It was at the middle of the night where Charles could feel the sweat on him as he was tossing and turning in his bed as he tried to fall asleep.

But when it comes to the visons that he was having, he can't take it off when he sees candies everywhere, vampires, and so much more.

But when he has a dream of someone biting him on the shoulder, it makes Charles wake up.

Charles gasps as he wakes up from a dream on him as he sees that he is still in his bedroom and sees that everything is fine.

The next day, Charles's family are unpacking more things as they are moving into their new house in Sunnyvale.

Charle's little sister, Cat, is drinking her orange juice as Charles comes downstairs, and Charle's mother, Olivia, gives some breakfast for her son.

That is where Charle's father, Kevin, see Charles nervous and decided to ask his son a question as he put his newspaper down.

"Morning Son, are you feeling okay?" Kevin asked Charles

Charles turns to see his dad on the table and says as he finishes eating his eggs and French toast.

"I'm okay, dad, just nervous about today." Charles answered.

"Don't be nervous, Charles, it's everyone first day of school, you will meet someone new." Olivia smiles to Charles.

Cat smug, "Yea, mostly in the same interest as you."

Olivia gave Cat a look as Cat to prove to her mom that it's very true.

Charles rolled his eyes as he decided to go to school now as he said goodbye to his parents and hugged his little sister as he left the house and went to the new school.

In which it is 'Sunnyvale High'

At Sunnyvale High, the students arrive as a student in her car is in the stop light, waiting for the light to turn green.

But when she hears rock song playing, she turns to see two students in the other car next to her, also in the stop light.

The girl in the driver, Holly Barnes, looked at the student and glared at her as "Bad Repetition" continues to play as Holly's twin sister, Molly, is putting on her lipstick as she was getting annoyed when the car continues to move.

"Ugh!, can you drive slowly, Holly!" Molly said as she turned to her sister and put away her pink lipstick.

Holly rolled her eyes as she drove to the school's parking lot and parked it as Molly got it and prepared for the first day of school.

That is where another student, Xander, is skateboarding and where he almost hit Molly but missed her, which makes Molly shrieked.

Holly giggles a bit as Molly responds back to giving her twin sister a glared.

As Charles comes to school, he bumps someone in which a blonde girl drops her bag and where a stake is on the floor.

"I'm sorry!, ma'am." Charles said to the blonde girl, in which she got her bag and quickly put her stake away.

"It's okay." The blonde girl answered, but stop when she sees Charles and thinks a bit before answering.

"Wait, are you the new student in class?"

Charles nodded at the answer as the blonde girl left to the principal office, but Charles forgot to tell the girl something.

"I'm sorry, what your name?" Charles asked, but the blonde girl leaves.

Charles signs and walks to his new locker in the hallways, in where Xander is scared the Burnette boy.

"Oh shit!" Charles yelled as he turned to see Xander.

Xander answered, "Sorry, but I was surprised that your locker is next to mine."

Charles finally calmed down from the scared and nodded of it. Charles already git his schedule ready for his school year as he began to go to his first class, which is English class.

Charles walks to his English class, where everyone looks at him as Charles feels shy at first, until the teacher in the classroom, Mr. Hayward, see the young teen.

"Hello, you are Charles Berman?" Mr. Hayward asked Charles.

Charles answered yes as Mr. Hayward let Charles sit next to the blonde girl, in which she is Buffy Summers.

Charles smiled to Buffy as in which Holly came to class late and went to her desk in annoyance.

"Mrs. Barnes, you are late again." Mr. Hayward said to Holly, who rolled her eyes.

"It's because I had to take my asshole sister of mine to her class without ruining her new heels." Holly said to Mr. Hayward.

Mr. Hayward signed, "Talk to me after class and watch your language."

Holly flipped the bird to the teacher as he was not looking.

Charles eyes were wide of when it comes to Holly, but mostly a but nervous of Holly is and around people.

During the passing period, Charles was walking to his next class with a water bottle in hand.

That is where Molly trips herself and got water on her new outfit, in which Charles was shocked and said sorry to one of the two popular girls in the high school.

Molly tries to calm down as her best friend, Cordelia, comes to her and gets her up from the floor.

"Sorry, although she is nice and Bubbly, she has some temper sometimes." Cordelia said to Charles.

Charles froze a bit but answered, "I'm sorry about that."

"It's okay, but next time, do not ruin my outfit, I had to get ready for the club tonight." Molly said to Charles as she and Cordelia left.

Charles is about to say something, but Xander gets to come to the new kid and say, "Don't worry, Princess can handle it."

Charles nodded, but see, Mr. Hayward walked to the two students.

"Sorry, but Mr. Berman, can I talk to you about something? It's important." Mr. Hayward said to Charles

Charles was confused about what Mr. Hayward is talking about, but that is until when Charles and Mr. Hayward came to the library, and they met Buffy and Mr. Hayward friend, Mr. Giles.

Charles was confused about it, but that is until Mr. Giles gets a book that it says, 'VAMPIRES', in which it makes Charles froze again.

But it makes it more confused for Charles as Mr. Hayward says to Buffy and Charles.

"Buffy, Charles, we need your help."
