Chloe pov

I was currently moving into my new apartment my parents had helped me fund my move which of course is totally normal since they have a lot of money.

I set down my last piece of clothing into the drawer.

I plopped down on my bed as I looked at my phone smiling at the text messages.

sometime before

I walked into the cafe shop the smell of coffee seemed to fill my lungs.

I wore a knitted scarf and matching hat and I had a sweater and fuzzy boots to go with my outfit.

I had been a little moved on the recent events with the almost psycho detective and all and the guy named Dylan that I met that one night at a night out.

It was like if I was attracted to him, not his facial features but something about him that makes me fall head over heels for him.

I sighed as I ordered a cappuccino and sat down by a window seat.

"Chloe." I was called out for my drink.

I quickly went to get my drink taking it from this ugly brunette that looked less prettier than me.

I had almost made it back to my seat where my purse was at when I bumped into this raven haired lad he had emerald like eyes and smooth light tan skin perfect plum lips and with an close resemblance to zayn but yet different.

"Uh hi.."I stammered what the hell I'm never nervous around guys.

"Hi I'm Ryan, whats your name." he had a smooth yet rasp voice.

"My name is Chloe." I fluttered my lashes as I pushed a strand of my hair back.

"Would you mind?" he asked pointing to the seat near mine.

"Oh its fine." I stated as I seductively sat down.

"So do you come here often?" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

And that is I had met him and ever since that day I text him.

It was a different than when I was with zayn instead of just lust ...ryan made me feel as if my heart was racing and as if I had butterflies in my stomach.

Ryan made me feel like if 3 hours of talking were only mere minutes.

It was like something I had never experienced before and I somehow liked that feeling, but I am determined to take zayn away from ariel just to prove to the skank that I can have whatever I want and that no matter what she is still the ugly pathetic nerd that she's always been, that no matter what she trys she is useless compared to me.

I felt my phone vibrate and I checked to see a message.

'would you go out with me

I couldn't help, but squeal as I quickly texted back.

'yea i'd love to go out with you ;)' i clicked the send button and plopped down on my bed .... I felt happy?

Ariel's POV

I sat alone in the train room we were heading westward also considered the rouge area, a place where all the run aways, mateless species would go to live with no persecution, a very dangerous place where killing was a common deed and there was no remorse, a place I was willing to go to find out what ever the hell this whole situation was.

"M'am do you need anything." I could hear amy's tender voice ask as I sat in the dark lonely room. "I'm fine." I replied not really in the mood to drink any blood though in the previous month I had been in a crazy killing spree.

I let my eyes trail the outside world to a normal vampire it probably would seem to go a little fast but for me my vision could see beyond a vampires normal capacity.

my now cold heart seemed to long for zayn the one I had cared for so much but the thought that he was probably not gunna come back and that we were to never be together it ached my heart.

I laid back on the bed I glanced over to see the batch of cookies alicen told amy to get me.

might as well practice my telekinesis, with a move of a finger the tray began to slowly levitate in the air slowly going higher and higher I made them float so they were above me with a bit of concentration I made each cookie float on its own just levitating and not moving.

I grabbed one a bit it the soft warm cookie left a sweet taste in my mouth.

I could feel the train gradually slow down meaning we were at our stop. "Amy!" I called out to the Waiter girl.

"Yes, Ariel." she was at the door in mere seconds. "could you please bring packs of blood and by packs I mean a supply of it and food that will last me a while?" I asked the girl simply nodded as she left to retrieve what I had asked for.

I looked up at the still floating cookies taking one and bitting it.

"here." I turned to see amy i took the supplies and packed them all in a back pack and began picking up my stuff just as the train stopped to the western rouge forest also known as the home of fate the one that was to explain to me what I needed to do.

I heard a light tapping on my door. "come in." I stated in a monotone voice from the slight scent the person was giving off I quickly recognized it as Alicen's. "Hey Ally." i stated without even having to look back at her.

"um hi I was just going to say that everyone is waiting for you we already packed some supplies and are wearing comfortable clothes for the trip." she stammered and for a moment i thought 'is she afraid of me?'

Have I been so cold toward everyone that they are now afraid of me? "Yeah that's uh great." I tried to say with a more cheery tone.

Maybe this way they would be more comfortable around me and not so stiff to the point were I think they are terrified that I will snap and just ... hurt them.

