She's a pretty little liar.

April POV :

'I developed a bad habit somehow just letting things happen to me, instead of going after what I really want'

I would occasionally steal glances at Lux, who was on the other side of Violet. She did not once look at me. It made me realise how much I missed the twins, being this close to them.

Lux was watching her brother play intensely, and I always knew that she didn't hate her brother as she has stated many times.

Something felt more different though, and I felt it in an early encounter today.

Flashback

I got out of the school bus last. The sun quickly hitting on my already warm cheeks.

My palms were sweaty, because I was unusually nervous, and I'll occasionally wipe it on my dress. Violet had warned me today that I shouldn't be hesitant, and it was probably similar to the speech she always gives Garrett, about not to missing.

I didn't tell either of the twins that I was coming. It's not that I didn't want them to know. But they've been distant lately, which is understanding on Lux's part but not Liam's.

He would still always sent me a goodnight text every night and good morning Beautiful one, so that didn't change. But we barely talked. I guess he didn't miss me as much as I missed him, at Devenford.

Even when I found out my school Devenford Prep, were playing Beacon Hills. Liam still hadn't texted me if I have heard the news, I wonder how he was coping though, the last time he was in a game with them, all hell went lose.

I was interrupted from my train of thought when I bumped into someone. I immediately apologised.

"Sorry." We both said in unison.

I looked up to see my best friend. I watch as her eyes widened in disbelief. Her eyes reminded me of Liam so much, they were Identical, both there baby blues.

"April?" She breathed out.

My eyes caught a movement from the distance. It was Violet, she was watching me.

Instead of hugging my best friend. I would now have to intimate her.

"What the hell are doing here!" She hissed at me.

I swallowed the lump in my throat. "You mean to say you don't miss me." I forced out a chuckle.

Lux glare turned harder. So I decide to answer her stupid question.

"Ok ok, I'm here to support my school for tonight, you know the scrimmage."

"But you never cared for lacrosse?" Lux asked puzzled.

Correction, I did after Liam was on the team. Thinking about Liam made my knees weaken, I couldn't wait to see him.

"That's true but today is special." I answered keeping my answers vague.

"Why?"

I rolled my eyes for effect, knowing Violet was still watching.

"There is the Lux I know, always asking question, she knows she cant the answers to."

"Just tell me." She snapped.

"When I keep secrets Lux, they stay hidden until I want them revealed." I don't know why I told her that, but maybe a part me was warning her.

I glance behind Lux. Violet was glaring at me. So I crossed my arms to look more intimidating to Lux. For some reason she looked at my arm weirdly after I did that gesture.

"I can tell when people are lying April, can you?" Lux said, but I had no idea what she meant by that.

"April!"

I heard a familiar voice yell. I turned around to the source. I was met by Liam. My hear started to beat fast when I saw him. His crystal blue eyes staring at me wearily.

"Liam." I breathed out.

I ran over to him as fast at my feet could take me. He lifted me up in the process when he caught me. I missed him So much.

When he finally let me down. I looked into his beautiful crystal blue eyes, that sometimes looked green. His smile was infectious, that I couldn't help but smile back.

I heard Lux say something about a Clark and Lois but I wasn't really listening.

"What are you doing here?"

"For the scrimmage." I answered.

"Your here to see your favourite lacrosse player play." He asked teasingly, raising his eyebrow.

"How about the fact, that my school is against yours."

His smile fell until he rolled his eyes. Silence fell between us as we just stared at each other. My face saddened a bit, I miss this.

"What's wrong?" Liam asked me his eyebrow furrowing, using the tip of his finger to lift my head, and meet his gaze.

"Nothing." I answered.

"You know I missed you a lot April?" He tried to assure me.

"Yea, I could tell with all the phone calls." I said sarcastically.

His face saddened as he let go of my hands. I watched as he sighed heavily.

"I'm sorry."

"No, no I'm not mad Liam, I was just confused."

He nodded in understanding.

"Being in a new school, and everything it just got me busy."

I nodded in understanding. I wrapped my hands around his waist as I felt his chin land on the top of my head.

The noise of a door creaking open, broke our moment. I look up to see two students existing the toilets.

I recognised one of them, brown eyes, croaked jawline, that is definitely Scott McCall. He was worth 25M on the list. To think this high school student was worth 25M was crazy, and he did not look any way like a monster.

Liam's grip loosen from me, so did mine as we stared at Scott and he's friend. I noticed something off with the two beacon hills students, they were wet, it's then I noticed my hair felt a bit damp when I touched it.

I look to Liam to see he was soaked. How did I not notice this before. Liam caught my gaze and shifted uncomfortably next to me.

