"You? Doing something crazy?" - I started laughing.

He got serious.

"Sorry,babe, I didn't mean to laugh at you." - I got up and put my hand on his shoulder. - " What is it that you want to do? Stay up all night?"

I couldn't help myself and joked again.

"Come with me" - he said.

"Where?"

"You'll see" - he said and walked to the door.

I followed him a little hesitant. He stopped by the pool and smiled at me.

He came closer with a smile on his face.

"Are you nuts? Someone could see us" - I said looking around.

"There's no one here. Come on" - he said and looked at the swimming pool.

I widened my eyes. Was he really considering it?

"I'm not getting in" - I said.

"Trust me, it's easier if you collaborate." - he said smiling.

I nodded and he came closer.

"No, no ,no." - I tried to push him away, of course unsuccessfully.

He took my shirt off, he was already shirtless.

"Are you coming or not?"

"I already said I'm not getting in" - I said firmly.

He smiled widely and picked me up over his shoulder like a pillow.

"Steve Rogers, put me down right now" - I said trying not to scream

He just laughed. He was going towards the pool.

"Wait. Just tell me if it's heated first" - I asked so I could prepare myself.

"It's not"

He said and I was even more desperate than before.

"Put me down, it's cold, I could die. I'm not a popsicle like you" - I said and started punching him.

He entered the pool with me on his shoulder. I clenched my teeth waiting for the cold water, but it was warm, it had heat, he was just playing me.

He put me in front of him and smiled.

"Not funny" - I said and crossed my arms.

"It's pretty funny from where I'm standing" - he laughed.

It was just me and him, middle of the night, in a swimming pool outdoors. The pool had lights inside, so I could see his face and his torso perfectly.

He cornered me, putting his arms on the pool border. He stared at me and then kissed me deeply. I broke away from the kiss when it started to get more intense.

"I'm serious, we could get caught" - I said, I was really worried, cause it was outside, really easy for someone to see us.

"You're making fun of me"

"I am, but I'm allowed cause I'm your BOYFRIEND, you're my man" - I said and laughed.

"You're ridiculous, you know that?" - he said and I just kept laughing.

He dove in and I got confused, suddenly he pulled my legs and I sank in the water.

I came back and threw water on his face.

"I hate you" - I said shaking from the cold.

STEVE'S POV

I got closer and pushed him down , then pulled him back.

"What the fuck are you doing?" - he said angry. It was really funny.

"Language" - I said and did the same thing again.

"That's not fair, stop it, asshole" - he tried to reach me but I stopped him with my hands.

"You still haven't learned yet"

I did it again, this time he came back really angry.

"You know what you have to say ..." - I said.

"Yeah, I do. Stop it or one month without this ass" - he said and raised his eyebrows.

"It was 'I'm sorry, I love you' , but that works pretty well too" - I said and he smiled confident.

"Let's go, you're freezing" - I said. He was clenching his teeth.

We got out of the water and he grabbed our clothes. We put our wet underwear and ran to the bedroom. I came back to dry the hallway floor and then entered the room again.

"C'mon, let's take a shower. You're shaking" - I said and led him to the shower.

Sometimes I forgot his immune system was not like mine. His lips were blue already. I held him under the warm water and he hid his face in my chest.

We finished the shower and got dressed. He put on black boxers and one of my shirts. I smiled to see him wearing it.

"Is it ok? It's so comfortable" - he said looking at me.

"Of course, please do it more often" - I said and held his waist.

We lied on the bed, I snuggled up with him. Our legs interlaced, my arms around him, his face in my neck, so close I could feel his breath.

"Promise that you'll wake me if you can't sleep?" - I said looking into his eyes.

"Yeah, but I think it won't be necessary" - he said and snuggled his face in my neck again and gave it a little kiss.

I kissed his forehead and closed my eyes. Everything was so good, simple with him. I wasn't afraid to try anything, I felt safe, it made forget about all the problems we were facing. Funny how they were so quiet, not attacking us, I was feeling in my bones that something bad was going to happen, but all I wish is that I have more time with Tony.

I pressed him against my chest and took a last look at his face before I fell asleep, it was illuminated by the reactor blue light, simply beautiful.