I turned to see her lightly smiling. " Ariel uh we will be waiting outside." with that she left too fast for a human eye to see but since I'm not human I could see her in almsot a slow motion.

I sighed and grabbed my bag and pulled it over my shoulder my thoughts were still pondering in the past events ... why wouldn't my father take care of this problem himself but instead he left me in charge of caring with this 'ryan ' guy who so happens to be a shifter.

I walked in my vampire speed out of the train only to see the tall dense woods that laid before me.

The train station was an old abandoned building with washed out chipping paint its roof seemed to be caving in with cracks and the door seemed to hang loosely on its hinges, slightly swaying in the wind and the tattered walls inside had the scratches and clawing of werewolves who had previously been here along with 'stray animals'

The inhabited building gave a depressing dark feeling to the aurora of the forest like a warning sign of danger that told you to stay away unless you were willing to enter the dark gloomy place.

The forest itself didn't look as safe either it had a thick unnatural fog that hung low on the trees making it difficult for a normal vampire or werewolf to see as if once you were in there was no way out and many knew that since the second they stood there and saw the almost untouched woods

The forest had an abundant amount of sickly dead trees with twisted branches and leafless tall trees seemed to be the most dominant as if having leaves or any sign of life was an unknown thing.

I glanced over at the everyone they mostly had an unsure but prepared expression written on their face.

As if they were pushing any thought of fear to the back of their mind and bringing out their tough side to the point where they looked fearless, strong, and courages.

I couldn't help, but smile they definitely cared about me.. as a friend and maker.

I placed a smile on my face before making my way toward them.

"Ready?" I asked they all turned to look at me.

"Yeah! we are ready." Brianna smiled as she adjusted her combat boots and light colored jacket.

"Remember stay close none of us have been here before and well we don't know what lays ahead." Liam said maturely.

"Yeah I've heard there's some wild rouges here and who knows what other psychotic species that have fled here." Harry shuddered slightly as he In-twined his fingers with Brianna's.

"Louis you stay super close to me and alicen remember your still only human and well your more at risk." I pointed out louis nodded and stood by my side and Alicen along side with him and everyone else surrounding us.

"Let's go." jay muttered both niall and Liam shifted into their werewolf forms and Jay hoped on liams back and louis had to jump on Niall's.

Ella had suggested that one of the lads carried louis since he really couldn't run in a supernatural speed.

With that we set off all of us running in super speed the trees around us seemed to go by slowly as my bright red hair seemed to fly back with the gushing wind.

Louis held on tightly on to Niall, who's brunette with blonde tip haired wolf form dashed diligently and swiftly through the woods.

I inhaled deeply taking in the forest smell I could hear the distant noises of animals moving around.

"We can't run aimlessly." I sent everyone even louis a telepathic thought.

My combat boots hit the hard solid cold ground and with a swift movement I thrusted myself in the air.

I could feel my hands grip on to the bark of a tall oak tree.

With swift precision I began climbing gripping on to the tree limbs and moving quick.

Just as I was about to reach the top I gripped onto a tree limb that wasn't strong enough to hold my weight and for a millisecond I could feel the branch breaking underneath my weight.

I let out a gasp I had to do something

Almost instinctively I managed to use my telekinesis to hold the limb in place as I climbed higher.

I reached the top my eyes scanning the forest.

The tree covered land seemed to stretch a large distance trees covered most of the land which I assume so that it made it harder to find rouges.

That wasn't the only thing that covered the vast land, it was also covered in a thick dark grey fog.

But out of all of those things there was one unusual thing that stuck out in the forest.

A tall dark building its washed out marble walls seemed to be crumbling under its own weight.

"Do you see anything?"I looked down to see everyone waiting on my response.

"Yeah we will head that way."i pointed toward the direction of the tower.

"Ok so we will head southwest."Ella said as she pointed the same direction I had been.

I nodded and I leaped down only to fall gracefully on my feet.

"By the looks of it will take a while to get there a day or so depends."I shrug as I glanced over at them.

"Let's go then."jay gave a sloppy smile.

Within seconds we began running again.

We ran diligently and quietly when suddenly there was a loud shriek.

I stopped immediately and turned around to make sure everyone was okay.

I growled at the sight before me.

