A/N: Before this begins, PLEASE remember that some of these characters are OOC(Out Of Character). I have to remind you apparently because SOME OF YOU(not gonna say who exactly) can't understand that. Finally! After Ten Long days, it was finally time for the Rating Game of Riser Phenex V.S. Rias Gremory. Everyone was excited for the match and all for different reasons. Rias and her peerage (most of them) were excited because they thought they "actually" stood a chance at winning and defeating Riser, while Riser's peerage was excited because they knew that this was going to be an EASY victory...especially since Y/N had came on the tenth day and gave them a list of each of Rias's peerage members strengths and weaknesses....even Riser himself was excited....but for all different reasons.

Meanwhile the other Gremorys were so excited that they never returned home from celebrating. They merely somehow got ready for the rating game and went to where it would take place. Joining them were the Sitris and Lady Serafall to "cheer on" Rias...or at least that was what the Gremories(some of them) thought. Yet the one that was most ecstatic for the rating game were Y/N.

Location: Phenex Household

Y/N: So did you all study the lists I gave you?

Riser:*smirks* Of course, Riser and his peerage read the lists and checked them twice.

Y/N:*smirks* Then everything should go as planned.

As Y/N was leaving, Riser followed and told all of his peerage to stay there. He then quickly caught up to Y/N.

Riser: Lord L/N!

Y/N: *turns back* Yes?

Riser: Are you...certain...of the events that would take place?

Y/N: Lord Phenex...if everything goes as planned...then Yes I am truly certain.

Riser: Understood....*gets serious* because if you are just playing a huge Hoax then Ri-

Y/N: Lord Phenex...I can honestly tell you that I have betrayed and lied to MANY....but you are not one of them. When this is over, you will get what you most desire.

As everyone was waiting for the rating game to begin, Josh showed up with Gabriele, Michael, and Azazel. Sirzechs saw this and thought they were here to watch and support him and root for Rias.

Sirzechs: Ah hello everyone, come to see the rating game?

Josh's Mind: No shit Sherlock

Josh: *"smiles"* Of course, it's not every day one of your co worker's kids is in a match to fight for their freedom.

As they talked for a little bit, Y/N had shown up with some of his peerage and joined Josh and the others. As he was seen by the others all around him, he was instantly swarmed and greeted since everyone wanted to meet "The sole remaining member of the L/N Clan". Y/N tried his best to smile and not yeet any of the annoying Thots and slap them to the Yeetblivion, but MAN!...most of these uppity crusty rich over privileged Devils were annoying! Luckily the show was just about to begin, so Y/N didn't go into a blind blood rage...yet. As the screen appeared showing the two teams in position Grayfia stood and announced the teams and the rules. She then began the countdown and just like that the rating game...had begun...

A/N: Just imagine what happened in the anime, BUT instead only three of Riser's peerage members were eliminated(the three from Issei's "dress break") , and the others overtook Rias and her peerage.

Well...that was a bit overkill and anti-climatic...those were the thoughts going through Y/N's Mind. He had witnessed Riser's Peerage EASILY kick Rias's and her peerage's ass. From the very start, they took out Koneko out which took away Rias's Muscle. During that time, Issei barely got lucky and through all of his "training" he apparently was able to make a move where he was able to make his opponents clothes...disappear(just when you thought he couldn't be even more of a perverted scumbag). That sadly eliminated a few of Riser's pawns, but they quickly were avenged when Riser's Queen ambushed Kiba taking him out with Riser's Knights ganging up on Akeno and eliminating her. That only left Rias and Issei...which Riser was able to beat the crap out of him and make Rias give up for stupid Pawn.

And just like that Y/N was now standing as the Best Man at Riser's wedding. There were many different mixed emotions going on, yet if anybody actually payed attention all through the "festivities" and "celebration"...Y/N was smiling. He and Josh had already knew that this was going to happen...and they already knew what was going to happen next, they just needed a certain pervert to barge in and begin the next phase-

Issei: *kicks in the door and shouts* THE ONLY ONE THAT'S GOING TO BE TOUCHING RIAS IS ME!!!

Y/N's Mind: *Cruel Evil Chuckle* Right on time.

