Manik said looking at him in a serious tone "Oh then for that you have to stay with me" Taking a pause he completed the sentence "For a lifetime"

"Lifetime" Harshad said like a whisper to himself then looked and Manik and replied to him "Will think about it... but for now can you call Navya inside I have to talk to her"

"Looks like someone called me" Navya said as she entered the room while Manik understanding the situation he gave a nod

A while later clearing the tense atmosphere Harshad said in a low voice "I am sorry"

"Huh why are you sorry" Navya said being startled

"I" Harshad said before closing his lips as nothing came out from his mouth

"It's awkward" Navya said with a nervous laugh followed by Harshad's and then the room again became quite "I am sorry for misunderstanding you" Navya said breaking the silence

"And I am sorry because, because of me that all happened to you" Harshad said with a grim expression

"Let's... let's just forget our bad past like those nightmares and let's start fresh" Navya said wiping her tears and giving him a genuine smile

"Yes let's start fresh" Harshad said smiling back

"O-okay then see you" Navya uttered while giving him glance ready to leave

"Ah" Harshad uttered as Navya turned ready to leave then after a small gap he said "Do you feel happy with him"

"Mhm very" Navya stopped looked at him and then and the floor before replying

"Hey even I wanna meet him" Nandini said bragging inside

"He didn't call for you" Manik said pulling her outside

"Hmm what can I do about that" Nandini said with a sigh

"What would you say" Manik said raising his eyebrows

"Why is my husband so tall" Nandini said glaring at him

"Because your husband when god was providing brains he instead asked for height" Harshad said with a chuckle

"Oh that's good one" Cabir said as he laughed his heart out

"You two I won't work as your leader anymore" Manik said glaring at Cabir and Nandini who were laughing giving each other hie-fie

"As expected" Nandini said rolling her eyes

"This is my first time officially meeting you" Nandini said looking at Harshad with a faint smile

"Hello" Harshad smiled back

"So that's all for today now I am going to rest a bit" Navya said waving at Harshad

"Now I wanna talk to him" Cabir said pushing others out

"Sorry but now it's his resting time" Manik said dragging him away

"What but it's so unfair I mean I didn't even get to say hello to him" Cabir shouted as Manik dragged him out

"I feel that's fair enough after all you took his love away" Nandini said while Navya nodded

"And I think for the rest of your life brother won't even bother to save your name in his contacts" Manik said making Cabir feel more miserable

"Why but, someday or the other he will fall for someone" Cabir said trying his best to protest

"But still first love is first" Nandini said glancing at him

"And even as an ex-mafia he won't forget the rule, I.e, never forget your enemy, never in your life" Manik said while Cabir felt like to faint