Brianna laid sprawled out on the floor and on top of her was a large black alpha wolf his eyes were red but instead of white around his beating red eyes, there was a black color to it.

The large wolf let out a loud growl "Kensley." He growled.

Before he bit down on Brianna, Harry launched himself toward him kicking the beast on the ribs a loud crackling sound followed the harsh kick.

"Get away from her she's 'mine' my mate."harry's once emerald green eyes were a ruby red and fangs emitted from his mouth.

"Kensley you rejected me, you will be my Luna !" He tried to attack Brianna again but harry socked him hitting the wolf straight on the jaw.

"Harry he's a rouge alpha watch out."Ella cried out harry glanced at us and gave a short nod.

I could see the fierce rage in his eyes which automatically let me know he wasn't going down without a fight.

Just then the rouge swung his paw toward harry barely missing his face and leaving three small scratches.

Without another moment hesitation I launched my self forward my hands gripped the rouge alpha's fur and with ease I slung him toward a trees.

"You..." the large alpha growled launching himself at me but somehow it seemed that even with his incredible speed he was still to slow.

With graceful movements I grasped his muzzle slamming him down on the cold floor I was about to slam my foot down on his jaw so I could break it to the point where it would be a couple of chunks of bone.

He moved and my foot slammed down on the floor causing it to sink into the dirt.

I couldn't help but hiss as I lifted my foot of the solid ground. The rouge alpha didn't waste any time to try to attack Brianna almost as if had a hatred for her.

He launched his body toward Brianna and harry. "Move." and as if following my command they managed to scramble away from the alphas powerful blow. Niall suddenly launched himself at the larger wolf, both beast tumbled on the ground.

Niall had a slight advantage of still being in his five senses and in no way pre-injured like the opposing black rouge who'd most probability had injuries from my attacks.

"Ariel catch."Ella yelled and with easy I turned and caught the object it was a silver stake and instantly I knew what I had to do.

My mind went to over drive, my conscious entering the alphas going through his memories in a matter of milliseconds.

Betrayal, distrust , rejection and hate were his thoughts.

Like a flash back my mind was taken to another scene.

A tall slender brunette with sapphire eyes, full rosy pale lips and a white completion.

She had many similar main features like Brianna but her face was a bit rounder and younger, her eyes weren't as wide and innocent as Brianna's her skin was paler and a fairer color than briannas but from a glance or in rage you could probably confuse the two girls.

The slender brunette looked down at her hands biting her lip you could hear a deep raspy voice yelling at her but as if it had been me.... or was this in the alphas point of view.

"You cheated on me and now you reject me!"he yelled angrily but if you listened closely you could hear his voice stammer and crack as each word left his mouth almost as if you could hear the heart break.

She had a determined look on her face as she looked up furiously.

"I reject you as my mate."her voice was firm and serious no remorse lingered in the higher pitch voice.

And in moments his vision seemed to shake and tremble like if the room was closing in.

His once normal deep raspy voice seemed to become a couple octaves deeper and in a flash, a moment the beautiful girl laid in a pool of blood.

And with that I came back to my senses but it seemed as if time had frozen I looked around me and nobody moved, the rouge alpha was in mid air, Niall was baring his canines and the rest were motionlessly standing there not a breath or muscle was moved.

"Go."I whispered and like magic every thing began moving the commotion was once again in play.

At that moment that I glanced at the alpha werewolf I felt a pang of pity, he went insane killed his mate and lost all of his sanity and now he lives walking this forest endlessly.

He needed to be put from his misery.

Without a moments hesitation I launched myself forward stake still in hand. "Stand back niall!" I yelled as I attacked the rouge.

Niall moved quick and I aimed the stake and I drove the stake through the werewolf's Heart.

The rouge alpha turned his eyes wide the rage seemed to disappear from his eyes and looked normal unlike the red with black eyes he previously had.

A soft painful smile appeared on the sadistic wolfs face.

He transformed into a human he had reddish hair, emerald green dark eyes and a face full of freckles.

"Thanks." he muttered before falling on his knees spitting out blood and clenching his chest, his body began decaying instantly I watched wide eyed as he fell with ease.

"Rouges are supernaturals that were either rejected by their mate, or had their mates killed and lost their sanity either way they attack anyone or anything that reminds them of whatever caused the loss of sanity, sometimes its a person, place , or thing it doesn't matter and what they ultimate hope for is their awaiting death." Ella said as she looked down at the half decayed werewolf.

