Avneet's POV

I have already counted to 334, but he's still not here.

Then suddenly the door opened and he came inside.

"You traitor! You told me to count till..hey Roshni!" I quickly stopped my blabbering when I saw Roshni coming inside the room with a tray of something in her hands.

"Hey Avneet!" she said cheerfully and sat down besides me on the bed.

"Umm...how are you feeling now?" he asked with hesitation.

"I am alright. Just some allergy I guess" I replied.

"That's great. Sid, can you move out?" asked Roshni and Sid's jaw dropped.

"Why?" He asked automatically.

"Because I want to have a quick word with her" she said pointing to me.

"Can't that be done in my presence?" he asked hopefully.

"No!" she said sternly and he left not before glancing at me for a last time.

"So...Avneet how is everything going on?" she asked turning her entire attention to me.

"Everything is alright" I answered.

"Here have this" she said forwarding me a glass of transparent liquid. I looked at it with confusion so she added, "Don't worry, it doesn't contain poison" she chuckled.

I laughed along embarrassed and drank some of it and realized it was lemon juice. After I finished I gave her the empty glass back.

"And how's your life going on?" She continued.

"Roshni...it would be a lot better, if you just directly come to the point" I said already exhausted by her mind games.

"Cool. If that's what you want....... What's going on between you and Siddharth?" she asked with a glare.

"Nothing." I replied straightly.

"That's not the answer and you know that too" she said blanky.

"Okay so listen. Siddharth and I have been friends since childhood. The affection that we share for each other is purely out of friendship and nothing else." I told her with a frown.

"Okay. I'll believe you for the time being. But you know I'll be watching your every move. So...if you want to tell me something, you can tell me now" she asked again and I just shook my head negatively.

"Okay then. Get well soon" she said giving me a tight smile and taking a leave.

Here goes nothing......

"Are you sure?" asked Siddharth for the millionth time.

He entered the room as soon as Roshni left. Since then he's been asking me if everything was alright between us.

"Sid for God's sake! I've already told you a million times! We were just having a girls' talk" I lied.

"Okay! Calm down now!" he said raising his hands up on the air.

"So, now I think you should go to rest" he said pushing me on the bed and pulling the covers over my head.

"Holy hell! Are you trying to suffocate me by this duvet!?" I asked getting up.

"No arguments now! You need to rest and that's final!" He said strictly.

"Noo!! I really want to go downstairs and be a part of the wedding planning! Please....pretty please?" I tried to insist.

"No!" He said.

I quickly kissed him on the cheeks and asked, "Not even now?"

"No" he denied again.

I kissed the corner of his lips and was about to leave him when he grabbed my face and kissed me back hardly. I tried to get out of his grip but failed miserably.

"Let me go! I need to throw up!" I mumbled and he left me with a jerk.

I fell back on the bed and started laughing clutching my stomach. He looked at me shocked and then realized that he has been tricked.

"You little kitty! You tricked me" he said pulling me close again but this time he lifted me up and took me downstairs. As soon as we reached the last stair he put me down and started walking.

"Hey Avneet! Hope you are feeling fine now" said Abhi Bhai.

"Yeah! Much better" I replied.

"Thank God you are not seriously ill or else you might have missed so much of fun!" said Jannat sighing in relief.

"What are you talking about?" I asked taking a seat besides her.

"Di, we have decided that all of us will be going to Manali for a trip" said Anu squealing in excitement.

Manali...my face dropped at the mention of Manali...I looked over at Siddharth and saw that he was staring blankly at the wall.

"Are you guys sure? Manali? I mean we can go somewhere else as well" I said trying to make them agree.

"No! Manali will be great!" said Reem.

"Especially at this time of the year" added Noor.

"Okay.... As you say" I said giving up.

"So..who will be going?" asked Sid, finally coming out of his trance.

"All of us except the elders" informed Sumedh.

"Cool" I said not knowing how to react.

"Now come on everyone! We need to leave tonight itself! Go and pack your bags" said Bhai standing up and leaving the room.

"Um...I don't think I can come" I said out of nowhere making everyone shocked.

"Excuse me? Why is that so?" asked Bhai crossing his arms.

"I don't have any warm clothes" I said making up an excuse.

"No worries! Vaishu Di will lend you some" said Jannat making me glare at her. Couldn't she keep her mouth shut?!

"Okay then...I'll go and pack" I said and skipped towards my room.

After we were done packing, I went downstairs with my bag and saw that everyone was already standing there.

"Hello guys! Let's go! What is the flight time?" I asked.

"Umm... actually we are going by train. You know it's really difficult to get the flight tickets in short time...hope you don't mind" Bhai said nervously.

"Arey! Why will I mind? It'll be fun. Now let's go to the station" I said trying to cheer everyone up.

"Okay let's go!" He smiled back and we left for the station.

Once we arrived there, we were taken to the first AC coach. The entire coach was reserved for us. Celebrities!

We settled ourselves down, and soon the train started.

"Come on guys! Are we gonna sit here like ancient people and do nothing else?" teased Bhavu.

"If you are thinking about pranking someone, then better not!" warned Roshni.

Yeah! Did I forget to mention that she was coming too?

"No, actually he's right. Should we play a game?" suggested Di.

"Yeah, but what should we play?" asked Sid.

"Truth or dare? Maybe?" asked Anu.

Oh no! I don't like the feeling of this!

"Okay then!" joined Di.

"Baby let the games begin!" squealed Reem.

So then it started. Bhai got an empty bottle of water and spinned it. One side landed on Reem and the other on Sumedh. Reem chose Truth.

"Wow! I've been waiting to do this! Now tell me Reem, how many guys have you dated yet?" asked Sumedh with a serious face.

"Bhai! You really needed to ask this? Okay then.......not much........umm 19? No..yeah 18." she said counting and we all gasped.

"Seriously Reem? 18 guys!" said Sid amused.

"Yeah I know! Its not that much because I am really focused on my studies." she said sadly.

And we all burst into laughter.

Sid spinned the bottle and it landed on Roshni and Anu.

"So what do you choose Di?" asked Anu with a mischievous glare.

"Dare" she said confidently.

"Okay so then kiss Sid Bhai" she said giggling.

Siddharth's POV

Oh No! Anu...you're so innocent!

I looked at Avu, her face pale staring at my face. I gave her a helpless look saying 'I can't do anything about it'. Then she quickly turned her face away from me.

I felt Rosho coming towards me and I mentally prayed Bhabhi to save me this time but she wasn't doing anything.

Just when she was about to kiss me, Jaan held my shoulders and pulled me back. Rosho was surprised by this and so was I. She looked at Jaan for an explanation.

"Umm...I don't think we should do such things in front of kids. You know it will be a bad influence." she said biting her lips.

Rosho was puzzled for a second but then she said, "Okay....I understand. So Anu, give me another dare"

"Okay....ha! So dedicate a song for Sid Bhaiya! That would be amazing and btw you're an amazing singer as well!" she said clapping her hands in excitement.

"Great! So I'll start"

As soon as she finished the song she looked at me with her teary eyes. I instantly pulled her in for a hug and she quickly mumbled a 'thank you for everything' in my ears. I kissed the top of her head and replied, 'Don't worry...I'll be there forever'. To be honest, it wasn't a lie. I'll be there for her forever. Maybe not as her lover but as a friend for sure.

I left her and looked at Avneet. I sighed in relief as soon as she gave me a happy smile. She knew me so well. She understands me so well.

So sorry for this update. Don't hate me for this. I know it's not good so forgive me.
