My eyes went wide and I groaned. "What I have I done?" I drop the needles to the ground.

As I hear the cocking of a gun behind me. Raising my hands above my head in surrender I turn to see a very angry red queen. "Off with your head!"

"Wait! Stop. Listen to me on the count of three your normal self you will be. 1,2,3." With that, I snap my fingers and Miss. Falcone looks at me in confusion.

"Look around. Do you not recognize where we are?" I replied.

"This is my mansion. How did we get here? Who are you? What did you do that child? Will she die? Why can't I remember the last few hours? What did you do to me?"

"My my, so curious. All is well. Our friend Oswald drove us here. Don't worry. No one knows where we are."

"Jarbis?" I glance over to see Bella looking at me with confusion written all over her face.

"What I want is for you to remain pure and innocent forever." I replied and at this Bella rolls her eyes at me.

"But what if that's not what Me wants? What if me wants to be like ebewyone else."

"I believe you have already had this discussion with your big brother Jerome. Are you going to refuse to accept the decision your brother helped you make just because he's no longer here?"

"But of me memba wight, Him choose to let me be me twue self." Bella replied and I sighed.

"Yes and despite his wishes, you chose to have me hypnotize you into believing you were a toddler again. Why must you question that choice now?"

"Me ummm..." Bella looked at me and then lowered her head as if in shame. I could tell that Bella was struggling to provide an answer. The look in her eyes before she had quickly lowered them told me that she was afraid to answer truthfully and I found myself wishing that I had never hit her or given her such a high dosage.

"Because she didn't want to loose her big brother. She knew that Jerome would become extremely protective of her and wouldn't push her away if she were in her toddler mindset. Isn't that right Bella?" Bella looks confused and whimpers her eyes filling with tears. Perhaps it wasn't a good idea to have mentioned Jerome... "I'd like a word alone with Bella if you don't mind."

"I do mind."

"Don't you trust me?" Penguin asked sounding a little hurt.

"To be honest, No Penguin, I don't trust you. You betrayed Jerome, I don't doubt for a moment that you wouldn't hesitate to betray me as well."

"Your right. I'm not to be trusted. However, rest assured, I would never hurt Bella. I just need to speak with her for a moment. One moment is all I ask."

"Fine. You have exactly one minute. Time is precious so I suggest that you don't waste it."

Bella POV

After making sure Jarvis was out of sight Oswald looked at me and smiled. "Listen I've got a plan to get you out of here."

"No."

"What? Why? Wait, what happened to Baby Bella?" Oswald asked confused.

"Alice's blood did what it's supposed too. I have become my true self. Capable of switching between mindsets. The reason I said no is because I gave Jarvis my word. I promised that I would never try to run away again. I can't, no, make that, I won't break that promise."

"Why would you make such a promise? He's crazy. He wants to turn you into a replacement for his dead sister. He wants to take away your individuality and turn you into something your not. Your ok with that?"

"Of course not, but as I said, I gave my word that I wouldn't run away and I won't break that promise."

At this, Oswald sighed "Bella, sometimes you have to break promises. Especially when they are made to a demented psycho. You need to do what's best for you. It's what Jerome would want..."

"Times up. Come Bella we must be off." Jarvis said grabbing my hand but I pulled it out of his embrace.

"No." I said with a frown.

"Excuse me?"

"I said no. I'm not going anywhere with you until you promise me that you won't hurt me again."

"I'd never hurt you."

"You call dosing her with your sister's poisonous blood not hurting her?" Oswald replied with a scoff.

"That was not what I wanted. You forced my hand. You kept trying to leave me. I can't let you leave me like my sweet Alice did."

"STOP comparing me to her! I'M NOT ALICE! I'll never be Alice! Stop trying to force me to be someone that I'm not. Or I promise you, I won't ever stop trying to get away from you."  I hissed at him.

At this, Jarvis's face grew dark and he replied with a snarl "then your already exactly like Alice and look how things turned out for her."

"I'm sorry but did you just threaten her?" Oswald demanded pushing me behind him in a protective manor."

Before Jarvis could reply, Quinn burst into the room along with Jim, Harvey, Bruce and his butler Alfred and Jerome? But that couldn't be. Jerome had died.

"Mrs Young, Gorden. I'm can't say I'm not entirely surprised. Your both so stubborn. I promise you if you don't let me leave her with my precious baby sister, it will be the last your eyes ever set on her."
