After Party
BAD CUPID

Chapter 38.
This wasn't going well, the other team had scored again and now it was 2-2. I was pissed, this shouldn't be happening. Although I saw the second touchdown coming just like I saw the first, our defense wasn't like theirs. Their defense was stronger, their defense was way better than ours and they were smart. Their tactics were awesome, they had it all figured out, they were tricking the panthers into running after the wrong person. That's what our team didn't know.
The ball was in Christian's hand now, his number was twenty five and he was running pretty fast. We all began to cheer him as he ran, they were all after him. One of the boys from the other team pushed him down but Christian was fast enough and threw the ball and thankfully, Henry caught it.
I grinned. "Go! Go!! Go!!!" I kept shouting. Henry had an amazing speed, there was a huge gap between him and the guys chasing him. "Oh shit!" My eyes widen once I spotted the quarterback of the other team running towards him from the other side, he didn't see him coming.
"HENRY! HENRY!!" I called out, shouting.
"Hey, what's wrong?" Jaxton asked.
"He's gonna get knocked down." I swallowed. "HENRY!!" I kept shouting, hoping he'd hear me, Jax saw the guy as well and joined me in calling his name, he looked up and slowed down. I pointed to his left, trying to tell him to look. He frowned at me, looking confused, right before he looked to his left. The guy was so close, he jumped at henry, but Henry already saw him coming. He twirled immediately to his left with speed and the guy went for the floor.
I shouted with excitement, he kept running and got to the end zone, throwing the ball down. He scored. Everyone stood up and shouted with excitement and I couldn't contain mine either. I threw my hands in the air, grinning and clapping. Jaxton screamed as well and rose his sign up.
The game ended afterwards. With us, winning -
4-2.
Yup, that was the score. We won. Zach had scored the last one, and now I understood why everyone praised these boys in particular and why they were famous, not just cause of their flawless looks but they were awesome on the field. Perfect. I was excited for our team and just wanted my bed, but here I was with smurf. He had been trying to persuade me to go to Zach's party.
"No Jaxton, I already told you I'm not going to that stupid after party." I let out a sigh as I opened the door and walked into the house.
"Oh come on, the whole school's gonna be there." He said as he walked in too and closed the door.
"Then I can get a feedback on Monday." I smiled at him.
"Dylan!" He groaned.
I turned to him. "Did you forget what happened the last time we went to a party thrown by someone from our school?" My left brow crinkled.
"How can I ever forget?" He muttered.
"Exactly! And I'd rather stay home than wake up in a hospital again." I said and continued walking, heading to the kitchen.
"Oh come on, it's just gonna be for a few hours." He said while following me.
"Why do you even care about the party?" I asked as I walked, not getting it.
"Hey, I was invited. And its nice to actually go out sometimes."
"Sure." I rolled my eyes. "Well, I wasn't invited so I'm gonna go sleep cause I'm tired."
"Since when has such thing stopped you from doing anything." He said making me stop. I sighed and turned to him again. "Please, I don't wanna be there all by myself."
"Mom's not even gonna let us, It's late and she wouldn't approve after what happened the last time, when I could have been killed by a psychopath and you could have been raped by that same psycho."
"Hey, guys." Mom smiled as she walked out of the kitchen with a bowl of chips in her nightgown.
"Hi , mom." I turned to face her with a smile.
"How was the game?" She asked as she walked towards us.
"Not that bad." I shrugged.
"See," she shrugged, smiling. "Wasn't it better than staying home?"
Meh.
"A little." I shrugged while she smiled. She was heading for the stairs when I looked at Jaxton. He gave me those pleading eyes and I just rolled my eyes at him.
'I can't go' I mouthed.
"She'll let us! Just say yes." He replied the same way.
"Mom." I called, she halted and looked down at us from the stairs.
"Hmm?"
"So, there's this-"
Jax groaned.
"There's this party and I know you might not want us to-"
"Oh, shouldn't you guys be getting ready?"
"I'm sorry, what now?" My brows fell into a confused frown.
"What? Jaxton told me about it already when he was telling me bout the game and you going to it."
"He did?"
"Yeah," she nodded. "He told me about the school party that was being hosted for all the students after the game by the school." She shrugged.
I looked at Jaxton slowly. "School party huh?" I asked faking a smile.
His smile slowly faded, he cleared his throat and looked away.
"Yeah, he said every kid in your school is gonna be there and you guys can't afford to miss it. I mean, I didn't want you guys to be out of the house by this time of the night after what happened the last time, but he assured me a teacher would be there to keep an eye on you guys so, I had to finally say yes after he pleaded, so."
