Maze, MG, Ari, Ruby, Jesse, Lizzie, Landon, and Hope were running through the woods toward the school when suddenly, MG's school phone starts to ring. MG looked at the screen and saw that it's Alaric who is calling and immediately panicked, before throwing the phone to Lizzie. "It's for you. No way I'm telling your dad what we're about to do." He insisted.

Lizzie groaned as she looked at the ringing phone in her hands, "I suck at lying." She announced before she looked behind her and saw Landon and immediately tossed the phone to him. "You're great at it."

Landon, turned to Hope and passed the phone to her, "You're his favorite." Hope looked at the phone and passed it to Maze. "You're his daughter." She decided.

"Hell no, I'm not telling Dad about this, I'm already on thin ice!" Maze insisted before basically hurling the phone back to Lizzie, who sighed. "You're the hero, Lizzie!" Mazikeen encouraged her.

Lizzie slowed down and answered the call, putting it on speaker so everyone else can listen as well. "Hi, Daddy..." She greeted Alaric. "Hey, thought I'd call, check in, see how things are going..." Alaric said. Lizzie smiled fakely as she tried to sound as innocent as possible. "So good..." She lied.

"Really? Define good, Lizzie, because I don't think that involves me tracking down Dana's body to the glove compartment of the bus!" Alaric snapped as he and Matt had found what's left of Dana's body, indeed shoved into the glove compartment of the bus.

"Listen, Dad, it's fine! We cracked the case. It's a spider—but, like, a bug, huge, nasty spider." Lizzie explained. "And MG's comic books know how to kill it!" Maze announced as Ari facepalmed, noticing MG didn't want Alaric to know of his involvement.

"Comic books? Really?" Alaric asked. "Lizzie, Maze, listen to me—whatever you're thinking of doing? Don't. Okay? So, just tell me where you are, and Matt and I will be right there. And where is Hope?"

Lizzie replied, "I'm sorry, Dad. You're gonna have to trust me for once." before hanging up the phone. "Let's do this."

Jade, Rafael and Josie were caught in spiderwebs, inside the Old mill. Out of nowhere, Maze leapt into the mill and distracted the creature by shouting at it and catching it's attention by hitting the pipe she was holding, against the metal railing toward the entrance.

"Hey, you big stupid spider!" She called out. When the arachne turned to see the siphon witch, she immediately went pale at the sight of the monstrous creature in front of her. Instead of rushing off in fear, Maze grit her teeth and tried to push aside the fear before calling out to the spider. "Get away from my sister, you dick!"

The arachne hissed back in response, as Hope walked inside, groaning when she sees the arachne moving from its position on the third floor, "I hate spiders." Ari confessed, "Me too" as she walked in behind her.

Upstairs, Josie used a spell to free herself, Jade and Rafael from the cobwebs, which involved kissing Jade to siphon magic, as their arms had been stuck. This kiss did not go unnoticed by Maze and Ari, who would definitely ask about that later.

Suddenly, MG raced up the stairs and helped to zoom the trio down to the ground safely.

"Maze, Josie, Lizzie! I need your help!" Hope called out, as Maze nodded before take Hope's hand in her own. Lizzie then ran into the mill to join Hope, as Josie also raced over and the girls hold hands.

"Repeat after me witches—Imperium fluctus malleus." Hope said as the Saltzman girls began to chant with her. Everyones hands flashed red as they were linked, the twins siphoning magic from them. The four witches continue to chant the incantation as the arachne screeches at them. "Imperium fluctus malleus. Imperium fluctus malleus. Imperium fluctus malleus."

After some time, the arachne let out one final screech as it rose into the air and exploded in a gigantic burst of orange goo, causing everyone to screech in absolute disgust.

After having a nice cold shower, Maze stood in a bath robe, her wet hair up in a towel. The girl stood by her dresser, looking for a pair of pyjamas to wear, when suddenly there was a knock at the door.

Mazikeen let down her damp hair, before she walked over to open the door, expecting to see Hope, but instead she saw Jade.

The brown skinned girl stood in a crop top and short shorts, that she intended to wear to bed, though Maze couldn't help but to smirk, before she stepped aside so her best friend could enter.

"Hey, I just wanted to see how you were after today." Jade hummed, as she sat on the edge of Mazikeen's bed. The blonde went back to looking through her drawers for pyjamas. "It was pretty crazy but um.. it was fun. I like being apart of the super squad." She admitted, before she turned around. "Super squad? Is that what you're calling it?" Jade asked, thinking it was adorable. The Saltzman just nodded.

"Speaking of crazy... you and my sister?" The Saltzman asked, with a smug smile. Jade's face flushed, as she shook her head. "Josie and I? No.  She needed to siphon magic and our hands were tied." The Hale explained.

"So you're not interested in Josie?" Maze asked, closing her drawers as she found a baggy tshirt and pyjama shorts. "Nope, I am not." Jade said, standing up now.

Maze spun around, noticing that they were standing close together. "The only Saltzman I have ever been interested in, is this beauty standing right in front of me." Jade said softly, as Maze looked down at Jade's lips for a moment, before looking back into her eyes.

"Is that so?" Maze asked coyly, with a smirk. Jade nodded, "It sure is." She said back, with a flirtatious tone before Maze took a step forward and placed her lips on Jade's, surprising them both.

The Hale tensed up at the action, of course she had wanted to kiss Maze, but she didn't think she would initiate it. Jade melted into the kiss, and threw her arms around the siphon witch.

Maze siphoned magic from Jade for a moment, before their lips broke apart. The Saltzman muttered a spell, which caused the dorm door to close.

With that, the blonde brought her hands to Jade's face, before she kissed her again, this time a little more passionately.

Jade scooped the Saltzman up, continuing to kiss her as they made their way towards Mazikeen's bed. The Hale stood over the witch now, and she pulled away before she began to trail kisses down her neck.

Maze breathed heavily at the motion, before Jade brought her face back up to the Saltzman's. The siphon witch couldn't help but to giggle, surprised this was even happening.

The Hale paused, wondering if the giggle was out of nervousness... maybe Maze didn't want to do this. Of course, the pair had been intimate before, as they had dated for a while but still, consent was incredibly important.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Jade asked softly, as she wasn't going to be offended if the Saltzman said no. The blonde nodded, "Of course I want to." She teased, before she leant forward and collided her lips with Jade once again.

Jade kissed back, as Maze moved the werewolf onto her back, so now the witch was hovering over her. They intertwined their fingers, and kissed more, before Maze sat up, to untie her robe.

So caught up in the moment, the ex girlfriends hadn't heard Hope open the door. Of course upon seeing the ex girlfriends, Hope's face flushed and she quickly left, closing the door behind her.

The Mikealson let out a sigh, processing what she had just walked in on, though she couldn't help but to feel jealousy surge through her. Of course, she never thought she had feelings for Maze, until she had seen the blonde being intimate with somebody else.

She shook it off, before she walked away, deciding to ask Ari if she could sleep in her room tonight, as Jade's bed would be free.
