Nya POV:

I knew that Kai would yell at us when we captured him and forced him on the Bounty. However I don't regret what we did since it means that we're close to gaining the amulet and saving Ninjago.

"Kai...Calm Down. We need you to help us get the amulet and once we get it then everything will be back to normal." I Said. Kai glared at me for a bit before shaking his head.

"No Nya...It won't be that simple. Maou could be coming for the Bounty in order to stop us from getting the amulet and getting me. And even if we do get the amulet...Things won't go back to normal." Kai Said. We all looked at Kai with confused looks on our faces. Things won't go back to normal...What does that mean?

"What do you mean that things won't go back to normal, Kai? Once Maou is destroyed then you guys will be free from his bidding." Cole Said. Kai looked at Cole for a minute then looked down at the floor. I almost thought that I saw some tears coming from his eyes.

"Cole...Destroying Maou won't free us. Instead..We'll be doomed to roam Ninjago and watch as our friends and loved ones grow old and die." Kai Said. We all looked at each other shocked...Kai will be forced to watch all of us grow old and die. 

"What? You can't be serious, Kai." I Said. Kai just looked at me with a stern expression on his face which usually means that he isn't kidding. 

"I'm sorry to say this Nya, but it's the truth. Maou told us when we were resurrected. We will never be able to join our loved ones in death.  But that's not important...What's important is trying to keep the Maou from finding out I'm on the Bounty." Kai Said. I made a little note in my head to talk about this with Kai later however I knew that Kai was right.

"Kai...What's the worst thing that could happen if Maou finds out that you're here?" Zane Asked. 

"Well...He May torture you guys a little before killing you in a horrible fashion while I'm forced to watch so I don't get any ideas of trying to run away again or he may torture you guys until I come with him willingly." Kai Said.

"Kai..We won't let that happen to you. Just help us get the amulet and we'll destroy the Maou so you don't have to marry him." I Said.

"Okay..Only because we're already flying up in the air and I don't want to jump off." Kai Said.

Maou POV:

"So my beloved is on that ship?" I Asked. My servant just nodded which made me smirk. My poor  foolish beloved. You really think that your friends can help you escape from me? You only doomed them to the deepest pits of hell. 

"Follow them and when the opportunity arises capture my fiancé." I instructed. My servant just nodded and went away to tell the others about my orders. Soon..My dear Kai, We will be married and all of Ninjago will be our own kingdom. 

Enjoy your freedom as long as you can because this will be the last taste of freedom for you. FOR ALL OF ETERNITY.
