"Say happy birthday mommy." I was greeted by Dorian and Skylar soon as I opened my eyes

"Happy...burday!" Skylar repeated as best as she could

"Aw." I stretched out before sitting up "Thank you baby." I picked her up as Dorian sat the breakfast tray beside me "And thank you, my big baby." I pecked Dorian's lips

He made all my favorites. Waffles, grits, hash browns, bacon, and scrambled cheese eggs. With freshly squeezed orange juice.
Skylar handed me a card. It simply read:

Happy birthday to the world's greatest mommy! I love you sooo much.

And at the bottom of it was her little handprint in orange paint.

"I love it Skybear." I hugged her, giving her multiple kisses on the cheek

"Eat." She pointed at my plate

"Ok." I chuckled "You gonna' eat with me?"

She eagerly nodded, getting comfortable beside me. I took a sip of juice before digging into my food.

"Oh, I almost forgot." Dorian went in his nightstand

He handed me a card which I could tell it was stuffed with money by how thick the envelope was.

When I opened it, multiple hundred dollar bills dropped into my lap. I pretended to be surprised and he sucked his teeth.

He chuckled "Just read the card."

"I know, crybaby." He chuckled, sitting beside me

"This means a lot to me." I gestured to all my gifts "I could honestly care less about the money, it's the little things that count. Thank you baby." I looked into his eyes

"No need to thank me." He wiped my tears

"Moneyyss." Skylar grabbed a handful of cash

We laughed at her as she stood on the bed, letting the money fall over her head.

"Now hurry up and eat, we got a jet to catch." Dorian said

I sipped my juice "Where we going?"

"All you need to know is, I cleared your schedule for the week."

"But baby I didn't even pack. Who's gonna' watch. Skylar?"

"My mama will watch her." He assured "And I packed for you."

I side eyed him "I'm assuming a luggage full of lingerie."

"Mostly." He joked "Now hurry up." He pecked my cheek before getting up

"Mr. and Mrs. Jones." The flight attendant knocked on the bathroom door "We're about to land, you have to return to your seats."

Of course I was excited to see them, but I didn't want them to hear all of that.

"You know we had to come help celebrate your birthday." Kendra waddled over to me

"Just make sure yo' water don't break until we back home." I chuckled, hugging her

"Happy birthday, Riah." Omari said

"Yeah happy birthday." Rio added

"Thanks y'all" I smiled before turning to Dorian "And thank you baby." I kissed him

He palmed my butt, softly patting it.

"Now what were you saying about sex in every room? Because my room is off limits." Rio stirred his drink

"Oh my goodness" I hid my face in embarrassment

"Girl ain't no need to act shy now. You was just talking about bussin' it open on the beach." He replied, sipping his drink

"Hushhh and make me a drink 'cus I know y'all done got liquor and groceries already." I headed to the kitchen

"Oh absolutely." He and Kendra came along and the boys went their own way.

"So I see you and Mari here together." I said quietly to Kendra

"Chile please. This is just his sorry attempt to save our relationship." She sat at the table

"So he was cheating?" I grabbed her a water bottle from the fridge

"Hell yeah, and the bitch may be pregnant wit' his kid." She said bluntly

"Damnnn" Rio poured me a glass of whatever he was drinking

"Damn Ken." I sighed "I'm sorry you goin' through this."

"Oh I'm fine now." She fanned it off "I got me a divorce lawyer ready and everything."

"So yo' mind already made up?" Rio asked

"Yup. Ain't no changing it neither."

"Well shit. I fully support you." I raised my glass

We shared a toast with our glasses and her water. 

"Baby!" Dorian called out

"Oop, see y'all later my man wanna' christen our bedroom." I downed the rest of my drink before getting up and rushing upstairs
