STEVE'S POV

The proposal was getting closer, my mind was full, I just hope nothing ruins this moment for us. I wanna marry him, spend the rest of my life by his side and nothing could stop me.

I left bed, Tony wasn't there. I got changed and went to the kitchen. I was surprised when I saw Natasha and Bucky talking.

" Hello? What's happening?" - this was not good.

"We're just talking, relax, soldier" - Bucky said, but Natasha had a guilty face on.

"Ok, so I guess I won't intrude" - this was really wrong and I made sure they saw I don't aprove.

I took a deep breath and went to the tower's gym to get my head straight. We need a strategy and fast if we want to beat those guys, we don't know how many and what's the extension of their powers and what's their main goal, it's all just a blur.

When I was about to get in I saw Tony there. He was alone, working out, probably trying to put his head in place too. I hid behind the door to watch him, I know it's not appropriate, but every rule I have doesn't apply to him.

He was alternating between the punching bag and squats holding weights, I couldn't not look at this amazing scene. He was turned on the other way so he was not seeing me, he had small shorts and a really tight black shirt on, his body is a wonderland.

He started stretching slowly, put his hands on the floor, I could watch him all day long.

He puts some gloves on and looked at the long rope that came from the ceiling to the floor.

I know he's strong, but it was not the kind of thing I'd think of Tony doing. He stared at the rope for some time, I could see it was something he didn't domain, was probably gaining confidence. I was watching closely.

He grabbed the rope with confidence, took a deep breath and started climbing. He was doing really well, his muscles were contracted really showing and I was amazed. so beautiful seeing those moves. I remember well this kind of activity from the army, before the experiment they used to be my horror, the first thing I needed to do to prove myself, cause it requires confidence in yourself and your body.

When he was really high, he interlocked his legs with the rope very hard and breathed slowly and deep.

What was he doing?

He slowly let his hands loose the rope, I started to panic, but I wanted to see what he was doing. Tony was never afraid to get hurt or even killed, so it allows him to do things carelessly, but I care.

He closed his eyes and let his body fall back, holding himself just by the legs, he was upside down. His shirt came up showing his abs. His legs and abs muscles really tight. I came closer, I wish I had my pad to draw it, but no drawing would be as perfect as this image in front of me, his face was relaxed, his eyes closed, even though his body was tensed.

"Oh my God" - I let it scape when I was coming towards the rope.

Tony got scared.

Let the rope slip between his legs and opened his eyes terrified. He screamed loud.

He was falling. My heart almost stopped, my reflexes brought me close in time to catch him before he hit the floor and... I can not even think about the tragedy that would have happened.

"Oh Lord, you're safe" - I fell down on my knees with him on my arms.

"Damnit, You scared me, you wanna kill me?"

"I knew I could catch you in time" - I tried to disguise it, but he knew me, he just gave me a very upset look- " Fine, I didn't know, I'm sorry. I was terrified"

" I could have gotten really hurt, Steve. What were you doing anyway?"

He was very upset.

"Watching you, I'm sorry, I couldn't help it"

Natasha, Bucky, Thor, Strange, Peter, Bruce and Clint showed up scared.

"We heard a scream, what happened?" - Thor asked.

They all looked at us, still on the floor.

"Steve tried to kill me, that's what happened" - Tony said and got up.

"Are you ok, Tony?" - Strange meddled in, I just held myself back not to say something to him.

" Guys, have sex in your room, please" - Bucky joked.

"I fell down from the rope, you punk idiot"

Where did all that intimacy came from?

"What were you doing there?" - Natasha asked confused

"Nothing" - Tony looked away and blushed, he was hiding something.

"I'll go take a shower, I have an appointment" - he got up.

"Honey, I'm so sorry"

"It's ok, I just really have to go do something in about 30 minutes" - he gave me e brief kiss and left

He was mad at me, but mostly he was hiding something from me.

TONY'S POV

I was getting changed after the shower, I got more scared cause Steve saw me doing that, not because I was surprised by his presence.

I had just put my underwear when Natasha knocked on the door and came in before I could answer.

I continued to get dressed.

" Hey, Tony, what's happening? You were mad at Steve for so little."

Why was she so worried? It was not even a huge fight.

I just took a deep breath.

"Can you come with me? I want to show you something, I want someone's opinion and the guys would not be good for it, Pepper is not here and Strange, well, he could give a sincere opinion,but it would cause too much problem, besides the fact that it would be really unfair to him. And you know Steve the best"

"My God, what did you do?" - she was scared.

"Just come with me, would you? You can't tell anything you see to Steve, ok?"

"Ok, but Tony you're scaring me. Is it something bad?"

"You'll tell me" - I shrugged, I really need someone's true opinion.

She went with me to the car, we were able to leave without Steve seeing,cause he was in the gym.

I started driving to the place, Natasha looked like she was being accomplice of a crime.

"Hey, redhead, chill"

"What's in the backpack, Stark, what's happening?"

I could tell her before we arrived, but she was so damn desperate that it's more fun to watch her freak out.

STEVE'S POV

"Have you seen Natasha?" - I asked Bucky when he entered the gym.

"Steve, we were just talking, I swear"

"And Sarah? Isn't she wondering where you are?" - I continued lifting the weight bar.

"She wants to stay a little longer with her family and the kids, I don't get along with some of them, almost all of them, so I can't really come home right now"

"I can imagine that it must be difficult"

"Bullshit, you and Tony won't have in laws, so be grateful."

It had been hours since Tony left.

"While we're here" - he said and I knew what he meant by the look on his face. - "Do you still get it, Steve?"

He came to punch me and I held his metal arm. We started fighting, there was a long time since we did it.

"Really? Is that all you got? Gonna pull my hair next, captain?" - he provoked.

I punched him in the stomach and he kicked me. The movements all came together synchronized like a dance. He grabbed my legs and threw me on the floor. I jumped up again really fast , climbed up on his shoulders with my legs and pulled him to the floor with my legs around his neck.

He tapped on my leg and I let go of him. Before I could think of my next move he pined me to the floor being on top of me, he was going to punch me.

"Even though this is really hot, get out of my husb... Man before I fight you, punk star" - Tony came in with Natasha.

Natasha had her arms crossed and was laughing.

We got up and laughed at Tony.

"Climb on top of him once again and I'll kill in your sleep"

"Relax, Stark, yours is the only ass he wants. I've tried my best" - Bucky joking with Tony was something I thought I'd never see, but it was so good to watch.

"I'm not kidding" - Tony sent him a deadly look.

"Where's your self confidence,honey?" - I tried to joke too.

"I'll go get Strange to prove your self confidence, Steve" - Natasha said.

They all started laughing at the face I made, if Strange came that close to Tony I'd kill him.

"Yeah Steve, Tony's ass may be the only one you want, but you're not the only one who wants it." - Bucky said trying to get into my nerves.

Even though it was just jokes, I got upset just to think about it.

Natasha was just laughing and smiling a lot. She's going to get into trouble.

Peter rushed into the room, his eyes widened.

"Mr. Stark and Mr Rogers, I really need to show you something important, and it has to be now"
