-two days later
Mariah

After I got done sulking and sobered up, Dorian got Skylar and brought her home. I missed my baby so much.

"Mommy!" She ran in the kitchen and hugged my leg

I was still sort of depressed about the whole Tyler situation, but being a mom always comes first. I'll be depressed later, right now my little girl needs her mama.

"Skybear!" I picked her up and gave her the biggest hug

"Boo boo?" She asked, pointing to my lip then my eye

"Yeah. Mommy got a boo boo." I sighed
"But you know what? Another hug would make it all better." I smiled and she wrapped her little arms around my neck

Hugs from my baby make me forget all my worries, no matter how big. This little girl just doesn't know how big of blessing she is.

"Where's Dada?" I asked as we pulled away

She pointed in the direction of the living room, so we made our way out there.

"I got his work address." I heard Dorian say on the phone
He looked up at us and smiled "I'ma call you back." He said before ending his call

"Who was that?" I asked

"Tim." He responded "Hey princess. You wanna play?" He asked Skylar

She quickly nodded and he took her from my arms, heading upstairs to her room. I followed, wanting to be nosey.

"So what were y'all talking about?"

"You already know what we was talkin' 'bout." He simply responded, sitting her down in the play area

"Ok, but-"

"I don't wanna' hear it Ry. He deserve everything 'dats coming his way." He said once he saw Skylar wasn't paying us any attention

"But wait just-"

"Ain't no nigga finna' just put his hands on my girl. You know I ain't lettin' 'dat slide."

I was taken back by him calling me his girl. I haven't heard that in the longest.

"Your girl?"

"My girl, woman, lady, whatever you wanna' be called." He walked behind me and wrapped me in his arms "You mine...if you'll have me?"

I got out of his embrace and faced him "Uh...Can we talk about that?

He sighed "Yeah, but I gotta' head out now. I'll be back later, ok?"

I nodded as he pecked my forehead "Please be safe."

"Always." He gave a small smirk before going over and saying goodbye to Skylar "I love y'all."

"I- We love you too." I quickly corrected

Dorian

I went to my house and changed before I went to deal with Tyler. I made sure to break his phone and throw it on the Highway so nothing could track us.

"So you think 'dat shit you pulled was cool, huh?" I sat the blow torch down

That nigga was crying so hard snot was dripping from his nose "I-I-I-"

I sent a punch to his left jaw "Spit it out nigga!"

"P-Please." His voice cracked "I-I-swear I didn't mean to."

"Which one didn't you mean to do? Hit her or try to rape her?" I asked, picking up the pliers

"B-Both." He sobbed

"Hmm" I twisted my mouth "Well I don't mean to do this." I clamped the pliers on his nose and began twisting

I twisted them clockwise until I heard a loud snap. I smiled in satisfaction once I heard his piercing screams.
See, I could've easily punched him and broken his nose. But I want to take my time torturing this nigga.

"Pl—please man! I was- I was drunk and angry. I didn't mean to hurt her" he sobbed as I put the pliers down "I love her."

"You talk too much..." I looked on my tray for my forceps and scalpel "Let's fix that."

"No! No!" He hollered as I approached him with the retractor

I couldn't help but laugh at how he cried. This shit is honestly on the list of my top five favorite kills so far.

The retractor held his mouth open for me while I grabbed my scalpel and began slicing his tongue off.
This is kind of like surgery. Shit maybe I should've been a doctor or some'.

"And after this, we gone sew yo' lips up." I eagerly explained over his screaming

"Ry?" I slid behind her in bed

"Hm?" She mumbled in her sleep

"Wake up baby." I whispered in her ear, softly pecking her cheek

I heard her breathing change before she stretched her body out. "Hey" she turned to me

She must've just went to sleep because her breath was still minty fresh.

"You ain't gotta' worry 'bout Tyler no mo'." I moved her hair out her face

She deeply sighed before cuddling into my chest "Thank you, D."

"You ain't gotta' thank me." I wrapped my arms around her "Now you said you wanted to talk, wassup?"

"Oh yeah...I just want to make sure this is what you really want Dorian." She looked up at me "That you're not just in the heat of the moment and-"

I cut her off my placing her hand against my heart "You feel that?"

She nodded

"It only beats for you and Sky. Baby you the only one for me. The only one who knows me better than I know myself. I wouldn't even call you my soulmate because it's like we share a soul so that makes us one." She shied away as tears began falling, but I lifted her head up "I'm in love wit' you Ry. That ain't neva' changin'."

She softly held the sides my face and kissed me deeply. Before the kiss began to escalate, she pulled away "I'm in love with you too." She whispered with a smile "Now let's talk about you being in my bed wit' yo' outside clothes on."

"Aw man." I chuckled

Now, everything felt right. I just hope this time it lasts.