We all exchanged glances towards each other but none of us said anything. Scott stared at me, the longest his eyebrow furrowing.

I was engrossed with Scott's stares, he looked familiar. I was suddenly startled when I heard Liam speak.

"I should go."

"With them?" I furrowed my eyebrows, at him in confusion. What was he doing with juniors and one of them being an alpha.

I look back to see, that Scott and his friend were gone.

"Yea um, I'll see you later at the game." He rushed giving me a quick kiss on the cheek, then he jogged off.

I stood there in utter confusion.

"Well he's just as bad as his alpha." I heard Violet say from behind me.

"What do you mean?"

I turn to Violet to see she was smirking. I hated when she did that, change her answer for a smirk.

"You have to behave April, so does Garrett. I don't want you two-"

"Missing." I hissed at her.

She glared at me. "It's a rare wolfsbane."

"I know!"

"Then don't mess up, just remember your worst." She assured me.

Her words sent a shiver of trepidation down my spine. She wasn't kidding. I was worst then, they were.

"Wait you said alpha, Liam isn't-" I look to see she had left.

Flashback ended

I was sat beside Violet at the scrimmage. We were both watching Garrett intensely, well except from me, I occasionally glanced at Liam.

I noticed shove after shove Liam got from Devenford Prep. He got more agitated and I knew that wasn't a good thing.

"Come on Liam." I whispered when I saw him go after one of our players.

I saw him visibly calm down as he looked up to me, and I couldn't help the smile that formed on my face. Did hear that.

"Hey April." I hear Lux say. "Thank you."

I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion, why was she saying thank you?. A few hours ago she looked like she wanted to rip my head off, and now she was thanking me.

"For what?"

Lux smiled at me then resumed watching the game. I couldn't help but think about what Violet said previously about being like his alpha. I was interrupted by my thoughts, when Violet started nudging me.

"He's going to do it now." She said referring to Garrett. I zoned back into the game only to see Liam, Brett and Garrett clash into each other. I winced at the obvious pain they probably felt, I even felt more terrible that Liam was mixed up with it. We didn't want him, we wanted Brett.

Violet and I watched as they took Brett away, while he was wincing in pain. We both stood up, leaving to go back to the school.

We walked into the halls silently. I watched as Violet took off her necklace as I followed her lead, pulling out two daggers from my boots not bothering to use my belt that was also laced with wolfsbane.

We both took down the paramedics no problem. Not really hurting them as much, but enough to keep them unconscious.

We watched as Brett tried to get away. He looked up at us, his eyes glowing an innocent yellow.

"April?" Brett breathed in confusion, when he saw me. The look of betray hurt and he wasn't even Liam.

"Why are you doing this?"

"Because your worth a lot of money Brett." Violet answered.

She grabbed her necklace, pulling it around his neck. I squeezed my eyes shot, I felt like a coward. I didn't like what I was seeing, but I did nothing to stop it.

I heard him drop to the floor.

"Open your eyes!" I heard Violet scream at me.

I open them to see Brett on the ground. With his head still detached to his body.

"You didn't kill him." I breathed out in relief.

"Don't get to excited." Violet hissed at me. "Were going after the alpha."

I looked at her wide eyed. She was crazy. "McCall!"

"Yes McCall! Who else?"

"You can't Violet!"

"Yea and who is gonna stop me."

We narrowed our eyes at each other as a smirk formed on her lips. Before I knew it, my dagger when straight through her hand. She gasped in pain as I looked at her shocked. I had no idea why I reacted that way.

We heard footsteps coming from the halls that distracted us, before I knew it, everything faded into black.

I felt my eyes flutter open as I regained consciousness. The banging headache increased when I tried to move, which made me whimper from the pain.

My whole body ached and I felt sick. Previous events flow through my head, but just bits and pieces. I finally realised I was laying on something soft and comfortable, until I see a movement that caught my eye.

I quickly stood up in a sitting position. To be met by the entire McCall pack including the Dunbar twins.

"Now April your going to tell us everything. " Lux states dryly with her arms crossed, until my eyes linger over to Liam who was sitting, with a look of betrayal evident in his features.

----------------------

I realised saying the entire McCall Pack was kind of sad considering not all of them made it.

What did you think of this and April and her POV.

I kind of want to start rushing somethings, because I feel like this story is dragging on and I still have more ideas and they most likely be a squeal for season 5.

This chapter maybe a little all over this place. I will fix any mistakes it was also written on my phone.

Random thought: I still cant get over Dylan O'Brien amazing performance as the nogitsune.
