him. I'm sure he wouldn't mind you tagging along" he said hitting the punching bag harder.

"I would think about it" I said "The party is tonight" Mark said "Okay fine I will go" I said and stood up putting on my gloves.

Mark got into a Fighting stance and we fought. I kept on punching and Mark let me. I let out all the anger, frustration and sadness in me after a while I stopped and took a deep breath.

"You okay" Mark asked me with concern evident in his voice "I could be better" I replied. "It's going to be okay" he said and I nodded and smiled "I should head home" I said and we said our goodbyes.

When I got home the house was empty so I went straight to my room and checked the time, they was still four hours before Mark would come to get me so I set my alarm to wake me up in three hours and fell asleep.

Dream

"I give up" Zya said sitting on the floor "Don't be lazy, stand up and fight me" I said waiting for her to get up. "I'm not lazy, how do you expect me to fight you" she asked still on the floor "You form your hands into a fist and punch me" I said in a "duh" tone.

She rolled her eyes "Why do I have to know how to fight" she asked " Cause they are times I won't be able to protect you and Emma so you guys need to know how to defend yourselves" I explained.

"Emma's not even here" she exclaimed "That's because I can't deal with two lazy people at the same time" I said. She scoffed and stood up "I'm tired so I'm going to sleep" she said going to the door of the gym "I promise to let you have ice cream" I said and she froze "What kind of ice cream" she asked "Anyone you want" I said and she came back.

"I don't feel so tired anymore" She said and I laughed shaking my head. We both got into a fighting stance and started fighter and I wish I didn't promise Zya ice cream 'cause she punched harder and better than before.

"Let's take a break" I said "Is that another way of saying I beat you" she said breathing heavily. "You didn't beat me" I lied and she rolled her eyes. "Sure I didn't" she said and left the gym.

Immediately she left I fell to the ground and held my stomach in pain "Haha I knew I beat you" Zya said "I was just stretching" I said "I'm not going to point out the fact that you are lying if you let me have two tubs of ice cream" she negotiated "But that would ruin your diet plan" I said wincing as I stood up.

"You mean the diet plan you forced me to do" she asked "Okay fine two tubs of ice cream and you won't talk about beating me to a pulp" I said "Deal" she said and helped me to my room.

"You really did a number on me" I said as I sat on the bed "I sure did" she said smiling "I'm proud of you" I said and ruffled her hair. She slapped my hands away "I'm going to take my ice cream now" she said and left my room.

I smiled I may have been through some shit but I'm happy my reward is two sisters to protect and love.

Present

I woke up and gasped, I was sweating and my hair was everywhere. I checked the time and saw that I slept pass my alarm.

Shit.

I stood up and went to the bathroom, I splashed water on my face and looked at myself in the mirror.

Fuck, I look horrible.

I pick out a suit from my closet and put it on, just as I finished putting on my shoes Mark called me.

Me: Hey Mark.

Mark: Hey dude I'm downstairs.

Me: Okay I'm on my way.

I cut the call and used my cologne before leaving my room. I wrote a note telling the others that I was going to be late and stuck it to the freezer.

"Hey" I greeted Mark as I entered the car "Sup dude, you ready to go" he asked and I nodded.

After thirty minutes we reached a mansion. There was different cars parked at the entrance, we got down and Mark gave his key to a valet and we entered the party.

As soon as we entered the party Mark's dad spotted us. "Leo how are you" he asked as he hugged me "I'm fine Dave" I replied "Come on I need to introduce you guys to some of my business partners" he said and Mark looked like he wanted to leave.

"Mr. Tanner this is my son Mark and this is his friend Leo" Dave introduced us to a chubby man holding a glass of champagne. "Nice to meet you" Mr. Tanner said and for thirty minutes we were being introduced to different people.

After a while Mark said he needed to use the restroom and never came back. I also left when I figured out that Mark was not coming back.

I wandered around the house until I saw a large door, I opened it and saw it was a balcony. I entered and heard some rustling, I was about to leave when I saw a man trying to force himself on a woman.

I pulled him away and punched him in his jaw, I kept on punching him till he passed out. I turned to see if the woman was okay and I saw

Zya.

I have to end the chapter here 'cause it's becoming long but I will try update tomorrow.