Sirzechs then explained to Riser how he let Issei in and that "he was not impressed" with the outcome of the fight *cough cough* Bullshit abuse of power*cough cough*. So now Issei "somehow" had the right to challenge Riser to a one on one for Rias's hand. Now everyone that was there was suddenly transported to an open arena to where now Issei and Riser were facing each other. As the match began, Y/N knew that Sirzechs was up to something, cause that's what made the cocky asshole an open book-

Riser: *screaming in pain* AHHHH!

And that only proved Y/N's assumption Right, since he and everyone just saw Issei throw Holy Water on Riser. He even went further and used a cross.

Y/N's Mind: That Perv is definitely gonna need some kind of God later...then again, would any hear him out? Meh who cares.

As it looked like Issei had the upper hand, Y/N got a telepathic message from his peerage.

Melona: *telepathically* Master, everything is ready!

Y/N: Perfect~. *looks in Josh's direction and sends a message* Hey.

Josh: Yeah?

Y/N: It's all good to go.

Josh: *smirks in his mind* About time. Give the first order.

Y/N: Roger Roger.

Y/N then looked at Issei's hand where his gauntlet was and sent a message.

Y/N: Ddraig.

Ddraig: Yes My Lord.

Y/N: It's time.....Dew it.

And in another instant, Issei was suddenly powered up and now was covered in armor from his sacred gear.

And just like that Issei was now boosted and was starting to beat the crap out of Riser. This went on for minutes to where Issei decided to end it by firing up a giant beam of light. As that was happening, Riser's Peerage was going to try to interfere...but were stopped by none other than Ravel. Ravel looked straight at Y/N and looked in his eyes wanting an answer to her unspoken question...to which Y/N simply nodded. And like that she made sure that Riser's peerage did NOT interfere. As that happened, Issei finally fired off the beam and it hit dead center at Riser. When the smoke and dust cleared...there layed Riser...nearly dead.

Grayfia: And the winner is Issei Hyoudou!

Ravel panicked and went to her brother, while Issei was being hugged and praised by Rias and "congratulated" by Sirzechs for his. While that was happening, Ravel took out of bottle and opened it, and was trying to give it to Riser...yet Riser stopped her and prevented her from doing so. Instead he looked in Y/N's direction and when the two locked eyes, Y/N merely nodded...and Riser then turned to Ravel, gave her a comforting smile....and smashed the bottle on the floor. With his eyes beginning to close, Riser quietly wished his sister good luck, and then slowly layed on the ground with his movement slowing down, the color from his body beginning to fade, and his voice beginning to go out....Riser Phenix smiled...for the very last time.

As everyone else saw the male heir of the Phenex Clan past away, they were shocked. They had always heard that the Phenexes were somehow Immortal, yet here they just witnessed one die right before their very eyes. As Ravel hugged her now-dead brother, some of the other beings that watched the fight began to leave including Michael, Josh, and Gabriel. Even Risers parents were in shock and grief...well actually just Riser's Mother...while Riser's father just looked...disappointed. Y/N on the other had entered the arena and had his head down...and slowly approached Issei. When he finally got close enough...he tapped him on the shoulder, and when the perverted dumbass turned around smiling, he was instantly socked in the face.

That made everyone, that was still there shocked at Y/N's actions. Those that were still in the stands were now focused on Y/N and how he looked really pissed off.

Y/N: *in a low voice* How Dare you....

Issei: *holding his bloody nose* What the hell dude!? Why did-

Y/N: *even louder* HOW DARE YOU!!!

Now this definitely got everyone's attention. They all witnessed Y/N's outburst, but were also shocked as Y/N released some of his aura and power (only 1% by the way...but they don't know that...heh heh).  

Y/N: With all of your training, you didn't improve at all...and out of all the whiney bullshit you gave me ,you somehow only came up with a way to take away other's clothes without their consent! Not only that, but "just now" do you unlock more of your sacred gear!? Oh no I call bullshit!!

