Roshni saw Sid and Avu hugging in the Jagrata and she ran away. Sid followed Rosh and Avu followed Sid. She heard him saying to Rosh that he and she ( Sid and Avu) are just friends. She was hurt by this. Then Rosho fell unconscious. At last she saw Sid kissing Roshni's forehead.

Avneet's POV

I immediately left the room after slamming the glass of water on the side table. Even though I know I should be sitting down there in the Jagrata but I couldn't help myself. I ran back to my room and dropped down on the floor.

"Avneet.......I am ready to forget our past.... All these years there's not a single moment where I haven't thought about you.....even though it was hatred. Avneet will you be mine again? Will you accept me and make me yours, again? Will you come back to me again?" his words kept ringing in my head.

"Its not what you think! She's just a friend!" He said to her.

Really? Was I just a friend?

If he truly loved me, he wouldn't have said that. If he truly loved me he would've broken his relationship with Roshni. Why.....why? Am I that bad?

I don't know how I got the guts to kiss him but I did! I think, finally, things are going great. I mean I can surely give a chance to Sid. Maybe we can marry after Bhaiya and Di. Finally.....

That's what I thought!! I am so stupid!! I started throwing pillows and everything that was accessible on the floor. Am I that bad? The minute I think that everything will be alright why does my life shatter again. Don't I deserve to be happy? No...I guess I don't deserve to be happy. That's it.

If he loves Roshni then fine! I will never in my wildest dreams think about separating them. How could I? When I very well know how it feels to lose the love of your life.

I stood up and went to the balcony. I kept staring at the stars and the moon. How beautiful this is. Why can't my life be peaceful? I came out of my reverie as I felt someone wrap their arms around my waist from behind. I didn't need to see. I know who it is. Siddharth.

I turned around and blankly said, "Get out"

"What do you mean by Get Out?" he asked surprised.

"Leave" I said a bit louder.

"Look Avu, I know I shouldn't have yelled at you but I am really sorry. I promise I wont-"

"Enough! Promise? Do the fuck with your promises! I don't believe in any" I said laughing humourlessly.

He was shocked, beyond shocked. Atleast that was what it looked like.

"Avu atleast let me explain" he begged.

"Enough! Just get out!" I screamed so loudly that I bet people sitting down would have heard.

"Jeez. Woman calm down!" he said covering his ears.

"Do you think this is funny!" I hissed.

"Avneet why do you always need to get me wrong? Why don't you understand?" He said and that was it.

I slapped him. Second time this week.

He stood there holding his cheek where I slapped and got out of the room without glancing at me.

I couldn't control myself more. I fell down to the floor crying. This is hell. Even worse than hell. Period.

Siddharth's POV

After last night I've not even seen her face even though she is sitting on the same table, having breakfast.

"Sid, where's Roshni?" asked Maa.

"She wasn't feeling well last night. So I dropped her at her house." I explained leaving out the details.

"Okay" she simply said.

"Avneet, where were you last night? I didn't see you after sometime" asked Maa.

"I....I was not feeling well. I went to my room to rest" she said without any expression.

Maa looked at us and sighed.

"Mom..... don't worry! Maybe it was because of not having food that they fell sick" Bhabhi tried to defend.

"Enough!" Maa burst out.

"I am quiet since the beginning but that doesn't mean I'll keep tolerating this kind of behaviour by you kids" she said roughly.

And scared was an understatement. Everyone on the table looked petrified by seeing this side of Maa.

"Mom, please calm down!" said Bhai.

"No! I can't. Don't take me for granted. I very well know whats going on here. Every single thing. I am your mother, don't forget that. And I want to make it very clear today. Clarify your misunderstandings as soon as possible. I don't want any problems during the wedding days!" she said and walked away.

We five understood everything but the kids looked confused as hell.

It's gonna be a huge task.

We were all sitting in the living room.

"Maa, we have to go the designer to finalize our dresses" said Bhai.

"Why? Can't we do this like the last time?" asked Bhabhi.

"Actually, we have already designed many dresses but it's not possible to bring all of them here. So we'll have to go the headquarters" explained Avneet.

"Okay. Five of you go in the same car." said Maa.

"I have some important work" Avneet said suddenly.

Bhai and Maa raised their eyebrows in suspicion.

"Okay. But wait Avneet you go with Siddharth in his car. He'll accompany you. You can complete your work and then reach the headquarters." said Maa.

Even before we could protest, she raised her hand indicating 'no protests'.

I sighed deeply. Now we'll have to share a car when she doesn't want to share a minute with me.

Avneet's POV

Ohh Shittt! My plan backfired.

Honestly I didn't have any work. It was just an excuse so that I can skip going with Sid in the same car. But unfortunately now I have to go alone with him in his car.

The first option was better.

Currently I am sitting in his car waiting for him to start the engine.

"Wear your seatbelt" he said not looking at me.

I did as he said. Why do I get bad vibes.

Then he started the car but immediately stopped it.

"Why did you stop the car?" I asked.

"Excuse me Miss! Would you please tell me where do you have to go? What's your important work?" he asked.

Ohh Godd! So stupid of me.

"I..uh... important...yeah! I wanted to eat ice-cream! I said making an excuse.

Seriously? Really? Ice-cream? Couldn't you find better excuse? I mentally slapped myself.

He looked at me for a second and smirked.

"Seems like really important work to me" he said and started driving the car.

He stopped the car at a fancy ice-cream parlor. And I got down.

Ab aa hi gaye hai toh kha hi lete hai!

"Go and finish your important work, I am waiting here outside" he said. I gave him a nasty look and went forward.

After having a delicious chocolate chips ice-cream with hot fudge I felt satisfied and went outside.

"Hash! Finally your important work is completed now let's go and join the others." he said and sat in the car without a word.

"Finally you guys arrived" said Di.

"What was that important work btw?" asked Jannat.

"Ice-" Siddharth was about to say when I stamped his foot and said, "Nothing special. I just had a video conference with Boss"

Siddharth gave me an "Oh really?" look but I ignored him.

"Avneet and Siddharth! I have selected these clothes for both of you. Can you please go in the trial room and choose one?" said the assistant designer Shruti.

I nodded and moved towards the trial room. I kept changing the clothes and took a selfie in each attire to show others later. As I was doing this I felt someone's presence. I turned behind and Lord! Sid!

He is facing the other side and trying on some kurta. I immediately coughed to gain his attention.

"Who the fuc- Avneet?" He asked terrified.

"Why the hell are you here?" We both asked each other at the same time.

"I was trying clothes" we said together again.

"Ughh get out now!" I said frustrated.

"Okay okay calm down! I'll go! I know what will happen if I don't listen" he said and I instantly felt guilty for last night.

He moved towards the door and turned the knob. Nothing happened. He tried several times but it wouldn't open. I pushed him aside and tried to do it myself but it didn't budge.

"I..guess.. accidentally.. we...might have... been trapped" he said scratching the back of his neck.

Oh Good Lord! Not this!

"Call someone. Tell them to open it from outside" I suggested and he removed his phone and tried calling.

"Don't tell me, there's no network" I said crossing my fingers.

He said nothing and just stood there playing with his phone.

"Arey say something!" I said anxiously.

"You only said "don't tell me"' he said mimicking my voice.

"What are we going to do? Sit here and sing Bhajans?" I said defeated.

"I have a better idea" he said coming dangerously close to me.

"Hey no! Back off!" I said moving away.

I expected him to do something else but he hugged me tightly.

"What's wrong with you?" I asked trying to get out of his grip.

"Avneet will you let me explain what happened last night?" he asked and I nodded not having any other options.

"So....Roshni"
