Zayn's POV

I met some very nice vampire train girl that was Ariel's friend her name was Amy.

We were currently getting off the train .

My appearance had gone back to Normal after we got on the train and left the station .

I carried both mine and Ariel's bag as we walked through the train station we were looking for our ride .

"Look there it is ."Niall said as he pointed at the person in a suit holding up a sign that said 'Ariel's & company'

"Let's go then "Ella smiled and we all started to make our way to him .

"Hi Will long time no see ."Ivy smiled at him

"Hello ivy "he smiled

"This is Ariel and company so let's go ."ivy said and he nodded and started to lead us to his car in vampire speed so Ariel quickly lifted me and before I knew it I was inform of the car .

We climbed in to the black limo inside it had white leather seats and underneath it had a neon glow.

I looked out the window the car had just started to move all I could see was a blur since my eyesight wasn't like a vampires.

"Look at the lil kids ."jay cooed as she looked out the window .

"That kid just ran into the tree ,did you see it ?"Niall laughed .

"No Niall I didn't see it because unlike you I don't have annoying eagle vision but instead I have a normal person kind of view and therefore all I can see is a blur ."Louis sassed as he snapped his fingers and turned away acting offended and like always Niall sat there laughing and clapping his hands like a retarded seal as he hardly could breath because he was laughing so hard.

"Dang what crawled up your ass and died ."jay laughed

"The fact that I don't have the cool eye vision what crawled up yours."louis sassed I couldn't help but chuckle at him .

"Well that's a lot of dead shit you should get that checked out ."Liam said keeping a straight face we all bused laughing .

"You guys have issues I swear."harry muttered as he shook his head.

"And you just now noticed that ."Louis said giving an are u serious face .

Harry just shrugged and then I felt the car stop.

I looked out the window to see a massive castle I felt like an ant being near it.

"Woah that's one nice castle."jay said her eyes wide in bewilderment.

I looked at the castle it was astonishing .

We started to pile out of the car.

"Look how elegant it is ."Alicen squealed as she pointed at it .

As we walked closer to the massive building I could start to see what they ment each block seemed to have small handcrafted designs on it as I if they were carefully sculpted on there grain by grain the smooth surface of the blocks and perfect decorations gave the building a elegant look.

We entered through the heavy silver doors and there was a gorgeous entrance room like I had never seen before unlike the human world everything was put into place and decorated to the grain maybe because these people could see so well they could tell a mistake from miles away.

I looked at the light beige walls with gold and silver trimming and the large painting that seemed to come to life never before had I seen such beauty other than my mate .

"Oh Zayn isn't it gorgeous."Ariel squealed and I nodded.

As if like a shadow something dark fell infront of us they composed themselves and I was starring at some electrical blue eyes that were much like Ariel's but this persons face had perfectly sculpted sharp cheek bones and a stern look on their face.

"Daddy?"i heard Ariel's voice ring as she ran up to the man and hugged him .

"Hello darlin. "he said and I was quite intimidated by him .

"Last time I saw you it was before the car crash when you supposvely died."she cried as she hugged him.

"I know I had to get back to the kingdom here."he chuckled .

"Hello dark lord moon ."Alicen said as she smiled politely .

"Hello ... Alicen ."he said Alicen looked taken back for she hadn't told him her name but he seemed to know.

"Now janelle take them to their rooms they must be tired after all and tell the chef to prepare food for our human guest as well."he said his voice was strong with the sound of authority .

The young blond girl nodded and seemed to scurry of In a flash .

She and some other servants picked up our luggage and started to lead us to our rooms .

"This is your room sir."janelle told me as she opened a door .

The room was massive as large as a apartment I was quite surprised by it .

"Young mistress I'll lead you to your room ."Madison said and left with Ariel .

The room was big with brown walls and beige designs on it .

I look out the window a beautiful scenery even with my 'poor' vision I could see the beauty in it almost to the full extent.

I laid on my bed and stared at the ceiling and let my mind relax .

A knock on the door made my eyes shoot open .

"Come in ."I said and Madison walked in.

"Sir dinner has been served."she said

"Thank you for telling me ."I smiled she nodded and left .

I got out of bed and made my way to the hall .

"Hey babe."i smiled at Ariel who had just scared me .

"Let's go eat something ."she smiled and I nodded as we made our way down the halls.

Ariel's POV

I was currently doing my make up as a maid helped me with my hair .

Currently I was getting ready for the 'before party' of my birthday party which was dinner with all three lords and I was putting my dress on .

"Thank you so much ." I told scarlet the maid helping me .

Apparently they were maids here at the castle because either they needed the good pay or they owed a debt and by working here at the palace the lords paid the debt in exchange for a couple of years working here .

That way they kept the fighting and civil war down due to everyone getting what's theres.

I walked down the halls scarlet a red headed green eyes girl lead me down the halls.

I wore a navy blue tight mid-thigh dress that had the long tail it was really nice .

I walked into the dinning room a light smile on my face Zayn wore a tuxedo and so did the other lads .

