Nina pov

No sight of Michael anywhere in California. I have watched a couple of videos to try to keep up with the YouTuber's keep posting.

"Nina you've been staring at the computer screen for 3 hours. Just give it a break." Brandy said, as she shuts it down and open the blinds as I went blind!

"Brandy! My eyes!" I whimper

"I'm sorry, but you gotta at least do something other than tracking down Michael on the internet." She frowned.

"But I'm sure I can get a better look on what these people are saying to me. Look, he's somewhere and we gotta know if he really is-" She cuts me off by covering my mouth. Rude!

"How about stop blabbering and just think what's going on now. I hate to break it to you Nina, but he is dead and even though your trusting the internet about this whole 'Hoax' going around. I suggest you stop and think about your future and not the past." She basically told me as my eyes widen slightly.

"But Brandy they-"

"No Nina. They don't really know what they're getting into if Michael isn't really dead and gone. Don't trust them you gotta trust yourself. "She said as she left my room.

"What does Brandy know about him? I mean, it's not like I'm the only crazy person who believes Michael was alive right?" I asked myself trying to get me out of the blue.

'Still....she may be right. You can't always trust someone on the internet who thinks what they saw is true or a lie." I thought.

"Nina! We're going to the park you wanna join us?" Vashaun asked me as he spun the basketball around his middle finger.

"Sure. Why not? "I shrugged as I followed him to where the others are as we walked our way to the park.

Jada pov

Nina, Jai'Quan, and I were playing on the swings, Shaun and the boys were playing basketball, and Brandy was with Kaleigh trying to support on climbing the monkey bars.

"So Nina, I haven't seen you all day. Where have you been?" I asked her.

"I was on the internet for almost 3 hours and a half I guess. Why? What's up?" She asked and wasn't facing me.

"Nothing. It's just you've been acting strange about this whole 'Hoax' thing going on. Do you need a doctor to check your brain out?"  I said sarcastic as she glared at me.

"You sure do know how to hurt a best friends feelings don't you Jada? It feels almost like yesterday when you were mad at me for being out of school for 3 days for nothing." She fed up as I stopped swinging and so did she." I mean your like a complete heartbreaker when it comes to these ways of being picked on. I never ONCE picked on you or any other person that have ever bothered me!" She yelled, as she got off the swing and marched away.

"Where are you going?" I called far away to her.

"It doesn't concern you or the others. All you and the gang think I'm a freak and a weirdo friend that you'd ever had. Don't even try to find me when I'm out alone." She snapped and marched away as Kyree glared at me.

"What bitch?" I asked him.

"You know what you did wrong. Just because we make fun at each other and sometimes Nina, but not all the time can you pick on a best friend that's close for doing nothing wrong. Now when Michael was here he taught us that lesson." He frowns as he shot the ball in the net.

"Why do you care? It's none of your business. " I crossed my arms being fed up with this whole nonsense.

"Try to have a little talk with Nina to see how she feels when someone messes with her." Jai'Quan gets into the conversation as I growled.

Blanket pov

I was just walking around the streets and saw Nina looking so down and desperate.

"Hey Nina!" I waved over to her as she sniffles.

"What do you want?  Came to make fun of me or something? "She asked emotionally.

"No I would never do that. I just came by to see what's up." I smiled.

"Whats up is that Jada was making fun of me about how weird I am and crazy about your dad. So I then felt as if she was really picking about how I am so connected to your father that I need to get my brain checked out. "She growled in anger.

"Calm down. Just tell me why didn't you at least tell Jada to stop saying that crazy mess?" I asked her.

"Because I'm.....I'm Just scared that our relationship of being best friend's will be broken and I'll have no one. It reminds me the day at school when you never hang around the other kids there, they just seem to just ignore you and it make you like your ghost to wherever you go." She said sniffling a bit.

"Well, you are a little weird compare to Kaleigh I presume. Why not try to find someone who can be funny or make you smile sometime?" I suggested.

"C- Could you? I remember your dad always hanging out around me and sometimes he will try to cheer me up with his silly acts." She giggles.

"Sure, if you want. But in the mean time, I think we better go back to the other's so that they won't be worried." I told her.

"Great, I'm about to face the tears of sadness in front of everyone to make it seem like a cry baby for nothing." She had another test coming as I wiped it away.

"Just be yourself and be positive and not negative things that the other's say." I gave her a smile.

"I'll try and I'm still trying to push my shyness away. Looks like your my teacher to teach me how to stop that. "She smiled with beaming eyes.

"Well I'll try my best since I am shy around folks like my dad was." If chuckle nervously.