"So the loss of their mate, does this mean I will slowly lose my sanity without Zayn? That my sanity will slip through my fingertips and I'll be a raging unstable rouge that will prow the lands of the insane, the rouge lands?" I asked my voice trembled and my breathing sped up I couldn't help but let a sadistic smile appear on my lips a slow painful death one where I would slowly lose myself to the claws of the insane and hopeless, a road with no return, one filled with despair and anguish awaited me and slowly but surely I'd meet that destiny and once I make it there, I wonder if anyone would be able to put me out of my misery.

I looked around everyone's eyes were on me a sad depressed look loomed over their eyes for I had a point they would watch as I slowly lost my sanity.

"Let's go." I turned my heel and began running again I could hear their feet hit the cold hard ground but nobody dared to utter a word to me, their mouths were sealed shut.

We ran restlessly through the day until sunset the harry and the girls seemed to be in need of blood and Niall and Liam looked starved and louis looked tired from holding onto Niall.

"lets find a spot to camp for the night." I stated as I looked around. "Ariel look its a nice clear space down there." Alicen spoke back pointing to a clearing. "that seems like a nice place to camp." Liam added.

"We will camp there then." I replied as I made a sudden stop once arriving at the clearing.

"Niall you and Liam hunt something to eat Harry your the watch out, Louis and Alicen look for firewood, Ella, Jay, Brianna set up camp, I"ll go check out the territory." I instruct as I look around.

No questions were asked as everyone dispersed to do as I had instructed. I could feel the soft cold breeze blowing on my icy cold skin I couldn't help but frown as I let my thoughts rush through my mind I was loathing for zayn I missed his Hazel eyes his soft lips and his body against mine, how he tenderly held my hand when we walked together and how he made butterflies erupt in my stomach and my unbeating heart beat.

My only question was why hadn't I gone berserk when zayn died how had I been able to keep my sanity? At a point I had began to kill mercilessly, to crave endless blood shed, I had isolated myself and began to push the people nearest to me away, Thats how I ended up hurting alicen my pain and sorrow had begun to blind me, was that a sign that I was losing my sanity?

I walked aimlessly my eyes scanning for any sign of lurking danger the night had began to fall and I was still checking out the territory seeing the fog never seemed to be lifted from the forest nor did the sun ever seem to light up the sky which was covered in grey gloomy clouds alike the hearts of those who inhabited this land.

My eyes adjusted to the incoming darkness as I made my way back to the clearing were everyone was waiting around a firey fernace

"Hey Ariel." jay smiled brightly as I stepped into the clearing. "Was everything okay? Any sign of danger?" Alicen asked as she was cooking some meat over the fire.

"No everything seems fine I didn't see anyone." I replied hoarsely. "we caught some deer and brought it back." Niall smiled as he spoke I couldn't help but chuckle that irish guy loves food.

"Here eat up." Ella said as she cut a chunk of deer meat handing it over to me.

"thanks."I muttered. "Oh and Ariel we set up a tent for you over there." Louis pointed to a small grey tent that sat beside four other similar ones.

"That was nice of you guys, thank you." I then bit down on the cooked deer meat chewing on the tender flesh.

"nothing to it thats what friends do."Brianna gave me a sad smile.

"and i'm glad that you all are my friends." I have a half hearted smile.

after eating I stood up. " I'm going to bed." I mumbled with their sharp hearing they heard my mumbled words, they stopped their conversations and glanced at me watching me leave the campfire.

I opened my tent up it was small and cozy inside with a sleeping bag and my supply bag on the side without further interruption I closed the tent and sat on the sleeping bag slipping off my combat boots and crawling in my sleeping bag shuffling around so I was comfortable.

Maybe asleep I couldn't feel the anguish and pain I felt when thoughts of zayn lingered in my mind.

I closed my eyes my thoughts seemed to run wild and I fell into the state of dreaming....

I was standing in the middle of the clearing I looked around me and everyone was silently standing there awaiting for my next command.

I looked up and the sky was its grey tone and the fog seemed to emit from the trees. All the sudden I felt myself being pulled forward and I was standing in-front of a tall dark aluring building it was tattered and old, moss and vines were growing on the sides of the old marble stones.

