STEVE'S POV

"Steve, I need to tell you something" - I heard Tony's voice calling me.

I opened my eyes, he was staring at me.

"Can't it wait?" - I asked sleepy, it was the middle of the night.

"Come with me" - he whispered and got up.

I took a deep breath and followed him.

"What is it?" - I asked as we walked quietly in the house.

"Shh, quiet" - he whispered.

We entered his workshop.

"Can you tell me now?" - I was anxious already.

"We hacked into SHIELD'S system and look" - he showed me the screen.

There were a lot of files related to Synthia Schmidt.

"Remember that I said they offered her help and then tried to take her powers away?"

"Yes" - I answered trying to understand what was new about it.

"Their first intention wasn't to take her powers... They tried to increase them to use her as a weapon for SHIELD, specially against HYDRA." - he said and I was finally putting the pieces together.

"But she would never agree to this" - I said trying to find sense.

"I thought so too... But you need to see this" - he said and played a video.

They tortured her, tried to turn her into a soldier. Like HYDRA did to Bucky, but in an improved way, that allowed them to get her past memories and information.

"That's not the worst part" - Tony stopped the video and leaned against the desk.

"They couldn't complete it, her father got her back before they erased her memory... She remembers everything SHIELD did to her and her powers are improved and worst, they probably have access to SHIELD'S Technics" - He took a deep breath.

"What do we do?" - I said, trying to process everything I heard.

"We need to get one step ahead of SHIELD, they can't know we found out" - he said.

"Tony, we need to talk to Fury. "

"Of course not, Steve, they didn't tell us that even when those guys came after us, they'll try to protect their own ass, we need to be one step ahead of them" - He said.

"Are we going to tell the rest of the team?" - I asked and rubbed my face.

"Not now, we don't know if one of them could tell SHIELD, let it slip or something, we need more information first and a way to hide it, trust me it will protect them, because if SHIELD or HYDRA finds out they will kill who is involved." - he said and turned around to face the computer. - "I'll delete it from this system and put into one only I know"

He was right and the bad guys were probably blackmailing SHIELD, that could be the reason they didn't attack in a long time.

"Tony? Is that you?" - we heard Bruce's voice coming from the door.

"Oh my God" - Tony widened his eyes.

Bruce could get suspicious,cause we were in the workshop in the middle of the night, Tony disabled the giant screen.

I pulled him to me and sat on the couch that was next to us with him on my lap. Bruce's steps were getting closer.

I took off my shirt and we started kissing. We knew this could send him away fast and he wouldn't be suspicious.

"Oh God" - he said and looked away.

We broke away from the kiss like we got caught by surprise.

" I heard a noise here and I got worried. Good night,guys" - he said and turned around to leave, he didn't let us say anything.

We heard him close the door. I pulled Tony back to kiss him.

"He left already,babe" - he said confused.

"I know" - I smiled and kissed him again.

"I need to finish this" - he said and got out of my lap.

Tony turned the screen on again and started to work on the files. My breath was irregular.

He looked at me.

"What happened?" - he asked with a smile on his face.

"Nothing" - I looked away.

"Oh my God" - he smiled even more.

He laughed and turned around to face the screen, I came from behind and put my arms around his waist. I kissed his neck and he tilted his head back.

"Really? It was less than a minute" - he said smiling, cause he realized he turned me on, he exposed his neck for me to kiss.

"Stark, you really don't know the power you have on me." - I said and slid my hands under his shirt, caressing his defined abs.

TONY'S POV

It was so good to hear that, not that I would like to control him, but it was good to know I have this impact on him.

"I can't concentrate like that"

"You're Tony Stark, a genius, you could do this with your eyes closed" - he said and pulled me closer by the waist.

"Not with captain America teasing me" - I said and he laughed.

He lied on the couch behind me and I went back to the computer.

I started transferring the files, it would take a while cause I encrypted everything. I glanced at him, he was lied on the couch with his hands behind his head, still shirtless.

"It's not fair" - I said smiling.

"I'm just waiting for you, honey" - he said.

I turned around to face the computer again and leaned over the table a little.

"You don't know the view I have from here... This certainly isn't fair" - he said and I smiled without looking at him.

I leaned more and he took a deep breath. I finished everything and left the computer searching for something just so Bruce wouldn't suspect in the morning.

"Let's go" - I said to him and he got up.

"Are you mine now?" - he asked and put his hands on my hips.

I just smiled, he picked me up with just one arm and I wrapped my legs around his waist and my arms on his shoulders. He was holding me with just one arm, his hand in my ass, clearly taking advantage of it.

He climbed the stairs and closed the door behind him.

We got scared,cause there was someone in the living room. It was a woman.

"Hi" - it was Kady. - "what happened?" - she asked cause I was on Steve's arms.