"I see." I forced a smile on my face.
"Anyways, I had to agree and I know you both want to go."
"Oooh, you have no idea." I fake laughed.
"Just be careful alright."
"Of course." I nodded. "We'll be fine."
"You don't need to worry, Bonnie." Jaxton spoke, standing behind me.
"Alright, be home before midnight or I'll come there with my shotgun and drag your asses home." She threatened.
"You have a shotgun?" I asked, bewildered.
"Goodnight. Love you both." She ignored my question and quickly went up.
She has a shotgun?
I looked at Jaxton. "School party, huh?" I folded my arms.
"Well, it is a party for our school."
"I'm sure it is." I gave him a nod.
"It was the only way to convince her to let us go, you would do the same if you were in my shoes." He was seriously trying to defend himself now?
"No," I shook my head. "I wouldn't. Cause first of all, why would I be in your shoes? I don't even wanna go to the stupid party, plus it's being thrown by that douchebag and I would never volunteer to tutor kids, and wouldn't be in so many clubs like you are in school so no," I shook my head again. "I wouldn't be in your shoes."
He gave me a blank look. "Did you just insult me?"
"Why would I?" I sarcastically replied.
"Oh come on, I'm just doing what you would have done." He rolled his eyes.
I shook my head at him. "I am really a bad influence on you." I said and gave him a big smile. "You learn real quick." I said and walked up the stairs.
"So, is that a yes?" I could feel him smile.
"Don't make me change my mind by asking another question."
"Oh, thank you!!" He shouted and rushed up the stairs as well.
•Zach's Party •
"I cannot believe I'm fucking attending a party thrown by Zachary Pratt." I sighed as I walked side by side with Jaxton towards that scum's house. I was wearing black high waist plain pants and a black top but some silver accessories.
Jaxton on the other hand was rocking a black skinny pants, a red top and a blue jacket.
"Well, you attended a party thrown by Quinn herself, so it was bound to happen."
"This is all your fault." I sighed. We got to a house and at the sight of it, I knew it was Zach's. His house had that same party theme.
As we walked up the steps to his door, I couldn't help but give an irritated look. There were a lot of people making out outside his house, some on their cars, on his front porch, on the wall. They were EVERYWHERE.
Some were even doing drugs outside. . While some people were doing more than making out and I knew they were so drunk. I took out my phone. "One sec." I said, I turned off my flash and took several photos with a grin.
"What are you doing?" Jax sighed.
"Having fun." I said and put my phone away, following him.
"You can't just take pictures of people like that." He said and I nodded.
"Sorry, uh, what was I thinking?" I nervously chuckled as I deleted the photos.
New you, Dylan.
I forced a smile.
Jax opened the door and as we walked in, we were invited loud music. I swear they were faint outside, the music bursting out of the stereos were all over the place, it was nice actually, it was super loud and gave the music more meaning. His house was too bright, like there was literally light everywhere, I felt like a vampire right now.
This place was crowded, it made me wonder how much time I wasted since the whole of america was practically here. Zach's house was huge, it was bigger than mine and by the settings of his house, I could tell he was rich as well. The amount of people here did feel like the whole school was here and they invited their relatives from outside town and yet, the house was big enough for everyone. Some of the students had not gone home to shower and change and come back, they still had paints on their faces and wore what they wore to the game.
Everyone was either dancing, drinking or chatting. They all had a cup in their hands and I knew about ninety seven percent of people here were already drunk, or close to that seeing the numbers of kegs and coolers that were practically all over the place.
As we made our way past the people who were dancing and grinding against each other like some people who couldn't have sex yet but this was their only way of pleasing themselves, I couldn't just hide the judging look I had on my face.
"Well, everyone seems to be having fun." I said. "I guess they had to get fully drunk to accomplish that."
"Zach's parties are always wild," Jax told me as we walked. "No exceptions."
"I see it now." I said as I gazed at a guy humping a girl while they danced.
Jax laughed.
"The Pratts' are rich, eh?" I asked, once we walked past the dancing crowd.
Jax nodded. "Mmhmm, one of the richest families here. I mean they can't be compared to the Frosts' but they do have lots of money."
"Another party of thy enemy." I said as I looked around.
"Just try to have fun."
"Sure. Do you have Jon's number?" I asked with a sigh.
"No, I don't." Jax shook his head. "Why?"
