Time of day: Night 

 Location: Kuoh Police Department

A/N: I don't know if there was a police department or not so I made one up.

It was hell at the Kuoh Police Department. Phones were going off, police were scattered trying to calm down the situations that were going on, citizens were there to report their friends and family missing, reporters were trying to get information, and all of this was all happening at the same time. The chief of police was stressed out of his mind. He hadn't slept for almost two days straight with all of the madness going on. He was just sitting at his desk thinking to himself on how the hell did all of this happen. At one moment it was just another slow day at work with a parking ticket here, or noise complaint there, but then all of a sudden the phones started to go off and all kinds of calls started to come in. When he heard about what was going on, most of these calls sounded like prank calls, but when the chief sent men over, he found out the scary truth that these weren't prank calls. The incidents had actually been happening. They were hard to believe, but when the chief saw the bodies...the chief didn't know what to believe anymore. All of a sudden another officer came into the room.

Officer: Excuse me Chief, do you have a moment?

Chief: What is it? 

Officer: Well it's about all these new crimes and casefiles happening.

Chief: What about them?

Officer: Well, I don't know for sure, but I think that there's a way that they're all tied together.

Chief: *now fully interested* How so?

Officer: *pulls out a bunch of files* Well, when the first couple of calls came in, I started working on the victims background and where they came from and sure enough I found this.

The officer then showed a group photo of a lot of kids gathered in front of an orphanage.

Chief: The old orphanage?

Officer: Correct. You see *shows a case file* this guy [victim #1] grew up in this orphanage, along with *pulls out more case files* seven other recent victims.

The officer then showed faces of both young men and women that were kids at the orphanage when it was up and running years ago.

Officer: All of these teenagers were all orphans  that grew up together.

Chief: Well that's definitely not a coincidence, but can you explain how they all died?

Officer:*sighs* No I can not. But that's the weird part chief. It's really weird how some of these kids died. For instance *shows victim #1's file* [victim 1] died at school due to him stabbing himself and screaming "No, No, get them off me! Spiders!!!! They're everywhere!!" Witnesses reported that there was no spiders on him at all, and that he looked like he was afraid for his life and believed that there was. When the boy's body was brought in, apparently he had some kind of chemical gas that has never ben seen or heard of before.

The officer then shows a casefile of a teenage girl.

Officer: [victim 2] was apparently sitting by a tree in the park, when all of a sudden both her and the tree caught on fire. Witnesses say that one moment the girl was just reading a book, and the next she's screaming because she was on fire. When her body was brought in, she was barley able to be identified. Only thing left from her was a burnt skeleton.

The officer then showed three more case files. 

Officer: [victim 3], [victim 4], and [victim 5] were all at a party in the woods with a lot of other teenagers getting drunk, when all of a sudden they were attacked by bears.-

Chief: Wait...bears? We don't have bears in Kuoh.

Officer: That's what makes this case the weirdest case so far. Apparently almost none of the teens survived the attack. When the massacre occurred, it mostly look like some kind of creatures attacked them. But apparently there was one eye witness. [victim 4] had a step brother that tried to sneak out and go to the party with him. When he was found out, [victim 4] made him stay in the car. When we found him he was hiding under the seats. He kept on saying monsters over and over. Officers finally calmed him down and when they asked him what happen he said that two big scary monsters came out of no where and started clawing and eating everyone. He said that one of the monsters saw him and was about to attack him, but another monster stopped him. When they left, he said that he saw his brother on the ground, but the bottom half of his body was gone. Out of curiosity, the officers asked if he could describe the monsters that attacked him.

The officer then showed the drawings of the boy's descriptions of the "monsters" that attacked the teens.

The officer then showed the drawing of the "monster" that saved him.

When the chief saw this, he thought that the kid had to be making this up for sure.

Officer: Then there's [victim 6]. He was part of the massive gang killing. With him included there was over fifty bodies dead. Video footage showed two men and one woman were shooting out most of the bodies and another two slashing the rest with swords and bayonets.

The officer then showed the images of the four men and woman presumed as suspects.

When the chief was looking at the video of the huge shoot out, he couldn't believe that these five easily took out one of the most dangerous gangs there was in this city.

Officer: Then finally our latest two. [victim 7] and [victim 8] were in a car driving back home when their car was frozen all round. They were at an intersection, when all of a sudden the entire car became sealed in ice. When someone was finally able to get to them, it was too late. They had both froze to death. No one knew how that even happened.... Now chief, I know that there a lot more bodies and victims that are just coming in, but some of these are only teenagers and some of them are even coming from this orphanage *points to the picture*. I don't know about you chief, but I feel like something pretty odd is happening.

Meanwhile in a different part of Kuoh

Four girls were coming out of a club all intoxicated. As they were laughing and trying to not fall two girls stepped out from the shadows behind them.