A man with grayish eyes and white hair sat to the left of my father and a golden hair lad with brown eyes sat to the right none of the were old they all looked young and replenished .

"Please sit ."my father said (he is andy biersack lol )

I nodded and sat down infront of Zayn .

Slowly conversations started as more guest arrived each from lower ranks like alphas etc they all lead a small group of people and were important but not as important as the lords of course .

The servants were skilled at entertainment and serving they seemed to be dedicated to their jobs it was quite astonishing .

"Ariel I want to show you something ."my father said and I he extended his hand toward me.

"Please excuse us as we go for a walk ."he told the rest of the people they all nodded and continued their conversations .

"I wanted to give you a dress for your party ."he said and before me was a gorgeous dress it was red with white It had a opening where you could see the white and white see through fabric decorated the red complementing it a laced floral design on one of the then straps of the dress seemed to look like a dream dress .

"It's ... beautiful "I cried out as I looked at it I turned and hugged my father

"Thank you" I said

Chloe POV
My heart stopped .she was planning to kill me .

"That's preposterous you can't be that serious."i gasped .

"Oh but she is haven't you noticed the rest have been killed off your the only one left."he said and it hit me .

Everyone had died any one who had harmed her was dead not breathing , gone.

"Maybe I should leave ."I agreed with the detective but where would I go ?

"I wouldn't want you to be hurt ."he sighed as of he knew something I didn't know .

"She told me ... she'd kill you before I could help you ... she told me I wouldn't be able to save you"he sighed

"I just hope that out of everyone you at least survive." and with that he stood up and left.

Was he serious ... probably he was trying to scare me so he wouldn't have to deal with me.... yeah I was going to stands ground against Ariel I had always been superior than her .

I got up and made my way to the kitchen and started to make some tea my mind was flooded with thoughts and what ifs.

Ariel POV the party

I wore the new dress that fitted on me like a glove .

I walked out of my room and bumped in to someone.

"Sorry "I said as he helped me up .

He had deep dark blue eyes probably a couple shades darker than mine ans dirty blonde hair .

"Dylan , Dylan twilight."hw said as we shook hands .

"Ariel ,Ariel moon it's nice to meet you ."I smiled he raised an eye brow and his smile grew.

"Oh I've heard about you my my you are quite ravishing ."he smirked .

My smile faded a Bad vibe seemed to emit from this guy .

"Well I have to go my BOYFRIEND must be waiting for me ."i said emphasizing boyfriend so he would gts the message

His smile faded and he gave me a glare .

"Oh well excuse me ."he said rather rudely what was his problem .

I turned and started to walk away when he ran in front of me .

"Wait young mistress let me escort you ."he said his attitude changing .

"No thanks I'm fine ."I said but he took my hand anyway and I snatched it out .

"I said I'm fine dude what's your problem ."I said as I was getting a little irritated .

"I wanted to know if you wanted to hang out sometime like go on a date ."he smiled and I frowned

"I have a boyfriend now EXCUSE me ."I growled and pushed past him and started to run off in vampire speed to the ball room .

I entered just as my name was announced cheering soon filled my ears and I smiled relived that I got away from the guy .

I looked around and spotted Zayn and I started to make my way toward him .

"Hey babe let me say you look amazing with that on ."he smiled at me making my heart flutter .

"Thank you ." I said sounding breathless since he wore a tight fitting suit that seemed to make him look sexier .

The dresses worn were beautiful and the way they gracefully danced made me feel like I was in the 1800's .

"Would you like to dance ."Zayn smiled and I took his hand and we started to waltz I felt like a princess from a fairy tale that was dancing the night away.

Soon the music started to get louder and better instead of classics like we were listening to earlier it was all more upbeat and drinks were being passed out.

Body's seemed to grind on each other and drinking seemed to be top priority I was dancing with Zayn but I boticed something .

Dylan .

Watching me from afar like a hawk watching it's pray .

The dark aurora around him seemed to frighten me .

"I'll get us some drinks ."Zayn told me and I nodded .

I look back and Dylan was gone .

Zayn's POV

I walked through the crowd of dancing and partying I could see the refreshment stand .

"Hey you want some ."a guy said he had a waiter plater that had two drinks though unlike the other waiters he had a more elegant attire I just shrugged it off but he had dirty blond hair but I couldn't see his eyes due to the lighting

"Thanks ." I smiled .

He looked me in the eyes and said
"Your welcome ."

I look down at the drinks I felt the urge to drink the one on my right hand .

I took a sip and it didn't taste anything different .

So I started to take sips .

"Here babe."i smiled as I gave her the other drink .

We continued to dance and I finished the drink .

We were having fun but suddenly I started to feel nausea .

I ignored it as the party was ending .

Soon everyone was leaving .

The room seemed to spin ... but I only had one drink .

"I'm going to bed ."I told Ariel and she nodded and went down the hall to her room .

I entered Mine and it seemed to be spinning soon I felt my body hit the ground and muscle spasms and darkness over took me .