"I hurt my legs, so the stairs were too much for me" - I made an excuse. - "Thanks, Rogers, I can walk from here"

"You're welcome" - Steve said. - "Well, good night,Kady"

"Good night, Steve" - she said smiling.

What the hell was her problem that she couldn't stay with Clint?

We headed to the bedroom and made sure she wasn't looking. I locked the door.

"I don't like her" - I said and Steve laughed.

"You're really possessive with everything" - he said smiling.

"Everything that is mine" - I said and he came closer.

He picked me up like a bride and threw me on the bed, then crawled over me and put his forehead against mine.

He stared into my eyes for a long time and I lost myself into that beautiful blue. He kissed my lips slowly and softly, it's a sensation I can't describe, his lips are soft and warm and every move against mine made my body warmer and my breathing deeper every second more.

We continued kissing for a long moment, just feeling each other's tongues meet inside our mouths. I grabbed his hair to deepen the kiss, it was deeper, but still slow and soft, one of those kisses that mess with your head and even when it finishes the effect keeps going.

He stopped the kiss and I opened my eyes, he was still really close. Our breaths irregular.

"I love you" - he said looking into my eyes.

I just looked at him and felt my whole body tremble.

"I love you too" - I said and put my hand on his face.

He kissed my hand and rubbed his face against it with his eyes closed.

I never felt this way before, I never knew what was like to love someone so hard that it becomes scary. Scary because I can't control or understand, but I think that is what love means, something so profound that it's above our comprehension.

"A penny for your thoughts" - He said smiling. - " Even though it's ridiculous to offer a penny to a billionaire"

He laughed and then smiled even more.

With his perfect smile,I couldn't help but smile too. He led my hand to his chest. His heart was beating really fast, I could feel with minimum effort.

"You're my strength and my weakness, Tony Stark" - he said looking at me.

Those words hit me hard, it was so much to process, that I mean this much for someone.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him to me, I hugged him tight, I didn't want to let go. I took a deep breath and kissed his neck without letting him out of my arms.

I let him go after a few seconds. He lied by my side and pulled me closer, wrapping his arms around me, we were face to face, I could feel his breath, I stuck my body against his.

"Take that off, c'mon" - he said and put his hand inside my shirt.

I smiled and did what he asked. I lied down and he immediately got me into his arms again. He pulled me closer by the waist so our torsos were touching.

His body was warm. Lots of girls would die to be where I am now. I kissed his chest and started caressing his back with the tip of my fingers.

I saw him smile and after a while he fell asleep. I stared at him for a long time and then fell asleep too.

TONY'S POV

I woke up early and for my surprise Steve wasn't in bed anymore.

"Steve?" - I called rubbing my eyes.

"Yeah" - he came from the bathroom shirtless finishing to close his jeans.

His torso was a little wet and so was his hair.

"Oh yeah, that's a really great good morning" - I got out of bed and pulled him by the pants border.

He smiled and kissed my lips.

"I'm not even mad about waking up early anymore" - I said and slid my hands through his chest and abs.

It was heaven.

"Why are you up so early?" - he asked with his arms around my waist.

"I need to go to Stark Industries today, while Pepper is away I have to actually work" - I rolled my eyes and he laughed. - " Do you want to come to work with Daddy today?"

"Oh Babe, if anyone is Daddy here that one isn't you" - he smiled and caressed my face. - " And also I can't, I'm going to SHIELD today, Fury needs me for something,but he won't tell me what it is till I get there"

"It's probably nothing" - I said, he seemed a little concerned.

"What if he found out you guys were hacking them?" - he said worried.

"It's not possible"

"Why?" - he asked confused.

"Because I'm Tony fucking Stark" - I said smiling and he smiled too.

"Good morning, Mr Stark" - a young woman greeted me when I got there.

"Good morning, Glenda" - I said. She was replacing Pepper, Pepper chose and trained her to be in her place while she was in her honeymoon, but no one was as good as Pepper.

I was about to enter my office when she stopped me.

"There's dark intense coffee for you on your desk, sir" - she said and I smiled, Pepper trained her well.

"Thank you, Glenda" - I smiled at her and entered the room. I could see she was really excited.

I had a lot of meetings and paperwork through the day. I was exhausted already, mentally, dealing with business people was tiring, especially the ones who like to kiss my ass, but the worst are the ones I need to pretend to like.

It was dark already.

"Glenda, come in, please" - I called her by the interphone.

She entered my office right away.

"It's fine for today, you can leave. Thank you for your work, it was really helpful." - I said and her eyes were shining.

"Sir, this came for you" - she said and put a box on my desk. - " I'd like to say that it's an honor to work for you. Have a good night, Mr Stark" - she said and left.

I took a deep breath. Poured some Scotch and sat down to see what this box was about. It had just my name on it, no information about the sender.

I opened it carefully.

When I opened it, I wished I didn't.