???: Excuse me.

The four then turned around and took a good look at the two girls.

???: Are any of you [Girl's Name] by chance?

A/N: Imagine the name of a girl that you can't stand, dislike, or hate.

The girls then staggered forward and responded rudely.

G/N: Yeah, what about it?!

The girl with the pink hair smiled and then pulled out a pair of scissors from under her skirt. Then faster than a blink of an eye she rushed the girl and was now behind the girl's friends holding a bloody pair of scissors. When the girls realized what had happen they saw their friend's head fall off and her body crumple to the ground. The other girl with the blond hair started to chuckle.

???: Well since Yuno got to have fun with the target, I'll have fun with her friends~. 

The blond girl then pulled out a knife and charged at the others. She slit one the girl's throats and stabbed another girl over and over. The last girl was scared sober and tried to run away, but before she could even get far, a pair of bloody was launched into the back of her head killing her instantly. 

Yuno: *walks over to the targets head* That's for hurting My Y/N.

Toga: Hey! 'OUR' Y/N.

Yuno: *giggles* Oh right, our Y/N. Sorry Toga, I almost forgot~.

Meanwhile in another different part of Kuoh

A group of men were coming out of a bar all drunk and intoxicated. They were laughing and drinking and checking out the girls that were walking down the street. As they tried to walk down to the street they passed by two beautiful women. 

Guy 1.: Hey baby!~ Why don't you walk with me and my friends? Don't you know it dangerous to be walking all by yourself~.

The women then stopped and took a look at then men and smiled.

???: Oh...is that so? *then walks up to the guy* Then would it be alright if you could walk me and my friend home? I promise you'll be rewarded in a way you couldn't imagine~.

Then men then smiled and stupidly agreed to help 'keep them safe'. As the women led the guys into an alleyway, the men tried to grope and feel the two women. When they were at a dead end, the men didn't even realize where they were.

???: Now, before anything starts, are any of you [Guy's Name]?~

A/N: Imagine the name of a guy that you can't stand, dislike, or hate

A young man then raised his hand with a beer in it. But before he could even say anything, the woman with black hair changed her fingers into claws and stabbed him in the chest. This made the men start to sober up in a hurry, but it was already too late. The other woman then changed into a more deadly and provocative form

She then waved her hand and blood started to tear out from the men and absorbed into her. While that was going on the other woman stabbed a couple more guys and tore them apart. When it was all over the two women smiled over dead pale bodies.

???: Humans are so silly.~

In another part of Kuoh

A man was walking alone in the park, but stopped when he heard crying. As he was looking for where it was coming from, he saw a little girl crying on a bench.

Man: Excuse me little girl are you lost?

The man then slowly started to approach her from the side.

Girl: *sniff* N-No. I-I'm waiting.

The man was in front of her and kneeled down to look at her, but the girls head was down.

Man: Who are you waiting for?

The girl then stopped crying and started to giggle.

Girl: *chuckling* You~

The man started to back up, now feeling nervous around this girl. Speaking of which, the girl then stood up from the bench still laughing and started to change and transform. She started to grow taller and her figure also started to get more into woman's form. Her clothes also changed from a little girls to more of a provocative bunny and only hands that looked like were from her hair somehow covered her chest.

Girl/Woman: As much as I'd like to keep having fun, my friends want to have a word with you.

Man:*scared*  F-Friends?!

The man then felt like somebody was behind him he saw what looked like a man and a man with a pyramid covering his face holding a large sword.

???: Ha! You expected someone just like her,*points to himself* but it was me Dio!!

As the blond haired man was talking about himself, the man with a pyramid for a head slashed the man in half. The man's body then fell apart and 

Girl/Woman: Silent and to the point I see *giggles*. Well better let master know the target has been taken care of~

In a different location near Kuoh. 

A young man was sitting in his office inside his home looking at a photo. This photo was the same one that the officer had shown the chief about the group photo with all the orphans and staff together. The difference from this photo and the officer's was that this photo had most of the orphans and staff marked off with an X. One by one, another X was added to the photo till finally most of the picture was covered with X's. Suddenly a call was coming from his phone. When he saw who was calling, he smiled and answered.

Y/N: *smiling*Hello Melona~

Melona: Hiii Master~

Y/N: I take it you got the job done.

Melona: Yep! Dio was talking about himself, and pyramid head sliced the head of the orphanage in half.

Y/N: Great.

Melona: So should I melt the body?

Y/N: No. Let it be a message.

Melona: To who?

Y/N: Everyone...

Melona: Ok~ See you soon master~

Y/N: See you soon~.

