Derek was a suicidal fool. 

That was the conclusion that Dom had come to. 

5 HOURS EARLIER:

Gemini and Dom had gone to a race alone, to have some father-son time without the rest of the pack. 

"Do you wanna race first?" Dom asked his son as he looked at him. 

"No, I need to use to the bathroom, but I'll be back in a few minutes to see you win, dad," Gem said as he walked off to piss in a random building around the race. 

Dom lined his car up with the rest of the racers and of course, he won the race, and when he parked the car, he looked around for his son and couldn't find him.

PRESENT:

It was currently 5 in the morning and the entire Toretto pack was searching the surrounding buildings, but they couldn't find anything, but Gem's scent and Derek's scent. They couldn't pinpoint where they went because of all the scents. 

All they knew was that Derek took their precious omega North. 

"Imma kill that bastard when I find him," Vince was pissed the fuck off, he was pacing back and forth and calling Derek every word under the sun. 

 "I can't believe it took Derek just 3 weeks of planning to take Gem," Jesse said as he looked at Dom, "I mean usually it takes people months to come up with a suitable plan to kidnap someone." 

"Do you think he had help?" Letty asked Dom, who looked very guilty. He had been blaming himself for letting his son go off by himself. 

"It's a possibility. I'll call Scott and talk to him," Leon said as he looked at the pack's Alpha, Dom, who was in no position to make calls right now, and the second-in-command was currently too angry to make rational decisions.

Leon walked outside, and got his phone, he had saved the pack's numbers in it for future problems, like this one. 

The phone rang for a few seconds before it was picked up. 

"Hello?" Scott's voice was groggy, and not very clear, indicating he just woke up. 

"Scott, this is Leon of the Toretto pack. I have some questions," Leon said and he heard Scott clear his throat. 

"Yes, ask away," Scott said, making himself sound more awake. 

"When was the last time you saw Derek?" Leon asked and Scott made a hurt noise in his throat, that was very clear on the phone, "What's wrong?"

"Derek left the pack when we got back to Beacon Hills 3 weeks ago. He wouldn't talk to anyone, and then he just up and disappeared about 5 days ago. He left a note, some pack members and I can bring it to you all the read, if you want," Scott explained and Leon quickly decided. 

"Yes, please bring it very soon, we will explain the situation more when you all get here," Leon said before he hung up and went back to the pack.

"What did Scott say?" Dom asked the beta when he came back into the building. 

The beta explained what happened on the phone quickly, and the explanation just made Vince even angrier.  

"That asshole had this all planned out the moment he left!" Vince yelled as he stormed off toward his car.

'Derek is a fucking suicidal fool, for sure,' Dom thought as he watched Vince speed off.