"If I'm here, he has to be here. He wasn't at the game, the least he could do is be here. He shouldn't miss all these cause he quit the team." I said as I scanned the crowd. This was once Jon's world, he was once like these guys, he had all the girls and everything but now, he couldn't even show his face here.
"You're right." Jax nodded. "Who do we ask?"
I looked around and spotted Bruce coming my way. "Yo, Bruce."
He stopped and smiled once he saw me. "Oh heeeeey, Dylan. Good to see you here!"
I grinned. "You too. You not drunk too, are you?"
"Well," Bruce shrugged. "Almost there." He said as he gulped down the drink in his hand.
"Okaaay," Jaxton looked away.
"Do you have Jon's cellphone number?" I asked him.
"Uh, why would I have it?" He chuckled. "We're not exactly friends anymore, but you can ask Henry or Zach." He shrugged.
"Hah! Thanks."
"No problem," he smiled. "Have fun." He said and looked behind me. "Hey! New kid!!" Bruce shouted and walked away.
"So, who do I ask now?" I turned to Jaxton.
"I just texted a friend for it annnnnnnd, got it." Jaxton smiled and looked away from his phone and at me.
"Bless you, baby, send it to me and I'll call h-"
"Hey, Jaxton."
I looked up and spotted a smiling Zach walking our way with a girl in his right arm and a cup at his left, he was putting on black jeans and a black armless too.
"Zach, hey! Cool party." Jax smiled at him.
"We've been here for less than five minutes." I said to Jaxton, he elbowed me instantly. I kept quiet, took Jaxton's phone and sent the number to myself.
"I'm glad you came, thanks for the posters again." Zach said as I handed Jaxton his phone back.
"It's all good." Jax chuckled. I was still typing on my phone and texting Jon, after I had saved his number. I didn't want him to be alone, and just be missing out on everything because he had a conscience, although that was what he was supposed to be doing.
"Oh yay, you are here." I could hear the disappointment in Zach's voice as he spoke. I rose my head up to look at Zach and I faked a smile that matched his tone.
"Oh, hey you." I smiled innocently. "Great party!" I said with a chirpy voice.
"I didn't invite you." He said, sternly.
"I don't need an invitation to crash a party." I still flashed him that Innocent smile.
"What exactly are you doing here?" He asked, it was as if the sight of me just made him flare up and honestly, it was mutual.
"Come on, Zach. Cut him some slack" Jax sighed.
"I'm here for the same reason everyone is, but I mostly came for the free food." I said with a small nod.
"I don't want you in my house, there was a reason I didn't invite you. There's always drama around you, you have this dark aura wherever you go. You're annoying and I don't like you."
"Zach, that was rude." Jax cut in.
I placed my hand on Jax's shoulder. "No, no. Let him finish," I looked back at Zach with that same smile. "Go on, please."
"I just want you out of my house!" He demanded.
I nodded. "Okay, I'll just...go." I said and turned to go.
"Oh come on, you're not gonna leave right?" Jaxton asked and then turned to Zach. "Zach?"
I stopped, the smile still on my face. I turned back to him, my lips pursed. "On second thought," I furrowed my brows at him. "I think I'm just gonna stay at your house, you see, I kinda like it here." I shrugged.
"Get out of my h-"
"I'm not a nice person, Pratt. And I am honestly trying to be, so, I don't think your parents are in town or have come home in a while, have they?" His brows crumpled, and I smirked as I continued. "I mean, wouldn't it be such an amazing conversation starter when I ask them how their son's party was?" I gasped.
"They will love me."
Zach's face tightened and I smiled as that gave me the confirmation I needed. "But don't worry, Zachary, I will mind my business as long as you do not bug me or speak to me in a demeaning manner." I grinned. "I know it's your house but," I took the red cup from his hand. "I think I'll stay."
I walked away from him not waiting for a response, even when I knew he had none. I heard Jaxton mutter something to Zach as I dialled Jon's number while fighting through the zombie apocalypse crowd.
"Hello?" He answered.
"Hey, doofus." I walked over to Zach's kitchen. "It's the boy y'all pushed down the stairs, Dylan."
"D-Dylan. Hey. How'd you-"
"That's a question for another day, where are you?" I asked as I leaned on the sink.
"I'm—home, why?" He sounded curious as to why I was asking.
"I need you at Zach's house." I told him.
"Why?"
"You don't need a why, just come."!
"Not happening."
"Listen, I was forced to come here alright and if I'm here, you're gonna have to be here. Stop sulking and get your ass here." I ordered.
