When Mazikeen had awoken, she found herself on the floor of the werewolf transitional space. Groggily, she sat up and rubbed her eyes.
Once she felt more awake, the Parker looked up to greet Hope, only to find her still unconscious and laying in the same position on the floor where she had been that night previously.
Mazikeen's eyes widened, realising that a spell had to of been casted on Hope. Quickly, she reached to open the cellar door, but upon touching the metal her hand burned to the touch.
"Ow!" She blurted, pulling her hand away as she peered down at it to see her skin was burnt. It then healed in front of her very eyes, with her vampire healing.
Mazikeen looked up, deciding instead to teleport into the cellar to avoid touching the spelled metal. Her eyes blackened over and her veins darkened all around her body before she disappeared in a black haze, reappearing inside the cell.
Upon reappearing in the cell, Mazikeen felt her body burn in an agonising pain, as her hand had done when touching the cell. Maze cried out in pain, as her skin turned red and blistered. Quickly, she uses her newfound teleporting spell yet again to leave the spelled cell and instead take her to her room.
Mazikeen let out a pained sigh, as the teleporting spell seemed to really impact her. It wasn't a spell she could use often, as it took a lot of dark magic and energy to work, leaving Maze to be exhausted.
Now in her room, the heretic got changed into a new outfit rather quickly and left her dorm to find her mother.
"Morning Maze!" Azazel waved, passing his twin in the hallway. Maze stopped, turning to the boy. "Hey. Have you seen my Mum?" She asked, as Azazel nodded. "I saw her and Molly heading towards the kitchen."
Maze nodded, and patted the boys cheek, "Thanks twinny." She said, before leaving as Azazel seemed a little confused by that interaction.
The Parker continued to walk down the hallway, instead heading to the kitchen now. Along the way, her veins were darkened as she used her magic to shake and disrupt her surroundings, which startled some students.
The ravenette entered the kitchen, surprising Caroline and Molly as the pair were making coffee. Caroline glanced at the coffee pot, which shattered from the magic.
"Maze... what's going on sweetie?" Molly asked, as the shaking and disruptions stopped for a moment, though Mazikeen's veins were still completely black.
"What's going on, is that my girlfriend hasn't woken up! What have you done with her?!" Maze snapped, looking to Caroline as the Salvatore didn't take offence to her snappy tone.
"With the help of Freya and Vincent, she's currently astral projecting to New Orleans... where her family are going to try and get her humanity back." Caroline spoke, bracing herself for dark Maze to get angry.
"Hope doesn't want that!! She just wants to be left alone— as do I!" Mazikeen snapped, her eyes darkened yet again as the ground began to violently shake. Molly nearly fell, as did Caroline but the Salvatore found her balance and then quickly placed her hands on Molly's waist, holding her before she could fall. "The only reason we came back here was so we could have assistance in fighting the gods! We don't want our humanity back!" The Parker added.
The kitchen door swung open, as Bianca stood there, holding onto the door frame for support. Caroline and Molly looked over at the redhead, "Bianca, you shouldn't be here right now." Caroline insisted.
"You need to control your crazy daughter, Headmaster Salvatore. The whole school is shaking!" Bianca called out, as Maze turned around, her eyes piercing the redhead.
"What the hell do you want?" The Harris demanded, as Mazikeen thrusted her arm forward, as Bianca's eyes rolled to the back of her head suddenly. Blood began to trickle from Bianca's eye sockets, as the Harris began to cry in pain.
"Mazikeen, stop!" Caroline pleaded, as Maze used her vampire speed to rush forward to Bianca. Without hesitation, the heretic launched her hand into the Harris' chest and ripped out her heart.
A squeak escaped Molly's mouth, as Bianca's lifeless body fell to the ground, while Mazikeen turned back to Caroline and Molly, holding her bully's heart in her hand.
"Now, I can stop." Maze decided, before she let go of Bianca's heart, letting it fall to the floor. "Free Hope from the cellar or I might start killing other students." The Parker insisted, as Caroline and Molly looked shocked.
"What will it be, Mum?" Maze then asked, as Molly and Caroline shared a look before the Hale vampire sped over to the door behind Maze to close it.
Mazikeen turned around, letting out a humourless laugh, "You can't stop me, Molly." She insisted, preparing to use her magic to make a dramatic exit.
That was... until Caroline vampire sped behind her daughter while the ravenette was fixed on Molly who had served as a distraction, and snapped her neck.
Mazikeen's body fell limp, as the Salvatore held it her arms before sharing a worried look with Molly.

