Afta me escaped fwom Doctoa Stwange me went to find this Witch. Me hadn't gone fa when me wan into Jawbis. "Why my seeet little Alice. What are you doing out here all alone?"

"Me was twying to find a cuwa fowa Winn. Echo took me to see a bewwy bad man. A man Winn said to stay way fwom. Him hit Echo wifth a dawt and Me escaped."

"I see, well it's far to dangerous for you to be wandering out here alone. May I accompany you on your quest?"

"Otay." I was surprised when we got to de witch's wast known wocation and me spotted Iby. "Iby?"

"The one and only. So what brings you to my humble establishment little flower?" Ivy asks walking out of the shadows.

"Oh? Why do you need her help little flower?"

"Winn was huwt in a fight and she can't wawk any mowa. Me was hoping de Witch would elp me."

"I hate that nickname. I am no Witch. Sure I can be poisonous to people when angered but I'm no witch. It is possible for me to assist you but tell me little flower, why should I help you? What's in it for me?"

"That's alright little flower. Your welcome to have the root for free but there's no guarantee that it will work."

"Maybe we should go back and speak to Dr. Strange again Bella. At least he guaranteed that he could get Quinn to walk again. I doubt this woman can say the same."

"Doctor Strange? You want to seek Dr. Strange's help? And pray tell, what was the price for his help may I ask?" Iwy asks cocking an eyebrow at us.

"He wanted to run some tests to see how Bella's body responded to something that was done to her when she was an infant."

"Oh? Like what?"

"Evidently animal toxins were injected into Bella's blood stream shortly after she was born."

"Really? That's interesting. Tell me, how do you know that he won't experiment Bella and make any more modifications to her? Is that really a price that your willing to pay? If I know Quinn and I do, I am fairly certain that she doesn't want anything to do with Dr. Strange or his cures. Am I wrong?"

At this Jawvis sighs. " no your not wrong. However, you have yet to tell us your price for this so called miracle root. Nothing is ever free."

"Like I said, the little flower can have the root for free. However, I would like a sample of your blood if that's alright with you little flower. It could prove useful to me."

"Sorry plant lady, but Bella is not giving you her blood."

"Then you don't really want to help Quinn do you?"

At this, Iwy sighed. "Fine. Here. Take it." Iwy says pulling out a small seed.

Iwy smiles "if Quinn injests this it will make its way too her wound. It will fuse the spine and cartilage together."

"Maybe."

"What you mean maybe?"

"The root works differently for everyone my little flower. It depends on how strong Quinn really is. One thing I can assure you is that it will alter Quinn forever."

Ivy smiles seemingly amused "Bruce asked the same thing. Well my sweet little flower, as I said the root works differently for everyone. It won't just heal her body it will change the way she acts and thinks. Let's just say the darker angels of ones nature are released and set free."

"Then go give it too her. A word of caution her change in behavior and thinking may prove fatal anyone she might have a vendetta against."

"What's a vendetta?"

"Your child like mind frame and innocence is so adorable my little flower. It means that she might want to hurt people who have done bad things to her. Is that a risk your willing to take little flower?" To my surprise Bella nods her head.

"Wait, so what your saying is that this root will have similar effects on those who injests it as that if my dear departed Alice's blood?"

At this, Iwy looks at Jawbis her irritation beginning to show. "Now don't go getting any ideas Hat head. Oh and hat head, I can guarantee you that if this does work Quinn is going to seek revenge on Barbara for shooting her."

"Will this weed change Quinn's attitude towards Bella or Jeremiah?"

"Jeremiah maybe, Bella never. A word of caution to this tale, I would advise Bella not to try and stop Quinn from seeking revenge on Barbara or anyone else she might have a vendetta against. If she tries she will fail."

"I don't think so but there is always that slight chance. If I were you I'd make sure Bella doesn't stand in Quinn's way. Now I'd get going if I were you. That root won't last long out in the open."

A little while later we were back home. We was met by a vewy angwy wooking Miah. "Where have you been? Do you have any idea how worried I've been about you? Echo said that she was taking you on an outing and you just ran away. I take it that the two of you went in search of the Witch?"

"Bella Quinn is going to be so disappointed in you. From what I understand you promise her that you wouldn't seek out either Dr Strange or the Witch."

"I believe I specifically told you that it was too dangerous to seek either the Witch or Dr Strange out didn't I?"

"And if I'm not mistaken Quinn also decided that it was too dangerous for you to seek them out did she not?"

"What I do now I am compelled to do. Echo take Bella into her room and ensure that she remains there. As for this root it's going into the garbage where it belongs."

At this Miah pinches the bridge of his nose and sighs in irritation but then nods. "Very well. But then it's straight to bed with you little one. And in the morning you can explain to Quinn why you broke your promise to her." Miah says as he picks me up and leads me to Quinn's room.

"Where exactly did this cure come from?"
