3rd PERSON POV

Sinthea Schmidt came into the big room, confident as always. The man was in his chair monitoring something.

"Good job, girl" - the man said as soon as he felt her presence in the room. - " Everything is just the way we want, those two are going to be devastated and we can get the avengers bunch as a bonus, we're getting closer. You're succeeding very well in your tasks so far, you can be the one to talk to that self called God, he'll be a great addition to our team. "

"I always succeed and please call me SIN."

TONY'S POV

I woke up feeling a little dizzy, I opened my eyes, they were heavy, when I finally opened them and came across a smiling Steve staring at me.

"Good morning, handsome" - I said smiling. It was the best vision someone could ask for.

He came closer and kissed my lips tenderly.

"Oh my God, you shaved?" - I took too long to realize that.

"you didn't like?" - he widened his eyes concerned.

"Relax,I am just surprised" - I started laughing- " you're beautiful and sexy either way, and I kinda missed this face" - I said and caressed his cheek.

"But good to know my opinion matters that much" - I smiled.

"The only one that matters" - he said and kissed me again.

"How are you feeling?" - He asked.

" I think I'm fine, just still recovering from last night, I'm sorry about that, by the way"- I apologized. I was feeling really embarrassed.

"If you say you're sorry one more time, I'll have to take extreme measures" - He said then kissed me. His tongue rushed into my mouth without asking for permission, it gave me an amazing sensation.

"Let's go down?" - he asked holding me in his arms.

"I have an idea. We can stay in bed all day" - I said and buried in my face in his neck.

"As tempting as this is, I'm really hungry" - he said and smiled.

"Hello, guys" - Steve and I came into the kitchen.

"There's my favorite couple" - Clint said greeting us..

"How are you feeling, Tony?" - Stephen asked.

"I'm fine, thanks" - I smiled at him.

"Hello, boys" - Our eyes ran to the side of the kitchen from where no one less than Nick Fury came.

It was never good news when he showed up like that.

"Stark, are you better?" - he asked and Steve and I frowned.

Someone told him?

"I knew you had a bad panic attack yesterday" - he completed and we sighed relieved.

"yeah, I'm better, thanks for asking"

"So... I was just telling them. You have a mission and I'm gonna need you in two different places, so I'm separating you guys in two teams" - we listened as he said. - " Stark, you're leading one in Latveria, you can deal easily with Victor Von Doom and Steve you're leading the other in Atlantis. We have two different situations happening at the same time and they're not for our agents. "

"Wait, sir, Tony is not 100% to lead a team" - Steve interrupted him.

"I know you want to be with him, but that's why you're not going together this time, you can be a distraction for each other, it's probably just a week, you'll survive." -

"But... " - Steve was going to confront him, but I held his arm.

"I'll be fine, honey, don't worry" - I said to him and he took a deep breath.

I knew he was worried due to the last events. I wish he could be with me too, but duty calls.

"Wanda, Peter, Clint and Bruce, you're with Tony. Natasha, Pietro, Thor and Stephen with Rogers. I don't want personal relationships interfering, that's why I picked this carefully. Steve's team is You're leaving in 30 minutes. Use your persuasion to get them to talk and to convince them"

We had breakfast really fast and started to get ready to leave.

STEVE'S POV

We all met downstairs and started saying goodbye to each other.

Wanda was hugging her brother, Bruce was saying goodbye to Natasha and I was with Tony, of course.

" I love you, please keep in touch" - I said, my arms around his waist.

"I love you too" - he said and hugged me tight.

I looked at him and leaned to kiss him. It didn't bother me that everyone was around, I just took this moment and wished it wasn't over, his lips were warm as always. Our tongues intertwined softly, I pulled him closer by the waist and he deepened the kiss putting his hand in my neck.

We broke away from the kiss and put our foreheads together, I sealed our lips a couple more times with little kisses.

"Lovebirds, we have to go" - Thor said and we pulled away from each other.

"Please, be safe" - I said to him.

"You too" - he answered and winked.

3rd PERSON POV

Tony and his team were dealing with Victor Von Doom in Latveria, he was accused of creating a chemical bomb that would infect people with the symbiote.

"We have no evidence whatsoever that he is doing it, where he is doing and when" - Bruce said trying to find something useful with Tony in the systems once they got to Latveria.

"I know, we're acting blind, we need to talk to people, find out more about this place, Doom and everything, so we can act consciously when we have to." - Tony said to them, he was a great leader, even though he was in a struggling moment with himself, he was managing to keep himself together.

