Sideswipe was ignoring me. Still mad about what happened the other day. It wasn't fair, though. Sideswipe will always be my number one, but he acted as I abandoned him. As if my date was more important than my best friend. I took a final sprint to catch up with the silver warrior. 'Sideswipe, please stop ignoring me.' His lips turned into a hard line while he turned his head away, but I could still see the hard glitter in his eyes that showed envy and anger.

'You are important to me...' I muttered low under my breath. Finally, Sideswipe looked up, facing me. 'You went on that date or not?' Why did I have to confirm it if he already knew? I gave a slight nod. 'And? How was it?' The slipped over his lips like venom. 'It wasn't a disaster like last time,' I mumbled, down casting my eyes to avoid the angry glare. 'Right.'

He increased his pacing and disappeared around the next corner of the corridor. I stopped and ran my hand through my dark blonde hair, thinking about his stupid behavior. I'm sure he'll come around eventually. His curiosity always wins. I headed back to the office and did my rounds before I could wrap it up for today. I strode into the locker room, grabbing my stuff.

Walking into the hangar, I saw Sideswipe skating around. It made me sad. I caught his optics, but I turned my head away and walked off. 'Stupid mech,' I muttered to myself. 'Where are you going? Home?' The question came from Sideswipe before I was able to leave the hangar. 'That's the plan unless you don't allow me to.' I turned around. He crouched down. 'I can take you home if you'd like.' I huffed and shook my head. 'No! You completely ruined it for today. Find a femme you can drag because I swear—' I cut myself off. 'I have found one...' he mumbled quietly. 'Then get her in bed, dammit!'

'It's not that easy.' I rolled my eyes. 'Everything is complicated with you, huh?' I snapped. Sideswipe didn't respond. 'Don't be mad at me... I'm your favorite mech.' He offered me a smile, and I noted his attempt to make it up. 'Not today.' His face dropped, and door wings lowered. 'Do you want to hang out with me tonight?' I shook my head. 'No, since you wanted to ignore me and be a complete jackass, I texted Nate, and he's coming over tonight.'

Sideswipe shot me a glare. His doorwings moved aggressively. 'Really? So now he's your boyfriend?' I shook my head. 'Not yet.' With that open in the air and I prompted off. It wasn't hard for Sideswipe to keep up with me. He wheeled after me and swiftly got in front of me, lowering his frame to get on my level. 'Did he kiss you?' I gave him a look. 'Did he?' He snapped. 'He did last night.'
'How did it feel?'

'Ugh, leave me alone, Sideswipe.'

He grabbed me and pushed me back in place. 'How did it feel? Better or worse than my kiss?' He snapped. This is a trick question. 'Equally happy?' I threw my arms in the air. He transformed and activated his holoform. 'So you're saying a human is just as good at kissing as I am?' He snapped. 'I guess, I don't know.' He grabbed me and pushed me against the side of his alt-mode. 'I didn't do it right then.' I wanted to protest, but his lips crushed on my mine. I tightly grasped the leather jacket he was wearing. Sideswipe did it differently this time. He was passionate and eager to get his tongue in my mouth.

He squeezed my waist. It startled me. Sideswipe used the opportunity to slip his tongue into my mouth. He was good; I had to give him that. With my body trapped between his alt-mode and holoform, I couldn't escape, and he had a firm grip on me. He broke apart and lifted my chin. 'Let me ask you again... how did it feel?'

I focused on his warm body touching mine and the sweet odour of his perfume infiltrating my nose. 'Better...' I replied quietly. 'This is how a kiss should feel,' he stated. 'Well, obviously, he hasn't kissed me like you just did.' I stared him in the eyes. 'No one is as good as I am.' I nudged him before pushing him aside. 'I don't want you to make a big deal out of this, Sideswipe. You know you're my number one, don't act like I am abandoning you.'

'But with who do you want to spend time? Your boyfriend or me?' He questioned. 'We can find a solution to that, and besides, we aren't even dating yet. I just had my first date.'  He cupped my cheek. 'Good.' He stepped back to let me pass this time. 'I will take you home.' I shook my head. 'No, you can stay here. I will see you tomorrow.' His face dropped. 'But we are good, right? I made it up?' I nodded. 'Yes, but I can take the bus. You don't have to bring me home.'

((Sideswipe's P.O.V))

She has totally a lot more plans for tonight than she tells me. I felt like an idiot. Of course I should've have ignored her. Now she starts hanging out more with that human instead of me but at least my statement is clear. U watched her disappear before I sat down on my hood; overthinking what had happened today. Maybe I was a jackass but thinking about another male taking place drove me over the edge.

'Sideswipe?'

I turned my head. 'What the hell was that?' I raised a brow at Ironhide's question. 'What was what?' I cocked a brow. 'Did you just kiss Katie?' I ohh'ed and shrugged. 'Meaningless. She's inexperienced so I'm teaching her, that's all. In fact... she's having a second date tonight,' I grumbled. 'So now it's normal to kiss your best friend?' I shrugged and got up. 'Am I harming anyone with it if I do? No, so stay out of it, old timer,' I snapped. 'So you're going to teach her everything now?'

'Depends on how you define everything.'

'You know exactly what I mean.' I sighed and turned back towards him. 'She wouldn't allow me, so no... I'll just talk her through if,' I snapped with cynical amusement. 'You have a bad influence on her, Sideswipe. Maybe she can find someone that has a good influence on her.' I watched my former mentor walk off. What is that supposed to mean? I'm not doing anything she doesn't like. Sure I prank her, but I'm not harming her in any way or bringing her in danger. Ironhide's words did hit me. Maybe it's better if I go after Katie and see what she's up to tonight...