I couldn't help but walk forward cautiously opening the door I felt as if I couldn't help my actions and I continued to walk forward into the dark room I could see clearly as I looked around.

I felt the familiar feeling of being pulled forward and suddenly I was in-front a flight of stairs I placed my hand on the old railing making my way up the stairs there were old dusty paintings hanging in the walls and flame torches with cobwebs on them down the dark hall.

I walked silently before I was once again pulled by the unnatural force and I appeared in front two big brass doors I could see the beautiful design that was carved in the doors and I unconciously raised my hand to knock on the brass door.

for some reason my heart began to feel as if it were beating fast and my mind was racing my hands trembled and I could feel beads of sweat run down my cheeks. Why I so nervous so terrified?

'Is it because your scared to know what lies on the other side? Because you wonder why there were so many perils to achieve making it here and You don't know what lies ahead?' my subconcious asked tediously.

I knocked semi-hard on the door I could hear loud the booming sounds that came from each time my hand made contact with the door.

Slowly the door creaked open, My breath hitched and my eyes were wide.

I shot up clenching my chest my breaths were rapid and I was covered in cold sweat.

I looked around and I wasn't in some tattered up building with dark dusty halls or in-front of large brass elegant doors. but instead I was in my small and cozy tent where I had fallen sleep.

I felt as if I needed some fresh air. I slipped out of my sleeping bag and opened the tent I got out the cold windy air hit my skin but I ignored it not as if it did me any harm.

I couldn't help but wonder about my dream I stood at the edge of the clearing and Just like my dream it was the same tall dark trees.

I shook my head "I'm over thinking this I should just stop." I mumbled to myself chuckling as I spoke.

'Or are you? Was it a dream or a vision?' I felt as if my subconscious spoke to me and it hit me like a harsh truth

How do I know it was a meaning less dream and not a vision, Its not like seeing visions was impossible for I read and manipulated minds so how could I be so sure.

I sighed there is always a chance of it being something super natural.

I shuffled back to me small cozy tent gently laying on my sleeping bag.

My sharp hearing could pick up the slightest sounds from everyone's individual steady breathing to critters afar scrambling in the woods.

I closed my eyes taking in my surroundings as I took deep and steady breaths.

After what seemed like minutes which were probably hours I decided that it was time to continue venturing in the woods to find the so called fate.

I sat up and stretched I could feel my muscles relax since I had been in the same position for a long time.

I got out of my tent and took a long deep breath.

"Time to get up!" I yelled out clapping my hands hard I could hear groans coming from the individual tents.

"Not morning people I see."I chuckled as a sleepy Brianna popped out of the tent her hair was a bit messed up.

"Morning Ariel."she tiredly smiled.

"Good morning."I smile as I start picking up my tent taking it apart rapidly and storing it for easy carriage.

I let out a satisfied smile as I had picked up my tent and belongings.

I turned to see the eight sleepy hooligans. "Pack up we will head out soon." I said and they all gave out small groans whilst turning to pack up .

I looked around at the never ending fog and let out a sigh.

"We are ready ariel."Jay smiled brightly as she stood beside liam.

"Okay then let's go."I have them a smugly smile as we speed off into the forest the thick fog making it a little difficult to see.

It seemed that the deeper we went the thicker the fog became.

"Hey guys stay close."I state as I slow down.

I felt someone's presence near by, I held my hand up to signal the Gang to stop.

"Well well if it isn't a batch of unrouged vampires, werewolves and a pitiful human." We heard a voice and I could see a buff man come out of the thick fog.

He had dark brunette hair purplish toned eyes behind him were others with the similar purple toned eyes.

I look around and noticed that they surrounded us about twenty of them.

And that's when it happened the leader..... shifted.

His once buff body shifted so that he looked like liam and with that the rest of the shifted to look like us.

"Bad idea little draculina seems like you shouldn't have lead your friends here to day.

He morphed to look like Liam's dark brown wolf.

And tilting his muzzle up in the air he let out a long loud howl almost like a war cry.

The other shifters launched themselves at us.

"Attack!" My strong powerful voice rang through the air as the shifters attacked.

'Only attack this who attack you.' I sent a telepathic message to Gang before they got mixed in with the look alikes.

A duplicate of me launched herself at me her black long nails were aiming straight at me.

