I still remember what happened last night and it still hurts like shit. But something's bothering me since this morning. A guy went to Tiffany's house and I saw them leave together.

I've never seen that guy before but Tiffany seemed very comfortable with him. I can't help but to be jealous. They looked very close to each other.

"Taeyeonie, are you okay?" Yoona asked waking up from my trance.

I turned to her and scratched my head "Um... yeah, I'm okay." I smiled.

We're in the canteen of the campus eating our lunch. It's my first day of teaching here again.

"You seem a bit off," she said as she gobbled a slice of kimbap.

"Umm... maybe I'm still adjusting in my schedule,"I reasoned. It was true, being college instructor while taking my Master's were kinda hard to manage. But it's what I like to do, I want to achieve it so I need to work hard for it.

"I feel you..." Yoona nodded as she chewed her food and swallowed it.

She's also taking her Master's degree. We're the same, you know, birds of the same feather flock together.

"We should lessen our classes, my thesis is kinda stressing me big time." She sighed exasperatedly.

I nodded "I will consider to do that."

Yoona held my hand on the table "But I'm glad you're back Taeyeonie." She beamed widely.

I smiled "Thanks Yoong."

Suddenly, I turned to my side and saw Tiffany with the guy this morning. They just arrived and also, will have lunch here.

Tiffany glared at me then looked away. That's a bad thing?  She doesn't really like me.

Yoona glanced at Tiffany "The Dean's daughter is back. She's a bit grumpy," she commented.

"Do you know the guy with her?" I can't help but to ask.

Yoona glanced at their table again then looked back at me "Yes, he's Tiffany's boyfriend... Nichkhun. He just also came back from Thailand."

I felt my heart plummeted and scattered into pieces. Tiffany has a boyfriend? How come I didn't know that?

Did Mr. Hwang hide it? Maybe he did. That's why he's so worried about me getting hurt because it's inevitable. It's not because Tiffany will forget me but because she has a boyfriend.

My mood fell down quickly. I don't want to see them together like this. It hurts so much though I feel like numb. I can't explain the pain and I need to get away from here so badly.

I stood up "I need to go Yoong."

"Why so sudden eonni?" She asked concerned. She noticed my mood changed in all of a sudden.

"I need to do my research..." I lied.

Yoona pouted "Okay... bye Taeyeonie, see you tomorrow!" She seemed to believe it and waved goodbye.

I gave her a weak smile then walked away but someone blocked my way.

I became dumbfounded "Tiffany..."

"We need to talk," she firmly said.

I frowned as I glanced at her boyfriend. He was looking at us while smirking.

Tiffany held my arm but I quickly pulled away "You told me, you want me to stay away from you."

"Yes I said that but we need to talk. I need to ask you-"

"I'm sorry Miss Hwang but I really need to go now," I bowed my head to her then zoomed away from her. I heard her called my name but I didn't turn and just ignore her.

I couldn't look back and see her with her boyfriend. If I turned back, it would probably kill me.