With Mazikeen temporarily dead, Caroline and Molly wasted no time in calling the Super squad together to assemble a plan to keep Maze from killing any other students.
"Maze... she killed Bianca." Molly began, as the Super squad all wore different expressions. "Well... Bianca sort of had it coming..." Kaleb was the first to speak up, as MG looked to him, "Dude!" The Greasley replied with shock as Kaleb shrugged, "What? Bianca was horrible to Maze! She sent her to the damn Prison world!"
"She insists on killing others until we free Hope from the cellar, but since we're so close with getting Hope back we can't do that." Caroline added, as everyone seemed to agree.
"What are we supposed to do?" Ari asked, as she was worried somebody would suggest putting the Parker in her own cell in the werewolf cellar. Jade looked to Ari, having the same worry.
"I know this is a controversial idea but... should Maze get placed in the transitional cellar?" Jed asked, as silence filled the air for a moment as everyone thought about the idea before voicing their own opinions.
"Maze spent months down there because she was deemed dangerous and she became depressed... putting her down there is a terrible idea!" Jade was the first to speak, completely opposed to the suggestion.
"I agree... I think putting her down there could anger her more..." Ari added, "And we don't want any more students to get hurt."
"But... can I remind you that anger is an emotion? What if making her angry could help to bring her back?" MG suggested, before everyone shut the idea down.
"Maybe we need a little inspiration." Finch suggested, giving Cleo a soft smile although her friend looked deflated. "Unfortunately my muse powers seem to be gone." The Sowande replied sadly, as Jade gave Cleo a sympathetic look.
"What if there is some other way we can restrain Mazikeen?" Clarissa suggested, as Jesse signed, "We can't use magic, because she can siphon it."
"Perhaps I have a suggestion." A voice piped up, as everyone turned around to the unfamiliar voice, to see Jen and Lizzie standing in the doorway.
Upon seeing her daughter, Caroline couldn't help but to show a relieved smile. Lizzie sadly smiled back at her mother, seeming bothered by something.
"Lizzie!" Clarissa squeaked, getting to her feet as she rushed over to her girlfriend, throwing her arms around her. Lizzie was taken back by force, but hugged her dragon girlfriend back instantly, needing the hug more than Clary knew.
"I'm sorry, what is your name?" Molly asked Jen, since she had been the one to mention having an idea. "I'm Jen." The redhead replied with an awkward smile. "And I may have a solution to your problem... but it'll require a bigger room." Jen added, wanting to showcase an invention of hers.
Molly nodded, moving to walk past the group and lead Jen to the gymnasium. The Super squad followed, leaving Caroline, Lizzie, Clary, Jade, Cleo and Kaleb.
"Hey Ms S, I wanna take Cleo on a roadtrip to visit a family friend of mine... I think she could help her with her magic." Kaleb insisted as Caroline nodded. "Uh... Cleo wants Jade to come too... so we're all gonna go out for a bit." The Hawkins added. "Okay, just be careful. Call the school if you guys need anything." The Salvatore insisted.
Kaleb smiled before he nodded, "Of course Ms S." He spoke before he turned to leave. Cleo and Jade gave Caroline a smile before they left to follow Kaleb... though Caroline, Lizzie and Clary couldn't help but to notice Cleo brush her hand against Jade's as they walked.
Caroline turned back to Lizzie and Clarissa, as she pulled Lizzie in for a tight hug. Lizzie hugged the shorter blonde back, finally feeling like she could let herself cry.
Clary felt her eyes fill with tears, upon seeing her girlfriend cry. She had never seen Lizzie cry before, and it was a sight that hurt.
"Jen... she's my friend. She said I should come home and talk to you... which was a mistake. I'll add it to the list." Lizzie rambled, pulling away from Caroline's embrace to leave, but Clary was quick to step in front of the heretic.
"Lizzie, whatever's wrong, we can help you." Clary insisted, reaching her hand to caress Lizzie's cheek. "I..." Lizzie began, trying to swallow the uneasy feeling rising in her throat. "I did a really bad thing." She finally confessed.
Lizzie looked between Clary and Caroline, before she told them everything that had happened as of late, and how she helped Aurora to raise a god.

Jen opened a box, revealing four small hexagonal objects. She took them out, placing them on the floor as Molly and the remaining squad members watched in confusion.
When Jen placed the fourth hexagonal object on the ground, a red barrier appeared from the perimeter of the four placed objects. "If your friend is kept inside the four hexagons, she can't escape." Jen explained as Molly poked the barrier to realise it was very sturdy.
"Can't she just siphon it?" Jed asked, as Ari shook her head as she inspected the device. "Maze can siphon magic... this is technology. It should be able to hold her." The Mae replied.
"But can she use magic inside it?" Azazel asked as Jen shook her head. "It's supposed to neutralise all supernatural abilities... so it'll be almost like your friend is a human." Jen explained to the Parker.
"This is really cool." Finch admitted, looking to Jen who wasn't really sure how to accept compliments. "Thanks!" Jen awkwardly replied.
"Alright... we'll try it out." Molly decided before Jesse looked to Azazel, "Can we trust that you won't try and free Maze while she is in this state?" The Hale asked, a little worried. Azazel nodded, "I understand if you are wary of me but... I want my sister back." He declared.

Clarissa walked down into the werewolf cellar, her face lighting up when she recognised that Hope seemed to be herself again.
"Oh my god— YES, you did it." Clary blurted out, rushing towards the cellar, to greet her sister. "I'm back." Hope said, with a smile as she approached the cell door to face Clary.
"I'm so happy to see you're yourself again." Clarissa insisted, "Come on... I'll take you to Maze, she could use a little enthusiasm." The O'Connell then suggested, as she went to open the cell door.
"Wait, Clary— no!" Hope quickly stammered, as she took a step away from the cell door. Clary did the same, a confused expression on her face.
"I uh... I don't think I'm fully in control yet... I can't take any chances." Hope insisted, as Clarissa nodded before she moved to sit on the floor, cross legged. Hope had a confused look, as she looked at her sister figure.
"Well... until that happens, I'll be here to keep you company." Clary decided, knowing that the last thing Hope needed was to be alone with her thoughts... to think about everything she had done while she had no humanity.
Hope had a soft smile, before she moved to sit on the floor also, facing Clary. The tribrid reached her hand through the bars, placing hers atop Clarissa's. "Thank you..." She spoke.
The dragon smiled back, "Of course. You're my sister, and I love you so much." The O'Connell said, as Hope smiled softly, "I love you too."