Sirzechs: Mr. L/N! You don-

Y/N: And who the FUCK do you think you are!? You told me to just train your pathetic sister with her peerage and that's it! Yet now *points at Issei* here's this useless sleezeball, who just walks right in like he owns the joint, gets an "ok" by you to fight a noble, CHEATS by using Holy Items, and now is getting congratulated for killing that said noble!!! *points to Ravel hugging Riser's lifeless body* Not only that, but how the fuck did he even get here so fast since he was in in the med bay?! The only way that would be possible, is if he somehow in his teeny tiny mind was able to teleport, but knowing this dipshit and how he'd only do anything for boobs, he was most likely given some kind of teleportation marker to enter the area. So answer this, "oh so powerful Lucifer", how did a worthless low life PAWN get a hold of one to enter an area that supposedly is supposed to be guarded and secured?!

As everyone was listening to Y/N's claims, they were starting to piece it all together and learn that what Y/N was saying...actually sounded true. As the crowd started to murmur and disapprove of Sirzechs, he started to get nervous and try to rebuttal Y/N's claims.

Sirzechs: Now listen here Mr.-

Y/N: No! You listen here! You may be the current so called "ruler" or guy in charge, but I do not listen to you! I will not bow, I will not break! Not to someone who's just abusing their power status just for their own personal selfish gain! Mostly everyone knows how you cherish your sister and just pamper and spoil her like a little brat and how you basically let her have whatever she wants! You don't even try to correct or punish her if she does wrong!

That once again made everyone murmur and slowly begin to agree with Y/N, once again making Sirzechs even more nervous.

Sirzechs: Mr. L/N-

Y/N: What!? Am I actually wrong, or are you just getting embarrassed for me putting you on blast? *points to Issei* If you want to call a pathetic performance, then this disgusting dumbass fits the bill. *points at Sirzechs* I demand a rematch, and since Riser Phenex is sadly...no longer with us...I will take his place.

As Sirzechs was about to deny that claim, the audience was now fully agreeing with Y/N and even chanting for a rematch. As Sirzechs looked around he could see his allies(so called) staring at him in disappointment and anger, even his own wife and mother were looking very livid with him. Feeling the peer pressure, Sirzechs panicked and gave in.

Sirzechs: So be it....Issei shall face Y/N for Rias's hand.

Meanwhile

Nothing......all around him was simply....Nothing. Only thing there was pitch black darkness and nothing else, not a single noise...just silence. That is what Riser Phenex saw as he was now awake in this brand  new area. And as he started to look around, and new and yet familiar voice was heard.

Josh: Ah, hello there Mr. Phenex. I see that you've finally woken up.

Riser: *a little nervous* L-Lord Josh!? W-What are you-

Josh: *smiles and puts his hands up* Whoa there, easy now. I get it your a little freaked out, but that's perfectly normal since ya know....you're dead and all.

Riser: So it's true...Riser did actually die...

Josh: Kinda yeah, but for future tense you can cut the third person bullshit act.

Riser: *surprised* W-What?! Uh, Riser knows not what-

Josh:*smirks* Ya know I'm the guy Y/N told you about right? He told me everything about you and your "problem and all".

Riser: Oh....Riser-er-uh, I mean.....'I' understand now. I apologize.

Josh: *shakes his head* Hey, it's all good I totally get it. You played the stuck up jackass Noble to hide your pain caused by your own father. I can actually relate to you on that. So why don't you walk with me, so I can help hold Y/N's and My end of the deal.

As Riser walked with Josh, Josh explained to Riser what was actually going on and all. When Josh was done explaining, Riser was shocked.

Riser: Wow...I had no idea.

Josh: Yeah, well at least now you can restart your life. Plus I do believe that there's someone who's been wanting to see you again for a while now.

With that, Josh summoned in a door that was a pale white, but at the same time almost looking like a faded pink. As Josh and Riser were in front of it, Josh smiled.

Josh: It took a couple of favors, but I was able to secure her in both mind and body. So now, you just have to walk through this door to meet her.

Riser: Just like that?

Josh: *smiles* Riser my dear sir, you've helped Y/N and I with this very complex plan. You weren't even sure that it would work, and yet you still went along. You've done your role and played your part. Now the only thing that's left is for you to begin your fresh start at life...with the one you always loved....