After that, the call ended. Y/N then put another X on the photo marking off the head of the orphanage. As he looked at the photo, he saw that all the staff had been taken care of, and now he was just waiting for the call to say that the last two orphans had been taken care of. He also noticed the one orphan he circled. He remembered that he told all of his peerage to spare this particular one because she was the only one who was on his side and never treated him wrong. As he was thinking about how she was doing, he got another call. When he looked at who was calling this time he smiled once again.

Y/N: How'd it go Akame?

On the other side of the line Akame was talking and slicing up some gunmen at the same time. When she killed the last one, she answered back.

Akame: It's kind of boring since these men aren't really a challenge, but me and my group are doing fine Y/N.

Y/N: Have you taken out the target.

Akame: Almost. It looks like while we were dealing with his men, the target entered some type of panic room.

Y/N: Can you knock it down?

Akame: I'm certain that Mine can blast it down.

BOOM!

Akame: Speaking of which I believe that was the door right now.

Ahhhhh!

Y/N: And with that scream I'm going to guess that Leone got him?

In the background

Leone: Tell cutie I said hey~!

Akame: You would be correct.

Y/N: Great. So I'll see you all soon then?

Akame: *blushing* ...Yes.

After that Akame hung up. Y/N then finally put the last X on the photo making 43 X's in total. When he finished he pinned it to the wall. As he left his office, he got another call, but he automatically knew who this person was.

Josh: So, I'm guessing that you got everyone from the orphanage that messed with you right?

Y/N: You'd be correct my good sir.

Josh: And I'm also guessing that you killed more than just the one's in the photo too?

Y/N: *sweating* That... would also be true...

Josh: And didn't I also say to TRY to keep the body count to a minimal.

Y/N:*sighs* Yes you did...

Josh: Do you know how many bodies you and you team killed in over the last five days?

Y/N:...no

Josh: 537!!!

Y/N: What?! How?! We couldn't possibly-

Josh: The targets, people with the targets, drug dealers that were with some of the targets, other criminals who were by the targets, must I go on!

Y/N: Oh......

Josh: And since you guys had to do that much. Now you have the 3 factions going crazy and wondering what the hell is going on!*sighs*  Luckily I was able to lead them away from finding out it was you. But now they think it's one of them...which could actually work out in our favor. But besides all of this, I also found out something else.

Y/N: What?

Josh: 'His' location.

Y/N:....*serious* Where

Josh: Already emailed it to you. Good luck and tell me when your finished, then we can begin phase 2.

Y/N: Will do.

After the call was over, Y/N got a message that showed his next target. And this one, he was going to enjoy a lot.

Location: Forest

A man was walking home from work taking the path back to his house. Over the years tis man lived by himself and only cared about what he did and how he did it. While he was walking, he thought he heard his name being whispered out faintly. When he looked around, no one was there, so he kept walking. Then he heard it again, but this time the whispers were louder. He looked around and saw nothing so he started to walk home faster, when he finally reached his house he started to fumble with his keys to unlock the door. When he finally opened the door, he heard his name being screamed out from the forest. Now he came inside the house and locked the door. But when he turned on the lights he screamed. All around his house was a word written in what looked like blood.

Murderer

When he ran to his room he looked under his bed and reached for a shotgun. But then his door slamed shut. When he turned around he saw Y/N looking right at him.

Y/N: *giving off a dark smile* Hello Dad.

Y/N's Dad: W-Who are you? *points the shotgun at him*

Y/N: What, you don't recognize your own son? Well probably not like this any way.

Y/N then transformed back into his original form.

Y/N: How about now?

Y/N's Dad: Y-Y/N?

Y/N: Good to see you.

Y/N's Dad: W-What are you doing here?

Y/N: *still smiling* I think you know why.

Y/N's Dad: L-Listen Y/N, Y-You know I didn't mean any of it right?  I only beat you so you would grow up to become successful and have a better life.

Y/N: *frowns* Is that why you killed Mom right in front of me?

Y/N's father knew what his son was here to do, so he aimed the shot gun at Y/N and pulled the trigger.

'Click'

As Y/N's dad kept clicking the shot gun, Y/N raised his hand and waved the bullets.

Y/N: Well, it looks like you know what's going to happen. So might as well get it over with.

Then from behind Y/N's back grew a long black scorpion tail. As Y/N walked forward, Y/N's dad tried to run and jump out the window. As he broke the glass, he was stopped by Y/N's tail through his chest. Y/N then used his tail to face his dad who was gargling up blood.

Y/N: This is for all those years of torture and for mom.

Y/N then ignited his whole body on fire and burned his father with him. Not only that, but he burned down the house as well. After everything was done Y/N walked out of the fire and into the darkness of the forest. He looked behind to see the house burn down to the ground. He smiled and a tear flowed down his cheek.

Y/N then wiped away his tears and called Josh. It was time to put Phase 2 into action.