"I'm sorry, Dylan." He sighed sadly. "I can't."
I rolled my eyes.
"Remember you said you owe me your life."
"What? I did?"
"Yes, you did. Right at the field, on the bleachers."
"Nuh uh, I'm pretty sure I said I owe you a lot."
"No, you said you owe me your life."
"I'm sure I didn't."
"You did."
He didn't.
"I did?"
"Mmhmm" I nodded, even though he couldn't see.
"I don't remember saying that. I said 'I owe you a lot', not my life."
Same thing.
"You fucking told me you owe me your life!"
"Dylan, we could go all night about this. I know I s-"
"Okay Jon, listen, you better be here in ten minutes. You owe me and this is one of the favours I need. I am literally doing you one in fact," I frowned. "So get your heterosexual ass here immediately." I said and hung up.
I dived my phone into my back pocket and took a sip from the cup Zach had been drinking. I cringed immediately and shivered, my face shape-shifted into disgust.
"What in satan's name is this black magic?" I asked as I poured it into his sink. I wiped my mouth and looked at the table, so many cups and drinks, different bottles. Some were empty and the ones which were, were the ones I went for.
There was also coke on the table but for some reason, I didn't want to go for that. I took one of the half drank bottles that looked like something rich people drank while intimidating someone with a stare, poured myself a drink in the cup. I don't exactly know what I poured in it, but I was sure this had to be some certain rich wine.
"You do realize that's not wine, right?" A voice said, as I was about to drink from the cup.
I looked up from my cup and at the person, and smiling at me was Christian. "What am I about to drink, Christ?"
Christian snickered. "That's vodka. Can you handle vodka?"
I laughed. "I wasn't born yesterday, hun. But not tonight, I need to have a clear head."
Christian laughed while a smile appeared on my face. "Hi," He greeted as he handed me a bottle of beer which I took from him with a small frown.
"How'd you-"
"Saw you from across." He shrugged, smiling.
"Didn't you hand me a drink at the last party I went to?" I asked smiling.
"Oh! That would be my twin brother,"
"Oh wow," I played along.
"Yeah, his name is Sam."
"Sam! I like. Why isn't his name Pagan though, since you are Christian?" I asked and he laughed.
"Hmm." I furrowed brows. "I'd have to ask my mother."
"You should." I laughed.
He laughed as well.
I opened the beer and took a sip, there was a little silence between us and it was starting to get sort of awkward. "Nice game tonight."
"Oh, thanks." He ran his hand through his hair. "Although I didn't exactly score any." He shrugged.
"But your defence was super good." I assured him.
"You think?"
"Yeah! It was amazing! That is why you are part of the defence, duh!"
Christian chortled. "Uh, thanks."
"Coach proud of y'all?"
"Yeah he was, he was scared though."
I huffed. "We all were."
He laughed. Cute. "Nice outfit."
"Thanks for noticing my completely casual not so special outfit." I said and he just chuckled.
"You did say you weren't gonna show up." He cocked a brow.
"Well," I sighed. "I also thought I wasn't gonna be here. Honestly, I didn't wanna be here," I shook my head. "But, Jax had his cards played so well and here I am, the same way I appeared at the game. I swear that kid is smart." I scoffed
Christian chuckled. "Well, I am glad you're here."
"I would say me too, but I'm not sure how it all would turn out at the end." I shrugged and took another sip from my beer. I looked behind Christian and spotted Raven and Zach talking close to the stairs, Zach's back faced me. Raven chuckled at something he said and once she saw me, her smiled faded and turned into a cold glare, but I did not smile at her or wave, I just saw watched. She said something and walked away, Zach looked back and his eyes met mine, he glared still and I just flashed him a big smile making him walk the other way.
"You two are funny, you know?" Christian grinned.
"Who?" I looked up at him.
"You and Zach. The little beef you have with each other."
"What? No, I'm not beefing him. You see, Zach is just an idiot and claims is looking out for his best friend and so he hates me cause Henry hates me and what he doesn't know is, I give no fucks and I hate both of them almost equally." I smiled.
Christian snickered and shook his head. "You definitely are crazy."
"Aw, thank you, Doctor. Call me Lana Winters."
Christian chuckled. "We in a mental hospital right now, huh?"
"Imagine if were in a coma right now, and this was just a dream?"
"Okay, Dylan, I would rather have superpowers in my coma than play in high school."
"Me too. I'd have murdered people carrie style."
"You," he pointed at me. "You really are something."
