It had been three days and Jeungguk was nowhere close to even scoring one date with the elder. It really was a job and Yunki was right. This was going to take more effort than he had thought. He had gone with the flowers option first. The classic bouquet of red roses, only to find out that Taehyung was allergic to roses, and he preferred water lilies, when it came to flowers. He did go with the letters next, but Taehyung turned that down saying it was easy for anyone to buy a card from the shops and that he wanted to see how much effort Jeungguk was ready to put in for him.

He had other ideas in mind and one of them included kidnapping Taehyung and taking him for the date, leaving him no choice but to come. He has saved that for the last though, so now he went along with the third one. and that was making Jimin call Taehyung to meet him but in reality Jeungguk was going to surprise him with a picnic date.

"Hyungie, please do it this once for me! I am sure Taehyung won't deny you. Please please please Jiminie!!"

But Jimin was one, stubborn as hell and two, knew Taehyung's likes and dislikes and he also knew this was something Taehyung wouldn't like. "gguk, this is a bad idea. He hates it when someone lies to him, and I learnt it the hard way. He hadn't talked to me for two weeks because of that and that was something as small as, why I hadn't come to college one day. Saying something this big, he will definitely be mad at me. so no."

He crossed his hands over as if declaring that what he said was final and he wasn't going to have it any other way. But Jeungguk had a solution to this as well. "Then Jiminie, don't lie. Do hang out with him until I come and take him with me?" this did not sit well with Jimin though.

"And, how exactly are you going to do that Jeungguk? What are you going to do if he rejects? Kidnap him or you going to ask Yunki to make him come with you? You can't even ask him on a date without calling people to help, how are you going to...

...if we ever fought while being in a relationship?" Taehyung was questioning him, with his arms crossed over and in the exact words that Jimin had used. After a lot more convincing Jimin, he had finally agreed to meet Taehyung and let Jeungguk try to ask him. And as soon as he asked, Taehyung had thrown the exact same questions at him and Jeungguk was growing frustrated now. He had a whole day planned and all reservations made. He also had fireworks set up for them, but it was all in vain. He couldn't contain his frustration and directed it at Taehyung.

"Why are you being so hard to get Taehyung? Why can't you just give me a chance for once, without questioning?" his voice had raised, unknowingly.

This did not sit well the soulmates but Jimin knew better than to fight Taehyung's battles for him. "The last time I let someone walk into my life, being soft, I was played with and so were my feelings. And mind it, I am not playing hard to get, I am just setting my standards. And those definitely don't include people who can't be straight-forward without being dramatic, such as you." With that he had walked off.

But Jimin stayed back, just enough to say, "There is a lot more about Taehyung that you should know before taking him on a date Gguk-ah!" he patted his shoulders and went off with Taehyung. Jeungguk was devastated. What were they hiding about Taehyung and why was it that no one was telling him?

He went to the first place he could think of, the place he hasn't been since he met Taehyung. Club Decalcomania. He didn't think of the consequences and neither did he think about anything else, he just wanted to clear his mind and the right way, for him to do that was by drinking away his pain. So he did. Without any thought of regret crossing his mind, cause what was regret to a drunk person?

He sure did find the answer to it the next day morning when he saw himself naked on an unknown bed. He was shocked was the least he could say. He felt like he cheated on Taehyung, even if they weren't together. He felt the urge to go apologise to him immediately and only hoping Taehyung wouldn't hold this against him. He had lost his mind, that he hadn't bothered to know whose house it was but only grabbed and wore on his clothes. As he was leaving, he saw someone enter the bedroom, from the shower. As the someone faced him and asked, "So prince charming finally decided to wake up after that rough night we had yesterday?", he could feel his whole world spinning.

How could he have done this? How did he even end up in this place?

"Oh, so you don't even remember what happened now do you? So you definitely don't remember letting me top you either right?" jeungguk's blood ran cold hearing that. How was he supposed to explain this to Taehyung now? He hadn't even got a chance to be with Taehyung, and yet it was already being taken away from him. Life was just unfair like that.
