She's a Tsukia!
I did a Tsukia last year for which I have a reference but this current design is my favourite.

This was from May 2017 and as you can see, the design has changed.

I've also decided that only male Tsukias will have horns so it's easier to tell the genders apart.

If anyone wants to make their own Tsukia, go right ahead but do credit me because...yeah....I created this species....