Before Riser could ask anymore questions, Josh opened up the door, and inside was a meadow. It looked like a sunny clear sky day in there and yet Riser was only paying attention to the being that was standing there smiling at him. This being was smiling with a few tears rolling down her cheeks as she saw him while holding on to a little cat doll...even though she was part cat herself.

Riser: *in complete shock* A-A-Anastasia?

Anastasia: *with tears* Hello Darling~.

Y/N: *smiles* I know that your father never approved of your relationship with her, and that he went to Sirzechs to complain and in the end...the massacre of the Neko race happened because of that, and how you became who you were up until you just died...but...now that you don't have to worry about any of that anymore, just live your life the way you want to. There's no strings or little fine print. Like I said earlier, the only thing that you have to do...is just be happy...Good luck Riser.

With that Josh walked out of the door, and as he began to close the door, he saw the young couple reunite by embracing each other once again Both smiling and crying, yet both now happy. That made Josh think back to when he would hug his girls like that and slowly he shut the door. 

With the deal with Riser now complete, Josh made the door disappear and made a new one take his place. In there he had to get the room ready for someone else, and this only brought a bigger smile to his face...but for different reasons.

Meanwhile

Back with Y/N facing Issei, he had been easily just dodging all of Issei's attacks. Even though Issei was back in his armor, he was still slow to even land one damn hit on Y/N.

Issei: *getting frustrated* Grrrr, Just stay still so I can fucking hit you!

Y/N:*in a monotone voice* How about No and Fuck Off. Try actually trying to attack me first.

Issei: Well you'll never have Rias! She belongs to me!

Y/N: And who gave you the right to only see her a property?! Doesn't she have feelings too?!

Y/N's Mind: Oh I wanna barf just from saying that cringy crap!

This had been happening for a while, and the crowd was actually surprised that Y/N was lasting this long and was out maneuvering Issei. As the cycle kept happening, Y/N received another telepathic message, but this time from Josh himself.

Josh: Hey bud, it's done and the room is all set up.

Y/N: About damn time. So how did the whole Riser sitch go?

Josh: Pretty well actually. AT least someone got a happy ending out of this whole fiasco.

Y/N: Hey don't fret, cause ours will be happening soon.

Josh: Yeah....anyways, go ahead and finish it.

As Josh ended his message, Y/N merely dodged another one of Issei's lame attacks. He then sent out his own message, but to his peerage member Dio.

Y/N: Dio, Do it NOW!

Meanwhile, Y/N's peerage had been slowly entering the arena without anyone noticing and as soon as Y/N gave the go-ahead to Dio, he merely levitated in the air and said

Dio: How Many Breads have you eaten in your life?

Take Two

Dio: JOTARO!!!!!

Take Three

Dio: ZA Warudo!!!!!

Take F- Oh...wait...that's actually the line....carry on

As Dio said that, it was all of time and space had suddenly stopped. The only ones that weren't affected by this was Dio, the rest of Y/N's peerage(thanks to perks), and Y/N himself. Y/N then looked at Issei who was frozen in spot trying to punch him again. He merely grabbed Issei's Gauntlet, and unfroze it.

Y/N: Ddraig, remove the armor.

Ddraig: Yes My Lord

Instantly the armor had disappeared, and now there was just Issei. Y/N then got in front of him...and transformed back into his ORIGINAL FORM.

Y/N: *smiling* Hello Issei. Bet your surprised to see me huh? *chuckles* I know I don't have long and that you can't speak....*smile grows wider* But you can still see....and can still feel. So to make things short...here's a little payback...for everything.

Y/N then moved his hand and in another instant now right behind Y/N was a being that almost looked like a cat.

A/N: Sorry....couldn't resist....just go ahead and ignore that....it's still a good song though...just saying

As the creature appeared behind Y/N, it made a coin appear. Y/N then looked at the creature and gave it a nod. By doing that, the coin started to move on its own...and slowly head straight to Issei's forehead.

A/N: Start the video at 2:23 and end it at 2:37

A/N: Just imagine the guy unable to move was Issei, and the other one screaming feeling the pain, was Issei's inner self. Also....the coin never left the head...it's still in there.