Meanwhile, Steve and his team were in Atlantis dealing with Namor about some earthquakes in the surface.

"Steve, do you even have doubts it's him?" - Natasha said.

"I don't know, Tasha. I want to be sure, I've never heard about bad things coming from Namor, he's a good ruler. So let's investigate hear people from the surface and people from Atlantis, we need to be sure. We're messing with a whole kingdom here."

5 days later

"I can't believe Shield cut our communication for this long with the other team" - Steve was angry, since they got there he couldn't reach Tony and the Mission was taking longer than expected cause Namor wouldn't let them in.

In Latveria, the other group was taking it step by step, it was literally a bomb, so it needed to be handled carefully and Victor Von Doom haven't shown any signs of involvement by now, the huge problem was they had no idea of an alternative suspect.

It was going to take longer than they expected.

1 week later

12 days of operation.

STEVE'S TEAM

"Steve, I found out, there's a human that has contact with Namor, she may get us in" - Stephen said coming into the room.

"Great, I'll talk to her" - Natasha offered and left.

Steve was desperate to talk to Tony. 12 days and no news from them.

One hour later, Natasha came back and she wasn't happy.

"She was really rude. Something tells me she doesn't like me." - Natasha was angry.

"Steve, seduce her. She might help that way, I noticed she's really vain and egocentric" - Strange suggested.

Steve didn't like the idea, but everyone agreed he should be the one to do it, he was the handsome one.

The next day

They got into Atlantis after Steve seduced the woman for a whole night. They were amazed by the beauty of the kingdom, it was really different from everything they've ever seen.

"Namor, we came to investigate those earthquakes in the surface, any ideas of what's happening" - Steve used an accusation ton and Namor frowned.

"I let you into my kingdom and you accuse me of disturbing the surface people whom I live in peace for centuries?" -

"I'm sorry, I didn't introduce myself. I'm Steve Ro..."

"I know who you are, Rogers. And Natasha, Stephen and Pietro. The avengers, even if it's missing some of you here" - Namor spoke.

"We actually came to ask, because we don't have anything against you or your people" - Natasha took over control and spoke to him more calm.

"I like your attitude better. And for what it's worth I would like to know who is doing this too, so you might as well help me since you're here"

"Anyone we can suspect?" - Stephen asked.

"Come with me" - he got up and they followed him

TONY'S TEAM

"Tony, you got a letter" - Bruce came with an envelope while they were waiting to talk to Doom.

Tony was about to open it when he arrived, he used an armor too. The group of heroes stayed in defensive attitude.

"Don't even bother. I'm not the one you're looking for. Do you really think I'm so stupid to hurt my own people?" - he said with authority. - " But I might know who it is, so you might as well help me"

2 days later - 15 days of operation

Steve and his team found out  Attuma was using the Dynamo machine to create earthquakes to conquer Atlantis, so they helped Namor to take him down and Tony's team found out Madame Masque was the one creating the bomb and they were able to stop her in time  with Von Doom's help.

"You did great,guys" - Tony said to them when they were in the jet, heading home.

Tony remembered the envelope and picked it up from his suitcase. He opened it and read the letter.

He may love you, but it's so hard living with your misery he needs to scape from all that suffering sometimes.

Tony rolled his eyes, he would not fall for that anymore.

"Tony, this fell off" - Wanda said handling him a picture.

It was Steve, kissing a woman. He had his hand in her face, like he uses to do when he kisses Tony and the other hand in her waist.

Tony felt a knot form in his throat and the air became heavy. He tried to keep it together in front of his teammates.

Wanda sat by his side and rest her head in his shoulder.

"Hey, you know there's an explanation, don't be precipitated" - She said to Tony, just for him to hear.

Tony held her hand tight, he wouldn't deny help right now.

"I know" - he whispered and kissed her hair.

Peter was looking at them, worried about Tony, he had this need to help him, be there for him.

Wanda fell asleep in Tony's shoulder.

Tony couldn't rest, Peter talked all the way home, Tony just nodded, but all he could think about was that picture. He didn't know wether he was more angry or disappointed.

STEVE'S POV

We were finally heading home.

"Well done, guys" - I said to them.

"Can't wait to get home" - Natasha said .

"Missing Bruce?" - Pietro asked and she nodded with a smile on her face.

"So glad my room isn't next to yours" - Thor joked and I laughed.

"Yeah, but you forgot whose room yours is next to?" - She said and looked at me. 

I stopped laughing right away.