I gracefully dodged her and lifting my leg I did a round house kick hitting her straight on the back I could hear the sound of her spinal cord crushing with the velocity of my kick.

A Harry look alike began throwing punches at me I easily dodged them.

Using my telekinesis I began applying pressure on his head.

His attacks seemed to become sloppier and I took that sudden moment to take action.

I thrusted my hand into his chest I could feel the warm blood seeping down my arm.

I used my other hand and ripped his ribcage open letting him fall on the ground shifting back to his normal form.

With my sensitive senses I felt a fist going full speed toward my back.

With my faster vampire reflexes I spun on my heel and grasped the arm of a jay look alike.

She twisted her own arm as she round house kicked me .

I let go for a a moment the arm instant went limp and hung on her side. She clenched it roughly her face was twisted in pain.

I looked at her, the resemblance she had to Jay made me frown I felt as if I had hurt Jay but then again this was an imposter.

Without anymore hesitation I swiftly began to attack the girl punching her quickly she tried to dodge the my fists but she wasn't fast enough.

Just as I was going to thrust my hand into the jay look alike I felt a sharp pain on my left side.

With swift movements I knocked whoever hit to the floor and I realized it was a Brianna look alike .

I took in a deep breath and swiftly gave her a 360 kick kicking her straight under her chin.

I entered her mind in a matter of milliseconds and released her deepest fears. The girl shrieked in horror and fell to the ground clawing her own skin.

She seemed to lose all sanity as she ripped out her own hair and squirmed on the floor.

"You bastard!" The other girl yelled as she launched herself at me her arm still unusable

I felt anger boil inside me 'how dare she I'm her superior!' I thought to myself.

"You worthless shifter." my voice came out intimidating and powerful power radiated off me as I gripped the girls throat.

My fingers easily dug deeper and deeper into the girls fragile throat.

She wheezed and struggled but I kept the death grip tight.

Holding her in mid air by the throat a malicious chuckle escaped my lips and with a bit more pressure I crushed her throat killing the girl almost instantly.

Blood lust I turned to see everyone else fighting.

With the new sense blood lust I had just found i launched myself toward the and attacked the shifters.

The shifters were easy to distinguish from the lasses and lads.

The shifters seemed to have a horrid stench that was the mark of their death.

Once I got ahold of each one I ripped them limb from limb almost like rag dolls and then tossing them to the side with such easy.

I felt a bliss to have the smell of blood fill my nose and it seeping on my hands as I violently attacked any shifter in my way.

"Ariel!" I heard someone scream my moment of bliss was cut short my head snapped to see louis starring at me in horror I looked around and the floor was drenched in blood as well as my clothes.

"You were going ballistic again."Alicen piped in her voice was a bit shaky.

"I'm sorry." I stammered out as I lowered my gaze.

"Just, don't lose to blood lust."Brianna said putting her arm around my shoulder.

"I suggest we move."harry said he stuck his hands in his pockets. I nodded lightly "yea,lets go." I said as I began walking I used my telekinesis to remove the blood from me and the rest of the gang.

They all silently walked behind me.

I felt as if I had been here before and that's when I familiar building like the one from my dream.

"Guys this way."I said as I began to speed up.

I stopped in front of the old tattered doors

My chest felt heavy as my eyes trailed down the old marble walls of the familiar building had my dream really been a vision ?

My mind raced and endless possibilities went through my head. "Ariel, ready to go in." I was brought out of my thoughts by Liam's voice.

I turned and took a deep breath and nodded. "We can't waste anytime." I said my voice was mono toned as I spoke.

They all nodded and followed close behind as I gently pushed the door open the sound of the squeaking door made me cringe, I took cautious steps my eyes adjusted to the consuming darkness.

I couldn't help but scan the room my eyes scanned every single object as I continued inward.

"Dam its dark." I heard Louis mutter I couldn't help but chuckle lightly at his statement he always seemed to lightened the mood.

We walked down a long narrow hall tattered pictures adorned the faded chipped walls and recollected dirt and dust seemed abundant on the floor.

We walked for a couple of more seconds before we entered a wide room I notice the familiar old staircase.

The stairs seemed to go up higher and higher there didn't seem to be an end.

"A-Ariel, look." I turn and from the floors dark figures seemed to erupt .

