"Ma'am yang anak niyo ginawa akong panot!"

Sumbong ni Mah Fhutok na gitna ng ulo nito ay kalbo na habang nakatirintas ang magkabilang gilid na natira.

"Ako ma'am nilagyan ng super glue buhok ko!"

"Nginudngod ako sa tae ni Palah Thae!"

"Pinalitan nya ng Downy yung body wash ko ma'am!"

"Eh diba downy naman talaga body wash mo?"

"Gaga!Breeze yun!"

"Ahh kaya pala lagi kang mukang binugbog ng lakas ng sampung kamay tapos tinira lahat sa muka mo"

"Ma'am!yung hair spray ko pinalitan nya ng spray paint eh baygon dapat yun!"

"Yung panty ko ma'am ginawa nyang panahog sa ulam ko kanina!"

"Ma'am ginawa nyang nutella yung toothpaste ko!---infairness masarap tenkyu baby gagamitin ko to sa ngipin ko araw araw hihi.."

Napahilot nalamang si Saphire sa sunod sunod na reklamo ng mga maids sakanya. Samantalang si Zaffiro ay tahimik at inosenteng nakikipaglaro lang kay Luke na para bang wala itong ginawang kasalanan.

"Say sorry to them Zaffiro"

She warned but zaffiro seems didn't hear anything.

"Zaf? What's the matter? What you did is wro----"

Saphire didn't finish her sentence when Zaffiro stood up poker faced then ran. Saphire sighed harshly then looked at them.

"I am sorry for what my son did. Kakausapin ko sya para hindi na nya iyon ulitin,for now magpahinga muna kayo."

Kalmadong sabi nya.

"Okay Ma'am!"

Sabay sabay na saad ng mga katulong saka nagsialisan,napailing nalamang syang sinundan ang kanyang anak sa kwarto nito. They only have less then two weeks left on that Island, sa loob ng nakaraang dalawang araw ay napansin ni saphire ang malaking pagbabago ni zaffiro. And she didn't like it, hindi naman ito ganun noon. Zaffiro might have been having trouble into communicating with other people but he never did what he did for about two days.

Halos ayaw na rin syang lapitan at kausapin ngayon ng bata and it's breaking her heart.

"Zaffiro Mathew Stone."

Saphire said full of authority as she stood up infront of Zaffiro.

"I honestly don't like what you did, Zaffiro."

Saphire again sighed saka umupo para pantayan ang anak.

"What is your problem? is there something bothering you? You used to be not like this, what you did is not right and I'm not glad for the awful things that you did. Zaffiro look at mom, I am telling you all of this because I don't like what you did and no one would like it, that's bad. Now, I want you to apologize to them, you should say sorry to them, because If you were in their position would you want them to do that to you?"

Saphire calmly explained.

"If I were in their position and they will do the same thing to me, daddy matteo will fire them for hurting a kid."

He shruged, Saphire frowned in irritation.

"Then it's okay to hurt grown ups? Would you hurt mom too? What happened to you baby?you can tell mom what's bothering you." 

She calmly asked while looking at him eye to eye. A tear fell from Zaffiro's eyes as he looked down.

"If I will come back being a good boy then will you stay with me? Will you not leave anymore?"

Zaffiro asked crying. Hindi agad nakasagot doon ang dalaga na naiyak na din sa tanong ng anak.

"I heard you talking to the phone with tita Ruby last night. I know it's dangerous, but I will always feel safe when I am with you. So please mom, don't leave me..."

Humagulgol ito ng iyak habang nagmamakaawang wag siyang iwan ni Saphire at mahigpit na yakap yakap ang ina.

"But aren't you tired Zaffiro? Whenever you were  with me, death and troubles are always chasing the two of us. And I can't let you live that way forever. I-I will give you to your real dad. You will meet your real dad, diba gusto mo iyon?"

Umiiyak naring saad ni Saphire pero mas hinigpitan lamang nito ang pagkakayakap sakaniya.

"I don't want my real dad anymore, I only need you. You're more than enough mom"

Lalo pa itong humagulgol.

"Sshh...Don't cry baby"

Pag aalo nito sa anak.

But Zaffiro continued crying while still hugging her really tight. Saphire sighed.

"How about this.."

Garalgal ang boses niyang pinusan ang luha ng anak.

"I still will visit you sometimes and will always call you?"

Zaffiro shook his head.

"No! No mommy! I want to always be with you! wag mokong iwan! Ayoko na kay daddy! ayoko na! Ayoko! I only want my mom!"

Lalo pang lumakas ang ngawang sambit nito. At nasasaktan si Saphire na makita ang anak na nagkakaganoon.

Marahas siyang napabuntong hininga kasabay ng patuloy na pag agos ng kaniyang luha sa mga mata.

"Fine. Mom won't leave you anymore, so don't cry na baby."

She smiled at him then wiped his tears. Zaffiro's face then suddenly lit up with his eyes full of hopewhile  intently looking at her.

Kamukang kamuka talaga nito ang kaniyang ama.

"P-promise? you won't leave me ever?"

He asked with teary eyes.

"I promise."

Saphire smiled saying that. 

She just realized something while hugging her son crying earlier. Looks like she wouldn't bare being away from Zaffiro after all.

"I love you so much mommy."

He said sweetly making her smile.

"And mommy will always love you too, Zaffiro."

Matteo groaned. 

Buong araw narin nyang kaharap ang laptop nya dahil sa files na kailangan niyang matapos, dahil sobrang importante daw nito. He misses the two of them so much already. Kahit pa naroroon parin siya sa vacation house ay hindi niya nasilayan ang mag ina sa halos buong araw dahil sa pesteng problema niya sa kumpanya.

"Damn!Fucking finally!"

He grinned ear to ear as he stretched both of his arms. Finally natapos din sya sa ginagawa nya. Buong araw niya ring hindi nakasama ang mag ina dahil roon. And he damn missed them already. 

Matteo glared at the files.

"Die, fucking bastards"

Nakasimangot na bulong niya, saka muling napangiti nang mapadako ang tingin niya sa wallpaper ng kaniyang laptop. It was the three of them in that beach they went to, last time and they all look so happy. 

Matteo shook his head with so much delight. Mukang masyado na siyang nalulong kay Emerald at Zaffiro. 

He was damn addicted, specially to that woman and it seems like his day would never be complete anymore without seeing the two of them. Napangiti nalang siyang muli saka pinatay na ang laptop at isinarado na ito.

Excited na excited pa siyang lumabas na ng kwarto at dumiretso sa living room, kung nasaan ang mag ina niya. 

Malapad siyang napangiti sa naiiisip. 

Ngunit agad na napawi ang ngiting iyon at napakunot noo nalamang siya nang makita ang isang pamilyar na pigura roon at nakangiti sakaniya.

"Woah...buti natiis mo rito? Akala ko ba ayaw mo sa islang ito?"

Ngising saad ng bwisita na nagpailing lang kay Matteo.

"What are you doing here? masyadong tago ang lugar na ito para mahanap mo."

Sambit niyang ikinakibit balikat ng kaniyang kaibigan.

"Your sister permitted me to be here fucker. Saka bakit ba nakakunot lagi yang noo mo? kaya hindi mo man lang maabutan level ng kagwapuhan ko ehh.."

Ngising saad nito sabay pogi sign, pinukulan lamang siya ng masamang tingin ni Matteo.

"What are you doing here by the way?"

Matteo ask.

Akmang sasagot doon si Lucas, ngunit hindi nito naituloy ang pagsasalita nang may makakuha ng pansin nito.

"Lucas?"

A familiar soft voice from behind said, making Lucas grin ear to ear.

"Papa!"