"Now I wish it was next to yours, Nath"

I couldn't wait to get home. I missed Tony so much.

We got to the tower and the others were already there.

"Hey, I missed you so much" - Natasha jumped in Bruce's lap and kissed him.

Wanda, Pietro and Peter started talking to each other telling about the missions, so excited.

Thor and Clint were already talking about going out. Stephen didn't stay with us, he came back to the temple.

I scanned the room and didn't see Tony.

"Where's him?" - I asked scared.

"Calm down, man. He's fine. He's in his bedroom." - Clint said laughing.

"Yeah, but with his history I would be worried too" - Thor joked.

I didn't even answer. I ran upstairs, still in the uniform, the shield in my back.

"Hey" - I said and came into the room, Tony was there, but he didn't come to me, or smiled , or said anything. - "What's wrong?"

"Do you care explaining this?" - he yelled with anger in his eyes.

"How? Where did that came from?"

"Really? That's your reaction. Wasn't I suppose to know?" - he was angry, nervous, his hand was shaking, holding the picture.

"Tony, it was part of the mission, ask anyone" - I said trying to defend myself. - " Who did this is trying to distort the facts to make us fight"

"You seem to enjoy it." - he lowered his voice this time.

"Enough" - I yelled and he widened his eyes.

"What?" - he asked confused.

"Shut up, Stark" - I said and he got more confused.

"So now you are angry at me" - he said and crossed his arms, more pissed off than before.

"No, I miss you, you idiot" - I said and he didn't react, he wasn't expecting that. - " So just shut your big mouth and kiss me"

I said and pulled him to kiss me. I kissed him roughly, running my hands through his body while he held my hair with both hands. It was like fresh air, my heart was pounding.

"Do you really think I would prefer to kiss anyone else?" - I asked, my hands still around his waist.

"Shut up, Rogers" - he said and I smiled.

I started kissing him again. I felt him put his hand in the shield. Without stopping the kiss I put the shield on the floor and picked him up, his legs around my waist.

"Oh God, I missed you" -I said between the kiss.

I threw him on the bed and started opening the uniform.

"No, no , no, not yet" - he said smiling pervetdly and got out of bed.

"Really?"

"Please, captain" - he said and bit his inner lip.

I smiled and stopped undressing, he took his shirt off and pushed me to the bed. I sat down, he came to me and sat on my lap, his ass against my front. He tilted his head back and  started moving his hips.

TONY'S POV

We got to the living room, they weren't there, we hear they talking in the dining room. Steve was still embarrassed. We were about to get in when we heard Steve's name, so we waited to see what they were talking about.

"I can't believe you caught Steve and Tony like that" - Clint said, excited to have the conversation.

Steve wanted to come in, but I held him back, I wanted to see what else they would say.

"So, does the super soldier serum works on everything?" - Clint asked, clearly they have been drinking for a while.

Good thing Peter had left to visit his aunt.

"Let's just say lucky Tony" - Natasha said and they all reacted excited about the gossip. - 

"Hello, people" - I said coming into the room with Steve, who was red like a tomato.

They all got scared, surprised by our sudden appearance.

"So, you guys, how long have you been there?" - Thor said, a little embarrassed.

"Long enough to hear you talk about my gifted boyfriend" - I said and Steve face palmed.

"Tony" - he reprehended me.

"Sorry, Steve. So I can't let my best friend be embarrassed alone, so let's talk about how jealous I am of Tony's ass, lucky Steve too" 

"haha, I'm not embarrassed of my ass, honey, I'm proud. " - I winked and she got upset cause she couldn't mess with me.

 They all laughed. Bruce came into the dinning room.

"Hey, what are you guys talking about?" - he asked.

"Nothing, honey" - Natasha said and looked at us not to tell.

We ate pizza and drank. Later, we all headed to the living room.

I sat on Steve's lap on the couch and he hugged me from behind, I just let my body rest on his chest.

We talked for several hours. Even living together, moments where the group was reunited just to catch up were rare.

"Nath, can I talk to you for a second?" - Steve said and got out of the couch.

I felt my phone vibrate and checked to see what it was, there were a lot of voice mails from Pepper. I pressed the button to hear it.

"Tony, I need to talk to you, it's important. Call me as soon as you can" 

STEVE'S POV

"If it's because what I said earlier, I'm sorry, honey" - Nath said when we got to her bedroom.

"No, it's not about that."

"Then what is it?"  - she asked curious.

"I need to tell you something important, I've made a decision"