"You have no idea." I took another sip from my beer.
Christian laughed. "Uh, so Raven?"
"What about her?"
"Aren't you two-"
"Yeah, no. I don't think we are friends anymore." I shrugged. "She's mad I kept a secret from her, something that is not her business, but I think she's more mad at someone else knowing and not her."
"I'm sorry about that, you three were the best." He smiled
"Yeah, shit happens." I took another sip, right before I felt a force push me from behind, making me move closer to Christian and making our bodies touch, I looked back at the dude who had mistakenly pushed me with his back.
"Sorry, Dylan." He said and walked away.
"So," Christian spoke, I moved away from him and muttered a sorry. "You wanna dance?"
"Well," I paused and looked around. "I did humiliate myself the first time."
"Oh come on, people think you're an amazing dancer."
"Yeah, who lost his cool and twerked in front of the whole school." I added. "That was very embarrassing."
He laughed. "Yeah, it was funny."
I scowled at him.
"Awesome, but funny." He rephrased.
"Okay, Christopher Tate." I dropped my beer on the counter. "But, not everyone knows I'm gay so we could just turn it into a competition something." I shrugged.
"Aye, Aye." He saluted.
And that, we did. We danced like maniacs, I laughed half of the time while Christian danced. He was a good dancer, yes. He just wasn't the best and he turned everything into a goofy dance and I just kept laughing, he didn't stop and I knew he was trying to make me laugh and boy, was he doing a great job! And you know what? I danced with him, we both laughing and doing silly moves.
We did this for a while, until my phone rang. Jon. I excused myself and went back to the kitchen to answer it.
"Hey, where are you?"
I couldn't hear him properly.
"Hey, it's super noisy now and I can't hear you." I think they increased the FUCKING VOLUME OF THE MUSIC, if yo can hear me, just come in, I'm in the kitchen!" I said and hung up.
I kept staring at the entrance and waiting for him but he didn't walk in, I spotted Henry and our eyes met, I couldn't fully see what he was wearing, just that he had a drink in his hand. Once I saw him, my heart skipped a heavy beat, I blinked and looked away, looking for Jon again.
I sighed and looked back at my phone and decided to text him, when I heard murmurs from beside me.
"What is he doing here?" A girl asked.
"The nerve." Another female voice said.
I looked up and spotted Jon, he was getting a few stares. "Jon!!" I called out and made my way to him once I saw people giving him dirty looks. "Guys! Guys! Don't be fucking mean, he is not a virus, he is Jon." I said to them as I pushed past them and got to uncomfortable looking Jon.
"What the fuck are you doing here?" A brown haired jock asked him. "You shouldn't be h-"
"I invited him." I said and folded my arms. "He's with me."
"Why would you invite him here?" A blonde one asked, frowning at me.
"I didn't see a sign that said 'No Jon'! Sorry, next time put up that sign."
"What's your business with what-"
"Can you guys just have your fun, please. After-all, I'm the one who was thrown down the stairs, not you guys. Thank you, so go kiss each other or something."
The boy clenched his fists as his face got clouded with anger, he took a step towards me and Jon pulled me behind me like I was a damsel in distress.
"Fuck off." Jon said, glaring at them.
"Hey, babe. Let us just go, okay?" The girl close to the blonde said, holding his arm. "Let us just go have our fun and not let anyone spoil that for us." She said, pulling him away.
"Come on," the other girl said. "Zach will not appreciate a fight happening at his party, you know that." She told them.
"You are lucky." The brunette said to us.
"Mmhmm, sure we are." I replied, as I watched them walk away.
"You're gonna get yourself into trouble someday." Jon sighed and turned to me.
"Nah, I wasn't scared of them anyways. Not my problem." I shrugged and smiled.
"Why did you call me here, Dylan?" He questioned.
"What? You can't be home and I'll be here." I shrugged. "Come on," I tilted my head to my right and walked ahead. "I'm very sure you've never stayed at home on a Friday night." I said as I approached Jax who was talking to three people and laughing.
"Why would you think that?"
"Cause I know you haven't. It's either parties or a club or her house, and by her I mean more than one." I said as I walked.
"Well, still...."
"Hey, Jax." I called.
He turned and smiled. "Hey, Jon!! Oh, thank God you came." He muttered something to his friends with his friendly smile, they replied with a big smile, waved at us and walked away.
I took three bottles of beer from one of the coolers and handed one to Jon and the other to Jax, while I held one. "Here, try and have fun."
Jon took it from me with a small frown. "I should go home." He sighed.