Y/N knew Issei could feel that...and his smile only grew because of that.

Y/N: Go ahead and put the armor back on him Ddraig.

Ddraig: Yes My Lord.

And just like that, Issei's armor was back on him. As time began again, Y/N's peerage were all hidden in the crowd, so Y/N merely changed back to his new self and got back in his stance before time froze.

 When everything started up again, Y/N charged at Issei and punched him in the jaw making him fly up in the air, and also "surprisingly" breaking his armor in one punch. As everyone was paying attention to Issei, nobody saw the cat figure by Y/N raise its thumb...and push it down to it's closed fist...like a trigger.

The very next moment as Issei's body was quickly falling down to the ground, his head began to glow, the it started to expand till it actually erupted into an explosion.

A/N: Just like that

The rest of Issei's body then followed up just like his head and exploded as well. When it was over, there was nothing left of Issei...all that was left was smoke...making Issei....dead.

Y/N: *still smiling* So......I guess I win?

Meanwhile....

Issei woke up to cold water being splashed on him. When he tried to move, though, he found out that he was chained to a wall. As he began to panic, a new...but familiar voice spoke out to him.

Josh: *smiling* "Sorry about that", but I just couldn't wait to begin-

Issei: W-Wuh?! Where am I!? Who the hell are you!? What's going-

Issei couldn't finish since he was suddenly punched in the face.

Josh: *sighs in relief* Ah~, that's better. Now...as I was saying, since you're up, let just do a quick intro and then we can begin.

After doing that, Josh transformed into his ordinary high school form, once again shocking Issei.

Issei: JOSH?! What the f-

Once again Issei was punched by Josh. That pissed him off so summoning his boosted gear....nothing happened.

Josh: * transforms back and smirks* What's wrong Issei? Can't summon your gear?

Issei: *freaking out*What the fuck did you do?!

Josh: *still smiling* Simple really....I removed it from you. You didn't deserve such a gift, so I just took it from you...and gave it to someone else...Oh and I also removed your evil piece as well. So now...you're back to being just a human.

Issei: Why did you do that!? You had no right!!

Josh: *chuckles* Meh that might be true *smiles evilly at him* But who's gonna stop me? Who's gonna come to your rescue and find you when they have no idea that you're even alive or not? Who's going to hear you scream....well besides me and my..."Friends" of course~.

That instantly shut Issei up and actually made him Genuinely afraid. And by doing that, that made Josh smile bigger.

Josh: So now that, that's out of the way, let's not waste any more time and just....jump right in. *looks at the door* Hey get in here!

After Josh said that, a large overweight bald man entered into the room.

A/N: If you know him......then you already know where this is going...and have also been scarred as well....if you don't...then thank whoever you pray to...and don't ask.....

Issei: *nervous* W-Who's he?

Josh: *still smiling* This is Buppa. Tell me Issei.....have you ever heard of......Goosh Goosh?

Issei: *shakes his head* N-No.

Josh: *smirks* Well don't worry...cause Buppa is gonna help you learn it well. *turns to Buppa* Have fun Buppa.

Josh then surprised Issei once again as he headed out the door. As Josh closed the door, he could hear Buppa laughing....Issei screaming...and much more that he didn't need to, so he easily summoned his phone and put in his skull earbuds and started to listen to music.

A/N: That's what he was listening to, while Issei was screaming bloody murder

As Josh  started to walk away and head for his desk, he made sure that the camera in the room Issei was in was recording so he could send Y/N the video. He also scrolled to his notes to where he had a list...and on that list....welll....

Honestly "The List".....was really....really long....and that was a good thing. Originally Y/N just wanted to kill Issei in front of everyone and get it over with, but Josh persuaded him, that Death was too easy for someone like Issei...so now that Issei was in Josh's domain, Josh could easily Revive Issei...and continue using The List"...as long as he wanted.

With knowing that part, Josh happily went to his office and slowly went to his closet and opened it...to unleash the beast known....as PAPERWORK.

Josh:*swarmed and nearly drowning in paperwork* Seriously how the hell is there so much of it?!

Somewhere in The Hidden Leaf Village

???: Hmmm, I sense a kindred spirit's pain.....
