Chapter 1: Papa! The Unexpected Quintuplet Surprise!

It began with a faint noise, softer than the buzzing of a bee.

Today was no ordinary day at the Nakano residence; it was a day laden with significance.

All five seventeen-year-old siblings were gathered around their table, listening to their tutor. The room was filled with the usual hustle and bustle, the quintuplets’ personalities shining through their interactions.

Yotsuba was the first to notice. Her ribbon-like hair accessories twitched as she looked up from her paper, alert to an unfamiliar sound. "Do you guys hear that?"

Itsuki, more curious for a break than the source of the noise, entertained her sister. "Hear what?"

"That." Unfortunately, she momentarily forgot it was Yotsuba. "There's static!"

Miku, about to ask Yotsuba for clarification, was interrupted as the noise escalated suddenly, reaching a crescendo akin to a jet engine filling the room. "Wha-"

"What is that!?" Nino shouted, her finger with freshly painted nails pointing above the table. All five sisters looked up to see five white orbs drawing in air around them, papers swirling into their vortex.

"Everyone, get back!" Ichika cried urgently, prompting them all to retreat cautiously, fear mixing with fascination.

They could only watch in awe as the orbs expanded, the noise growing in tandem until it became almost deafening. Finally, the orbs halted their expansion, the noise subsiding. Instead, they began to glow, radiating with increasing intensity like fireworks about to burst.

Instinctively, they shut their eyes against the blinding light, its brilliance too intense to bear. When they cautiously reopened their eyes, they were greeted with a sight that left them utterly speechless.

Hovering in the air were five children, no older than seventeen. Their eyes remained closed as if suspended on an invisible cushion. Gravity soon asserted its hold, and they descended with a soft thud onto the tabletop.

The quintuplets surrounded the children slowly, a whirlwind of questions racing through their minds. The room seemed to pulse with residual energy, as if reality itself had been momentarily torn apart and stitched back together. The Nakano residence, with its familiar comfort, now felt like the stage for an extraordinary event.

Eyes fluttered open.

"M-mom?"

The quintuplets exchanged bewildered glances as the children's eyes closed once more.

"Mom?!"

The Nakano sisters stood frozen around the table, their hearts pounding with disbelief and uncertainty. Before them lay five children, each with features that echoed their own in unmistakable ways. The air around them crackled with residual energy.

Aiko, with wavy, light pink hair and dark blue eyes reminiscent of Futaro's, stirred first. Her gaze swept over the quintuplets with a mix of curiosity and confusion.

Beside her, Ren, exuding a charismatic aura with vibrant pink hair and dark blue eyes, shifted uncomfortably, as if trying to make sense of his surroundings.

Haru, with her dark pink hair and dark blue eyes, and a shy smile that mirrored Miku's, looked around with quiet wonder, absorbing everything with an artist's eye for detail.

Sora, his lively orange hair tousled and dark blue eyes bright, like Yotsuba's, bounced on his feet eagerly, ready for the next adventure.

Meanwhile, Rina, with bright red hair and dark blue eyes, and a confident stance reminiscent of Itsuki's, surveyed her surroundings with a studious gaze, as if calculating every detail.

The room fell into an uncertain silence, broken only by the children's tentative movements and the sisters' unspoken questions. How had these children appeared out of nowhere? And why did they call them "Mom"?

Ichika, always quick to regain her composure, took a step forward, her voice steady despite the chaos swirling around them. "Who are you? How did you get here?"

Aiko exchanged glances with her half-siblings before speaking, her voice carrying an echo of familiarity. "We... we're your children. From the future."

Her words hung in the air, heavy with implications that the sisters struggled to comprehend. Future children? It seemed impossible, yet here they were, bearing a striking resemblance to each sister in turn.

Nino, ever direct, crossed her arms and narrowed her eyes suspiciously. "Prove it. How do we know you're not just playing some kind of prank?"

Ren stepped forward confidently, his gaze meeting Nino's without flinching. "We know things only you would know. Like Mom's favorite dessert."

The quintuplets exchanged bewildered looks, each recalling personal moments they had never shared outside their family circle. The children's words struck a chord of recognition, planting seeds of belief in their minds.

Haru, sensing the tension, spoke softly, her voice carrying an air of wisdom beyond her years. "We didn't mean to come here. Something went wrong, and suddenly we found ourselves back in time."

Silence descended once more as the gravity of Haru's words sank in.

Before anyone could speak further, a familiar voice echoed from the doorway. "Girls, I heard a commotion. Is everything..."

Futaro's voice trailed off as he entered the room, freezing in his tracks at the sight before him. Five children, who bore an uncanny resemblance to the Nakano sisters, stared back at him.

"Papa!" Each child greeted him cheerfully.

Futaro staggered backward, his eyes wide with shock. "Wh-what? How...?"

Futaro Uesugi promptly fainted.