"Nonsense." I shut him up. "And that shirt is just awful." I shook my head at it, disappointed at his choice of shirt.
"Its t-that bad?" He stuttered as he looked at it.
"Yeah, try having more black and I hate the colour green, but I think it would look good on you."
"You hate green?" Jaxton asked me.
I looked at him. "Sometimes." I shrugged.
"Anywaaaays, boys," I rose my beer. "Let us just enjoy oursel-" I trailed off once I spotted Henry looking at me from afar and drinking from his cup, the boys were talking to him but his eyes were on me, and my ovaries were starting to clap. I don't have ovaries, but you know what I mean.
Do I say my testicles were starting to squeeze?
"You okay?" Jon asked.
I blinked severally, looking back at Jon. "Yeah." I nodded. "Like I said, let us try and have fun." I said and opened my beer.
"Oh, well how was the game?" Jon asked.
"We won." Jax grinned.
He grinned. "Well, that's something to drink for." He said and opened his beer.
"Cheers, people." I raised my beer.
"Cheers." They chorused, and we all drank at the same time, taking a long sip and stopped at the same time.
"Kiiiii Ugh." Jaxton cringed, making a weird sound.
"Ugh!." I wiped my lips, my face had a soured expression on.
Jon laughed. "Are you guys serious? That wasn't even a whole bottle."
"Oh, shut up," I scowled at him. "Beer is disgusting, I don't know why I picked this up."
"Plus, you drink beer for dinner, breakfast and lunch, so of course the apocalyptic taste is not new to you." Jaxton said.
Jon snorted. "Maybe."
"Not maybe. And let us be sincere, beer tastes like sorrow and the antichrist."
"Beer tastes like heaven." He corrected.
"In what world?" Jaxton asked him.
"Cannot be ours."
"Well, hell it is then." Jaxton said.
I laughed.
"Why do you both drink it and criticize it then?"
"You just answered your own question." I shrugged. "We drink to criticize it and probably cause I'd rather drink beer than tequila."
"True." Jax agreed.
"You both are weird." He chuckled.
I shrugged. "Like being weird isn't the best."
"Well, she's pretty tonight." Jax said, looking elsewhere. I traced his stare and spotted Raven dancing in the crowd with Johnathan, flawlessly.
She was putting on a creme colored mini dress. Her hair tied into a ponytail, she was really looking stunning, like always.
The fox danced with the devil in the light.
Johnathan.
I stayed, glaring at Johnathan as he danced with her, grinding against Raven, hands everywhere. His eyes found mine and he smirked as he danced with her, not taking his eyes off me.
That cunt.
He was getting so much joy from this.
"Fucking cunt."
"Who?" Jaxton asked.
"Johnathan. I hate him so much."
"Why? He seems cool." Jon shrugged.
"Yeah, everyone thinks so." Jax folded his arms.
"That guy is bad news, Jon. Give him time, you'll see how bad he is." I said while staring at them.
"Oh, anyways whatever happened between you guys and Raven anyway?" He asked out of the blue.
"That is a long story, Jon." I said and looked around. I spotted Christian, he seemed to be looking around for someone and I knew it was me. I handed my beer to Jon. "I'll be right back." I said and walked towards Christian, I decided to call him when I felt a hand grab mine.
I turned immediately and looked at the hand before it's owner and my eyes met green eyes. We stared at each other for what seemed to be an eternity, but were just few seconds. Him holding me and me wondering what it was about?
Henry walked past me while still holding me and began pulling me along with him and up the stairs real fast, I couldn't help but wonder what was wrong. His grip on me was tight, I tried to get his hand off mine as we walked up the stairs.
"Henry, let go off me or I will kick you and we'll both fall down this stairs and die." I demanded as we walked, people stared at us at the stairs but they were mostly drunk and just laughed, going back to their make out section.
"Henry!"
He said nothing.
"I'm warning you, I'll punch you!"
He ignored me.
He opened the door to a room and pulled me inside, I stumbled, trying to keep my balance. I turned to him with a glare, holding my hand.
"Your audacity is definitely on a promo, Henry, cause what the fuck?"
He gently closed the door, not locking it.
"You ugly son of —"
I trailed off once he turned to me with a look I was familiar with. His green eyes were angry at me. He was mad for some reason. Was it at me? It had to be at me? What did I do? Did I mistakenly kill his possum? Does he have a possum? Wait, where can I get a possum?
Shit. Dylan, back to Henry!
Right!
Whatever did I do?