It wasn't like I couldn't see them but more like they were literally the color black like an empty moving puddle of darkness.

They moved quickly attacking us but with everyone's fast reflexes they managed to dodge their inhuman attacks.

I wanted to go and join the fight but I was stopped my someone .

I turned on my heels to see liam standing there his tall figure kber towering my shorter one .

"Go, we will handle this." And that being my que I ran up the long flight of stairs something I'm my mind told me that only I was suppose to make it to the top and that not everyone would be okay but I ignored my gut feeling as I ached to return and aid my friends but as if my body disobeyed my brain I kept moving swiftly up the stairs .

Just as I reached the end I was infront of two large brass doors my heart raced as I realized where I was.

My supposive dream hadn't been a dream but better yet a vision one that lead me here almost as if everything had been carefully planned out t play out this way.

I somehow managed to muster up some inner strength as I pushed the the doors.

The large heavy brass doors moved as I pushed them open.

The room was a large. In the silver almost crystallize ceiling there hung a crystal chandiler with what seemed to be beautifully carved black jewels that hung like little rain drops, the perfectly polished white floors seemed to glimmer even in the dimly lit room. The walls we white with a floral black lace printing giving bit an elegant yet edgy look .

But before me there one pitch black carpet that lead to a beautiful silver throne which was also adorned by many beautifulluly carved black jewles and what was more astonishing was the woman that was at in the chair.

She had perfect soft pale skin and ruby red lips her eyes were a washed out milky blue and her long snowy white hair cascated over her shoulders .

She wore a long dress the top started out a pure white and as the dress went down the color turned a darker shade till it hit a charcoal black , the dress had thick straps were not connected to the black fingerless gloves that she wore her white colored nails were on full display and I watched the beautiful female in awe until I realized how similar we looked, you could've mistaken us for twins if it wasn't for the different colored hair and eyes .

"So you've finally arrived." The divine woman spoke her sweet smooth voice was so melodic that it made you want to hear her voice again.

"Who are you?" I asked cautiously.

Her head tilted gently as she moved her ruby lips to speak again.

"Diana, the Greek goddess Diana." She said as she looked at me in a loving manner. Like a motherly love.

"I've seen you've grown so much Ariel." She gave a small smile .

"You know my name." I stammered out she let out a bell like laugh as she spoke once more .

"I know everyone ,dear daughter."

And for a moment

My heart stopped, Daughter

"D-daughter ." my voice trembled as I spoke.

" Yes, I hadn't seen you since the day you were born well physically that is." Her voice reeked of sadness .

"But my mom died." I say trying to make sense of everything I had been told before.

"No, How could fate herself die." She spoke a bit humorously.

"So your fate, my father told me to come see you." I spoke as my eyes trailed around the room inspecting the details of the elegant room.

" I always knew you'd come." She spoke gently.

"But I'm well aware of what your father said, now listen you know that there is a shifter hiding in the first class family, you need to kill him,eradicate him from the face of the earth." Her voical tone became strong a determined .

"I know because he killed zayn, and is trying to over throw the dark Lords." I reply before I was interrupted by a chuckle.

"That's where you are wrong my Darling , he isn't dead ."

" H-He isn't D-Dead ." I stammered out my head hurt and my chest felt like it was caving in with emotions.

"It can't be I saw him he was dead, he laid on the floor motionless, you're lying don't play with my emotions like that." I screeched as I collapsed on the floor my breathing became hard and tears swelled in my eyes.

There was a heavy pain inside my chest , was she lying?

"I don't lie, especially to my daughter." She spoke loudly.

"Do you remember how when you first turned it was like you had died and came back to life?" She asked I thought for a moment, I had died , and I came back to life as a living dead.

"Yes." I managed to choke out,my voice trembled and I couldn't help but hiccup as I cried.

"Ryan's intentions were to kill him and that would've been your downfall but little did he know he was doing you a favor, so wipe those tears." I felt a soft cold hand carelessly stroke my cheek wiping the tears.

I looked up to be face to face with fate herself.

"For you have a shifter to kill, zayn will be returning to the world of the living and out of the world of the dead and gods soon, so hurry" and with that she gracefully turned and walking back to her throne.

"Go now your friends need you." And with those words said I stood up and gave my mother a short nod before turning on my heel and returning downstairs.
